Introduction
During a time of purification and "going into myself", I found the source. I was surprised - at the same time unsettled and somewhat confused, because what I had written could not be mine. It was a message, written so purely and in rhyme and put on the page in such a short time. What was it?
Tears rolled out of my eyes and it took me a few moments to find myself again. Life is wonderful. Even if you don't understand it or it's still foreign, that doesn't mean it's not right. It is simply something new and the new wants to be recognized and explored.
These messages are full of love and truth. These messages are eternally valid. Every word is pure divine energy.
I hope that you are touched by these words and that you feel the love that envelops you. May you be gifted in your heart. May you be enveloped by your soul and recognize more and more who YOU are in truth.

Medial writing
It was in 2006 when my father died and I wasn't feeling well at all. His death had left me in a deep hole. Letting go brought up a lot of things and I looked for help to get out of it. I spoke to my father about it, because I believe that you can talk to the deceased. So one night he appeared to me in a dream. It was a very real dream and his message was: "I will send you something that will help you. I am very sorry that you have carried so much, it really wasn't all yours. I will take my part back. Please forgive me."
Yes, what can I say but: ITHANKYOU from the bottom of my heart!
A few days or weeks later, I discovered a school for consciousness on an Internet site. There were courses and meditations that you could do at home. The 22 steps to the reality of the 5th dimension. That was exactly what I needed. These steps were and still are the best way for me to clear my mind. I was allowed to discard, accept and change many things. Today I am a coach of these 22 steps and accompany people during this process. These steps are a journey to yourself. A wonderful journey from island of light to island of light. You can transform and integrate everything that comes up. Your light will shine more and more and you will create a new way of being.
