Keto bread twists

Ingredients
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 egg, beaten
1 oz. butter
31/4 oz. shredded cheese, preferably mozzarella
2 tbsp green pesto
1/2 egg, beaten, for brushing the top
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit (175 Celsius).
Step 2: Add all dry ingredients in a bowl, mix together. Combine egg and mix.
Step 3: In a pot on low heat, melt the butter and the cheese together. Combine until the batter is smooth.
Step 4: Gradually combine the butter-cheese batter to the dry mixture bowl and mix together into a firm dough.
Step 5: Lay the dough on parchment paper that is the size of a rectangular cookie sheet. Use a rolling pin, roll the dough out into a 1/5 inch (5 mm) thick rectangle.
Step 6: Spread pesto on top of the dough, and cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) strips. Twist the dough and lay on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Brushing on top of the dough with the beaten egg.
Step 7: Bring to bake until golden brown in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Keto oven-baked Brie cheese

Ingredients
15 oz. Brie cheese or Camembert cheese
11/2 garlic cloves, minced
11/2 tbsp fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
3 oz. pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped
11/2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit (200 Celsius).
Step 2: Lay the cheese on a baking pan lined with parchment paper or on a small nonstick baking plate.
Step 3: Add the herb, garlic, olive oil, and nut in a small bowl, mix together. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
