Before you is an autobiographical work that describes the author's journey to becoming a believer. It is also a philosophical excursion. Gerd Reuter takes the reader with him on his journey, allowing him to share in the experiences and adventures that describe pretty much all facets of a seeker. What is evil, what is good? How can I imagine God? What does devilish mean? Doesn't everyone have both good and evil within them? How do we manage to accept and integrate both equally and embrace both light and shadow within ourselves? Gerd Reuter also sees himself as part of global society, as part of a greater whole. In his book, he attempts to paint pictures of a healed world ...

Foreword
This book is more than just a philosophical excursion. The author describes the mental, spiritual and intellectual connection and the experiences in all facets of the seeker very concretely, in relation to his life so far, to his experiences in many areas of life, his confrontation with the outer and inner world. Life, writing and reading are processes, which is why you, dear reader, will not find a finalized statement, but will be taken along in the constant tiling of sliding back and forth: What does evil actually mean, what does good mean? How do I imagine God or the divine, what does the devil mean to me? How can I encounter both? Constantly searching for lasting observations, insights and perhaps even evidence.
It seems that we are not in a static state. Good and evil are constantly changing and our attitude influences them. That which is evil usually also bears traits of us, that which is good likewise. How do we manage to accept and love both equally, to embrace both the light and the shadows within us?
The author also examines himself in relation to society. What opportunities does he have to exert influence, where is his powerlessness greatest? A kaleidoscope of topics emerges that revolve around the core theme. The author seeks help, finds allies among the many philosophical works and among the people he has studied. He also tries to paint pictures of a healed system. The author is not only writing a book about his processes, it is also important to him to go out into the world and take action with his own projects, such as "Spirit of Waste" and "Healing Places".
When we look at the book, we realize how often we encounter this confrontation in everyday life - how many aspects there are to it: the images and symbols we have created that describe both good and evil. It is always the encounter with the outer and inner demons. If we manage to encounter them with kindness, the demons have no choice but to become smaller and smaller and finally disappear completely.
If we are neither the bad nor the good, we can relax and enjoy the play.
Have fun and be inspired while studying the book.
Yours, Ulrich Stempel

Prologue
Space, the world and the soul are full of surprises. So let me start by telling you about a dream that surprised and changed me. Changed in the sense that I have the feeling of being deeper within myself. This dream has the quality of aninitiation dream.
It is the night of April 12 to 13, 2021. The introductory sequence: A group of people are together. It feels intimate and familiar. They are working intensively on healing and trauma resolution. Two women are significant in this sequence. One, Istar*, whom I have desired since I have known her, the other, my lover, Aine*.
Istar repeatedly lies down on the floor, usually on her stomach, every time she is completely touched and overwhelmed by the topic. Although the mood in the group is existential, the interaction remains friendly, soft and tender. Istar lies down in a doorway. I lay on top of her gently. A strong sexual current sets in. She opens up completely, surrenders and wants. She turns her head towards me and we kiss. I bite her "Cannibalistically" tenderly her neck, shoulder and back - before the kiss. She wants me to touch her breasts, she really wants me to. She takes off her long red one-piece dress and says that it will definitely fit Aine. It's important to her that Aine puts it on. I am confused. Will Aine accept and approve of sex with Istar? However, since there is complete trust in the room, everyone involved is embedded and supported. Istar's devotion is boundless, unusual and strong.
The dream continues as follows: I come into contact with a beautiful woman I don't know. In the middle of everyone else, we have "sex" standing up, but without genital contact. Although it feels like it. We are standing and she asks me to stand on one leg and place the sole of the other leg against the knee of the standing leg. I say, then we'll fall over. However, by doing this, I have full contact with her. She tells me that I can rest easy. She has often done this with her husband. So we stand like this, each on one leg, in the middle of the group, it is indescribably beautiful. Intimate, sexual, spiritual, magical and mental. An endless stream of energy flows through and through us. We are completely merged with each other, merged with the universe and the consciousness of the universe. It's the first time I've experienced such an intensity completely awake and present.
On my left side, at eye level, a red circuit board appears with silvery conductors and soldered joints, about the size of a postcard. Energy flows through it and creates a constantly changing pattern. According to the energy flow, I "tap" the back of this unknown and beautiful woman, as if playing the piano, very gently and tenderly. The tapping is predetermined by the pattern, like the notes in music. The notes, the pattern is like a code. Our contact is oneness/oneness. According to the feeling, we write a healing code and enter information. Information for the healing of the earth and creation. This information flows into the Akashic Records, into the biosphere and into the noosphere. With this we remove the power from evil. This act of love is both worldly and supra-worldly at the same time. I am just happy, every cell is pure happiness.
During the introduction to this sequence, I saw an older, "inconspicuous" but charismatic man for a brief moment. He is wearing large, black-rimmed glasses. Now I meet him again. He is very friendly. He says: "Your watch dazzled me earlier, you're getting a new watch made of mother-of-pearl or a special titanium alloy". This watch is more of a ritual object, a sign of recognition, a "medicine bag". This watch indicates that I have now been initiated into thisinsider group. It feels sublime and sober at the same time, again I am happy. And it is certain that I am and will continue to be together with the woman.
The "older man" says that since I got into this special state within 4 seconds, I am qualified. There is recognition in this statement and it gives me the certainty that I am really meant. He is something like the "chief". All the time, in each of these dream sequences, the overall energy is free of hierarchy, more like a work group, or rather a tribe. People are aware of their potential, their mission, without wanting to make a specialty out of it. Everyone is modest, clear and alert.
Later in the dream, I am sitting with a small group on a street corner, music is being played and new people are joining me. They are all "strangers" to me, but familiar at the same time. An enormous alertness radiates from everyone's eyes. I am greeted in a friendly manner and appreciated, almost loved. So much for this moving and meaningful dream. It is rather rare that I remember a dream in such detail, and I am very grateful for that.
I am inspired and deeply happy about the beauty and power that lies in this dream. The dream clearly states that there is a healing truth that is omnipresent. And always, since the beginning of time, loving and awake souls have been balancing the forces and know how to do it. It's as if I'm meeting my soul family, soul community!!!
I share this dream with you because of the initiatory character I feel through this dream. Long before I began to become a believer, the "mystery" of sexual energy and power was of existential importance to me. In this dream, sexual energy unites with sacred and healing spiritual energy. I am also deeply grateful for this. All my life I have "suspected" that sexual and spiritual energy belong together in their essenceand belong to joy, the sacred and the healing. This beautiful gift from God must be honored and purified from all misunderstandings and misuse. This is one of the aims of this book.
I want to emphasize this reverence for the sacred and healing sexual power. Today, on November 5, 2021, I come across a small snake on the dust road to Colos, a small town in the south of Portugal. It is sunbathing in a hollow. Now, in the evening, I read the following in a shamanistic book by various indigenous tribes:
"The power of the snake is creative power, because it contains sexuality as well as psychic energy, alchemy, reproduction, transformation and immortality. The transformation of the cycle of life - death - rebirth is symbolized in the shedding of the snake. It is the energy of wholeness, of cosmic energy and the ability to experience all experiences without resistance and at will. It is the knowledge that all things are creatures in the same way and that those things that may be experienced as poisonous can, with the right inner attitude, be eaten, digested, integrated and transformed just as well as any other. Thoth, an inhabitant of Atlantis who later returned to earth as Hermes and became the father of alchemy, has two intertwined snakes coiled around a sword as a symbol of healing. Fully understanding and accepting the feminine and masculine elements in each organism allows the two to merge into one, bringing forth divine energy."
From the book Cards of Power - Jamie Sams and David Carson
Thankfully, I have finally been able to work on this book more consistently for a few days now. The synchronicity, the meeting with the snake today, allows me to express how I feel sexual energy with the help of indigenous wisdom. This is important to me, that you know what I want to say when I speak of sexual energy. In this world today, which is godless and loveless, so much is misunderstood. Especially that which is sacred and healing. So I want to speak out here for God, for love, for an authentic spirituality and a sacred and healing sexuality.
It is important to me to bring up this sexual topic, as I came into contact with the strong current of sex and the resulting question: What is love? This question and this strong current have accompanied me throughout my life.
Decades later, at the time of spiritual awakening, I experience the same intensity and depth of this theme again. The sexual high energy that takes place in my body, I find again spiritually and mentally. I experience the spiritual energy just as intensely and deeply as the sexual energy and feel that both are equally strong. Whereby the spiritual insights help me to categorize the sexual power and the question of love in a more comprehensive sense. As if body, mind and soul become one.
* For their protection, I am changing the names.
Introduction
The integrity of the soul is the only thing that matters!
Namaste - "I bow to you" and ya azim "I greet the divine in you".
My name is Gerd Reuter. There are forces on earth that I neither want to conjure up nor fight. When I fight against these powers, I give them energy through the fight. This energy nourishes and strengthens these powers. I am referring here to the independent forces of unspeakable evil, dark and cruel forces. The current world is in the stranglehold of an ever more inhuman cruelty. This must and will come to an end. How?
I start from divine love, which is stronger than all this evil. I firmly believe that there is a love in us humans that is as strong as God, that is as strong as life itself. This unconditional and divine love is the key that opens the door to a coming paradise. On earth, probably since the beginning of time, there has been a battle between good and evil. This battle reflects a fundamental tension in the universe. The tension between darkness and light. This tension is important for the creation of life, through constant becoming and passing away. This tension is a basic fact and a principle in the universe, it is initially neutral and free of judgment.
It is only through the emergence of self-reflective consciousness even before man, up to and including man, that the ability to make a choice develops - to choose light or darkness. Unfortunately I suspect that this is the starting point for the battle between good and evil. Human history essentially shows that the choice is mostly made, consciously or unconsciously, to choose evil, the dark, the unlight. However, through the application of unconditional love, it is possible to balance the tension between darkness and light again and again and thereby bring the original neutrality back into harmony. This is a conscious decision. Making this conscious decision is both the mission and the task of human beings in creation. That is my basic assumption, as far as I can currently see and formulate it as far as possible.
Loving evil into goodness!Logbook of my becoming. This book is an invitation, written for your inspiration. Since March 2006 I have been in the process of becoming a believer, I have been following a spiritual process of awakening. This process is a journey and I want to visualize and share the steps along the way. I am struggling to be mindful and aware of the omnipresence of God. And, I want to follow the unconditional and boundless love given to us by God. The desired outcome is then to apply this love by choosing to walk a sacred and healing divine path.
Loving evil into goodness,is an invitation to engage with God and unconditional love. To get involved in considering God. I am at a point today where I perceive God as She/It/He. So God is both a person, which I see as a being, and impersonal, an energy and conscious intelligence existing and present in all that exists.
Why God?
Good question. I have often found myself in a state of existential perplexity in my life that feels threatening at times. Because of this perplexity, I must and absolutely want to find out why I am here on earth and what I can do to make the perplexity stop. The materialistic answers were and are not enough for me. Due to the fact that I can be conscious, can think and feel consciously, can love consciously, can be consciously evil, destructive and destructive, can be consciously active and creative, I ask myself why I can be so contradictory? The only conclusive assumption so far is that these abilities within me, which are inherent to humans and other animate beings, arise from a superior intelligence. This intelligence contains the abilities that I have just described and it is also capable of producing an entire universe, an infinite universe. This intelligence is metaphysical rather than materialistic. This is another basic assumption and hypothesis of mine.
Who or what made us?
At the latest with the realization that neither my parents nor any other person "built and constructed" me, i.e. that something other than a material, mechanical and accidental cause must be the reason for my existence and existence in general, I come to the assumption that there is something that is the cause and source of existence. In doing so, I am touching on a question of human history. In every culture there are references to a metaphysical cause, which gives life. While each culture has a different name for it, the effects of this metaphysical cause are described in similar or identical ways, and I will essentially call it God in this book. As language has a tendency towards Babylonian linguistic confusion, I emphasize again that I am talking about a God who does indeed have personal traits, but God - She/He/It, is ultimately free of gender assignment.
The path of good is a path through the jungle of evil. I want to make it clear right at the beginning that I am very familiar with being evil. Being evil is often based on split-off and/or repressed contents of consciousness and soul, as well as biographical and karmic experiences. Some sources consider that the entire ancestral line to which we are connected also plays a significant role. Being evil is a conscious decision. Far be it from me to act as a hypocritical moralizer here. Due to a long chain of experiences that consciously, unconsciously and subconsciously cause me to do "evil" myself, I know what I am talking about. However, the price of "being evil" is now too high, too exhausting and too hurtful for me. Especially as everything I send out in my thoughts, feelings, words and actions will come back to me sooner or later - like a boomerang. I have too often experienced what comes back from the realm of evil as disturbing, confusing, hurtful, to the point of becoming ill or having accidents.
As the saying goes:"What you sow, so shall you reap."
At the same time, just as I struggle for God, it is important to me to get to the bottom of evil, to look evil in the face and understand it. In doing so, I am led to surprising and disturbinginsights. I am ultimately grateful for this. I am grateful because I know that Ican only love evil well and integrate and heal it through love if I recognize it clearly.
Nevertheless, I am happy how pleasant God feels, how light my heart is when I follow His presence. It is a continuous and constant struggle. The "victories" that I win in God's name feel liberating. The love that I then feel creates a pleasant expanse, breathing becomes easier, my gaze becomes clearer, my mind breathes a sigh of relief, mind, body and soul relax. Mind and heart are one and coherent, mind and body are one and coherent, mind and matter are one and coherent, thoughts and feelings are one and coherent - God and man are one and coherent. On the spiritual path, I gradually learn to accept that consciousness and life are a mystery. The deeper my questions become, the rasher assumptions and explanations that I have long been satisfied with lose their significance. For example, that the universe originated from a big bang, that God is dead, that creation is a chain of random biochemical processes from which ever more complex cells and ultimately organisms, including plants, animals and humans, have emerged, etc.
So I reach a starting point where I always start from scratch, so to speak, and it helps me to see life as a mystery and to engage with it. I engage with what seems inexplicable and yet is there. In this sense, God is both a mystery and, as I see it, the creative intelligence that is active and at work in the universe. In this respect, I am probably in the process of developing from a believer into a mystic. A mystic - according to what I know about it so far - is a person who experiences God alive. In experiencing, in feeling God, I come to the conclusion that creation follows a purpose and a meaning.
So welcome to this journey of mine - in the hope that the confidence I have gained will be shared with you. Far from any kind of instruction, far from any pretension to know the sole truth, far from any claim to be 100% accurate.
The privilege
I would like to emphasize at this point that such considerations are a privilege. A privilege that can only be used in a safe living space. This safe living space provides access to energy, food and water and is free from acute wars.
I want to raise my voice for a large part of humanity, e.g. for the starving people in East Africa; for the people living in refugee camps, for the homeless and starving children; for those people who live in the most degrading conditions and struggle to survive; for the women, children and men who are now dying between the fronts in the wars between Russia and Ukraine, the Gaza Strip and Israel. I had looked away for too long. Because the pain of seeing such relentless injustice in a world where everything is plentiful, abundant and immeasurably rich was too great.
What man does to man is bad enough. But it goes on and on. Biotopes are being destroyed, vital forests are being cut down, the world's oceans and water resources are being polluted and poisoned, species are being wiped out, excessive agricultural industries are poisoning the soil and water, animals are being tortured in factory farming and industrially destroyed in slaughterhouses. The list goes on and on.
Ya basta, enough is enough! I want to encourage those who live in a privileged and safe environment to use this privilege to work for the good of the whole.
A look at the current reality
July/August 2021 - devastating forest fires on the west coast of the USA, in Italy, Greece, Turkey and in Siberia that cannot be extinguished. 38 °C measured in the Arctic Circle. A few days ago, enormous heatwaves of more than 50 °C and now the floods in Austria, Germany and Belgium. It's maddening, my open heart can hardly stand it. What else needs to happen? In my opinion, the earth is calling us to wake up and put creation back in order and take the next step in evolution.
In a world separated from God, love, nature and creation, there is fear, brutality, violence, war and a cruel lack of love, a cold insensitivity, a greedy destruction of every basis of life. Some indigenous tribes say that "civilized" man behaves cannibalistically.
„Civilized" humanity, with all its intelligence, with all its creative potential, is standing on a self-created precipice. Meanwhile, in today's globalized world, the whole of humanity is affected, without exception. Is that all we are capable of? To destroy everything that is sublime, great, lovable, unique and beautiful, that we once loved? To destroy life itself, the expression of an all-encompassing creative presence and intelligence?
We are capable of more!
There is a "drop of bitterness", as the energies of evil in people - whether consciously and/or unconsciously and subconsciously is almost irrelevant - break through and sabotage the creative potential. This is a fact of experience. For a long time, I tried to deny, repress and negate the inherent evil. With this attitude, however, I am a breeding ground for the actions of evil, of the dark. It is probably part of the purpose and meaning of human existence thatI am able to act against love, against holy life - by means of the power of free will. This is both a blessing and a curse. We are capable of making mistakes and we are capable of correcting them.
"If you make mistakes, don't miss the lesson too"Statement by the Dalai Lama at the turn of the millennium.
I want to emphasize once again that I am far from being a moralizer, as I am now aware of the evil in me, so I know evil well. In the course of the book, I want to work out why and why I say that.
Nevertheless, precisely for this reason, it is very important to me that the earth becomes a better place. It is our home, our mother, our love. That may sound corny, but ever since I was a child, I have realized that I want to live in a different, healthy world and that I am partly responsible for building the different world I want to live in. A world that is free from fear. Thisis a decision based on self-respect, self-acceptance, self-awareness, self-knowledge and self-responsibility.
"Fear must disappear from the earth,"Mikhail Gorbachev once said.
What is wrong with us humans?
Karma
I want to use my privilege to recognize and express those forces that put an end tothe refugee camps, the war, crisis and emergency zones of this world. Karma is a Sanskrit term. Karma is like a wheel, it is also called the wheel of destiny. This wheel keeps turning in the same place until the previous cause/effect link is recognized and replaced by another cause/effect link. It is possible to change both human karma and personal karma. Yes, it is even possible to leave the wheel of fate. On the one hand, the change consists of accepting and knowing the karmic law of cause and effect. On the other hand, to recognize this law and thus to know that I, i.e. the human being, can set a different cause, and thus a different effect will manifest itself accordingly.
I find it difficult to assess what it was like in matriarchal culture. Through many years of character work and the special research within my time in a community, I can clearly say that at the latest with the patriarchal cultural development, essentially characterized by wars of conquest and imperialist structures of domination, every person carries serious traumas within them. Violence, war and abuse of power are causes and effects within the current patriarchal world that essentially bring suffering.
The law of karma states that there is a direct connection between cause and effect. Every thought, every feeling, every word and every deed can be understood as a vibration with different frequencies. They are the cause. A vibration that generates energy according to its frequency. This energy will manifest itself according to its content. The manifestation is the effect. The Vedic description of karma says the following, as described in the book "Bhagavad Gita - As It Is" - by Sri Srimad A.C.:
"Action that always results in a material reaction - whether good orbad - and binds the doer to the cycle of birth and death. Law of karma; law of action and reaction."
In the Bhagavad Gita there are further insightful statements on karma. Here are two additional statements by Rudolf Steiner:
"The universal law of destiny of cause and effect states that every physical, mental or spiritual effect that emanates from a being and - consciously or unconsciously - disturbs the spiritual-cosmic order, rebounds on that being itself and also disturbs its own inner mental-astral order and brings it into disharmony with the spiritual world order, thereby determining its destiny."
What we do as individuals and what humanity does has direct consequences that come back to us. Every person is responsible for their actions and the resulting consequences. In addition topersonal karma, there is also the karma of humanity. Humanity as a whole is also responsible for its actions and the resulting consequences. The two are interwoven. More on this from Rudolf Steiner's Complete Works 100, page 86:
"In addition to individual karma, the human being, insofar as he always belongs to a human community and thus to a group ego, also has a share in community karma without any personal transgression, e.g. in family karma, national karma etc. and especially inhuman karma. ... Man belongs to the whole world and also has his destiny in the totality. Karma affects not only the individual, but also the lives of entire peoples."
As the saying goes:" What you sow, so shall you reap.”
Karma, as the wheel of fate, therefore keeps turning in the same place until the previous cause/effect link is recognized and replaced by another cause/effect link. I think it is important to know that this change in destiny is possible for people. By virtue of his God-given,inherentpotential. Power of his spirit. Power of his intelligence. Power of his co-creative power. Power of his ability to love. I equate this inherent potential with the Christ consciousness that dwells within us.
There are three options available to humanity, to everyone:
Leaving karmaas it has been practiced for thousands of years - which is likely to lead to the complete destruction of all living things.
To change karma, e.g. by deciding to work for the good of the whole. However, this requires becoming aware of one's subconscious/unconscious character traits and behaviors and making the decision to develop one's character from a "selfish" ego to a true ego, to a conscious self.
To leave the law of karma- by means of the Christ spirit within us, the "interface" to God, which commissions and empowers us to recognize, honour, nurture and rebuild the "Queen's Kingdom of the Goddess - the Kingdom of God". In Emmet Fox's book "The Sermon on the Mount", he clearly states that as soon as the Christ consciousness is activated and applied in man, this possibility of leaving the law of karma is given.
I recently came across a remarkable man, Kurt Tepperwein. He takes a different approach by saying that we areperfect consciousness. He has learned this in the course of his life and practices it. This perfect consciousness is always in the now and is our nature. "Being in the reality of your true being, being conscious and in the now. And, thereis no more karma happening. You still experience the rest of karma, but any further karma stops."Quote from a YouTube video with him.
In my book, I usually refer to this perfect consciousness as Christ consciousness. Whatever it is called, in this "being aware of oneself", i.e. being aware of one's "being so", lies the possibility of setting causes in the now, which are realized as effects in our lives. From this awareness, I actively participate in creation as a creator and can set the causes that bring about the desired effects that free me from the wheel of karma/fate. This means being aware of myself as an authentic and true self. As well as being aware of being a child of God and of unity. The unity from which God himself, the creative intelligence, has emerged. Unity is more complex than duality and polarity. As a superordinate reality, it is free from cause-and-effect dualism. Leaving the law of karma may sound like a utopia so far, but I believe it is man's destiny to live in paradise, in the promised land. That is our birthright. It is the application and release of our inherent potential.
The inherent potential
"God's greatest gift to you is your unlimited potential - your greatest gift to God is to use that potential to the fullest."
I found this saying in a restaurant, pinned to a fridge. It inspired me to write this paragraph and comes from James Arthur Ray.
This saying gives me courage and generates joy and confidence. It's great what possibilities we humans are born with. In this book, I want to clear away as much "rubble" as possible that is blocking this potential. So the greatest gift I can give God is to fully utilize this potential through application. My first step of application is to accept the statement about the unlimited potential given to us by God and to believe it to be true. My second step is to align my life with this statement. My path arises from this. Unlocking this inherent potential involves recognizing oneself, respecting oneself, loving oneself. This results in self-responsibility. I take back to myself the responsibility that I have previously passed on to parents, school, church, authorities and the state. I am increasingly shedding the blame I previously placed on these "institutions". An act of self-respect and self-acceptance. It feels very, very good.
The divine inherent potential is available to man without restriction. It is in people so that it can be applied and used. This potential includes: Compassion, consciousness, empathy, thoughts, feelings and faith, harmony, intelligence, strength, love, sympathy, beauty, perfection and will. According to my perception, these gifts make us the image of God. These gifts are the reason why we have an ethical conscience, can love and have the intelligence to create a world that is free from fear and that is oriented towards the well-being of all life on earth.
There is a divine spark in every human being, and I suspect in everything that exists. A spark, when it lands on the tinder, ignites a fire. The potential of the spark thus unfolds its power. This potential is boundless and without limit. It can always be ignited and used at any time. That is why it is there and within us. In addition to the creative power, God has the trust that we, as "children" of God, will use this potential creatively and responsibly. However, it is more than questionable to what extent people's previous behavior is in line with the trust placed in us by God, the creative intelligence. I know from my own experience that there are many errors, confusions and dead ends involved. It is good to be kind and gracious to yourself, even in moments of failure. "Fall down, get up, straighten your crown, move on" is a beautiful statement that aptly describes this "failure".
Alentejo - Portugal
The coronavirus has the whole world in its grip. It's April 4, 2020 and the journey begins today. The journey to write this book. The journey out of fear, out of doubt, out of uncertainty. I want to share what encourages me on this journey. I follow my intuition and allow myself to be naive in the process. Naivety helps me to marvel at what is truly adequate in the face of the immeasurable beauty of the universe and creation, the breathtaking and astonishing harmony and precision of the processes in the infinite vastness of the universe as well as in biotopes and our bodies.
"COVID-19" is a Zen moment for us, for humanity. The challenge is to wake up to our inherent potential. The challenge is to use our gifts for the benefit of all.
"COVID-19", this virus exists, undisputedly. However, the virus is being misused. While colds, flu and infections used to be a part of life, this virus is causing fear, paranoia and terror throughout humanity. Evil shows its unvarnished face. Are those who want evil finished? Bacteria and viruses are part of life, they are vital. It is precisely living through every kind of infection that makes you stronger and more powerful. The body is created for life and equipped with everything and becomes stronger with every infection.
"COVID-19", if it is still correct to call it that. In the meantime, "one rabbit after the next is pulled out of the hat". It is November 2021 and after the mutation into the delta variant - in between there was the mutation B 1.1.529 - we are now at the omicron mutation/variant. Will it go on and on like this? Before corona, flu and colds were also constantly evolving and changing. From the "Corona era" onwards, however, everything will be related to this virus so that the chain of the worsening pandemic remains unbroken! Vaccinations deliver less than they promise. The increasing exclusion, the incipient defamation - on the verge of absolute criminalization - of those people who allow themselves to determine what is done to them, when and how, brings back memories. Will the "unvaccinated" be an "unworthy life" in the near future? A rogue who thinks evil of it. I firmly believe that humanity is called upon to pause and rethink and change our current behavior and consumption habits!
"COVID-19" is a catharsis/purification, down to the deepest depths, through all levels and layers of our existence, thorough and fundamental. Humanity, nature, the world pauses for a look into the previous reality and comes into contact with reality. I use the word realityin the sense of the world we humans have made. The word reality contains this reality and at the same time goes far beyond it. Reality is therefore the world in which the earth, human beings, creation and nature as well as the solar systems and galaxies exist, the world-all, the creative intelligence - God. Our Mother Earth/Gaia is an animated organism existing in reality. Everything that exists is animated, sublime, complex and astonishing. Furthermore, it is astonishing that existence in reality continues to develop through evolution. As a result, everything that exists perfects itself and becomes ever more complex.
An aspect of evolution
Evolution is constantly developing. This development leads to recognizing the results that affirm life. All intellectual, artistic, philosophical, scientific, spiritual and religious directions are important for this process of knowledge. Significant in the attempt to get to the bottom of the mystery of life and divine truth and reality. All cultures are fundamentally - in their essence - based on an ethic stemming from creation. They rest on the pillars of those insights which, in the course of evolutionary development, make the mystery more recognizable and comprehensible. The mystery of life itself, the intangible infinity of the universe, is interwoven with a creative and universal intelligence – which I like to call God. God is an all-encompassing concept that defies definition. God is rather a state of being. The "phenomenon" of a numinous, creative intelligence, an active consciousness in the universe. The beauty is that we are connected to this active consciousness all the time, always and forever. We are part of this consciousness and at the same time latently the whole consciousness. This is another perception of how I experience theinherent potential.
Search and find
All my life, since I was a child, I have been trying to grasp something, to understand what is in the unknown. I feel "something". I perceive this something and take it "for real". So I set out on a search and find it, in a long, ongoing process. On this path, it becomes clear that there is a meaning, there is a creative intelligence. There are goddesses - Artio, Astarte, Bastet, Durga, Eris, Freya, Hathor, Indra, Isis, Itzpapalotl, Kali, Maat, Nossa Senhora, Nike, Nuit, Shakti/(Shiva), Tara, ..., to name just a few goddesses. There is God - Allah, Brahman, Yahweh, Sri Krishna, Odin, Shiva/(Shakti), Vishnu …
There are indigenous peoples who honor this divine signature in trees and forests, animals, sacred places of power and ceremony, water sources, etc. Each culture has its own expression of the divine signature. Without this creative intelligence, life would remain incomprehensible to me. The divine world of the various world religions is a colorful and diverse world. The One, the Infinite, the Eternal manifests and reveals itself to man in the most diverse ways. It is fascinating to study the divine concepts of different peoples.
I will essentially express myself in a "Christian" way. Christianity is my culture in this life. But the path to becoming a believeris an interfaith, spiritual path. The further I progress on this spiritual path, the more different sources attract my interest. And the amazing thing is, in depth, the authentic sources of indigenous mystery knowledge, shamanic knowledge, mystery schools and the spiritual sources of religions are essentially in agreement. Although the symbols vary and the goddesses and gods have different names. The divine was and is worshipped in mountains and rivers, as devas, elves, fairies, the little people, goblins and dwarves, all the way up to the galaxies and stars. But in the quintessence, the mystery of life is expressed and felt in a similar or identical way. There is a common thread, so to speak, which indicates that we humans are "spiritual beings" with human experiences. The world is more complex than our three-dimensional perception. And this complex world has emerged from God, from a creative intelligence.
Fundamentals
The apocalyptically threatening basic state on earth has been too much for me since I was born. I sense and feel the cruelty and destruction. It is more than enough. For a long time, I thought it was impossible and unimaginable that this apocalyptic basic state would get worse and worse. I assume that there is a force in humanity that is willing and able to end the apocalypse in the sense of doom. This power and this will can be found in every human being without exception. I perceive this power as unconditional love.
I assume eternal life. Of reincarnation, of the eternal existence of the soul.
I assume that Christ, the presence of God in man, exists in every human being without exception.
I assume that Ahriman, the presence of the devil/evil, exists in every human being without exception.
I assume that we humans are destined and able to choose: Do we go the way of good or the way of evil? It is man's task to recognize this duality of the eternal struggle between good and evil and to put an end to the resulting consequences.
I essentially follow my feelings and my intuition. Even before my apprenticeship as a craftsman, I was determined to become an intellectual, a spiritual person who can think logically and penetrate everything mentally. To this day, I still consider this an honorable goal. But as I progressed, I realized that I first perceive things through my feelings and then try to mentally classify and understand what I perceive. I can now accept that I am more of an emotional person, but that took a long time. I'm sharing this here because I first feel and intuit everything I write. This is important for you to know, especially when I try to base my statements on scientific evidence. Although I value scientific thinking, formulating what I intuitively perceive scientifically is more of a challenge for me than I would like to admit. I am always fascinated and amazed that spiritual feelings are increasingly being formulated in scientific statements. I get the impression that science is increasingly overlapping with the spiritual world. I will try to be as accurate and precise as possible in reproducing the scientific statements used, although it may be that I am rather "imprecise and fuzzy" in doing so.
There will also be contradictions in the course of the book. This is unavoidable, as insights expand, develop and change on the spiritual path. The path of becoming a believer brings me closer to the divine, step by step. As I come closer to God, my perception of God changes and refines. If you are familiar with the Sufi Barracks or the Zen Koans, you will recognize the paradoxes and contradictions. Contradictions are part of life and bring with them a certain dynamic.
Some quotes used are unchecked. I.e. they sometimes deviate from the original, I ask for your indulgence.
The three phases of life
On my 60th birthday, on June 12, 2021, I make a decision and enter, intentionally and consciously, my third phase of life, with the basic attitude:I am a co-worker/co-creator of God!As such, I am now ready, receptive and open to God's instructions. In this way, I am freeing myself from the first phase of life of being a craftsman from a family of craftsmen. Disappointed, angry and rebellious at the same time.
I am moving on from the second phase of my life, working on a global project for a "new culture". These phases of life have been preparation and I am learning more and more to integrate the qualities of these phases, which I am learning to appreciate. The integration consists, among other things, of learning to accept and appreciate that I am "only" a craftsman. That I learned to see my parents and understand that they did their best. With the best conscience and knowledge. The most important thing, however, is that I learned to love them, despiteall the difficulties. Thank God I told them a long time ago.
The whole journey through the community, with all its ups and downs, has refined my character. It has taught me to become tolerant of human faults and weaknesses, knowing that everyone is given the capacity to love, that it is possible to change and evolve.
Note for better understanding
I would like to point out that I will certainly refer to controversial statements, sources and/or people and groups. I am more concerned with the statements made there, the essence of the statements made, recognizing and being aware of the "fallibility", because to err is human. It is important to make mistakes, accept them, then recognize them and finally correct them.
"Great Spirit, keep me from judging a man until I have walked 10.000 miles in his moccasins".
Words taken from the prayer of an Apache.
I will talk about God, love, spirituality, sexuality, the devil and evil. That may seem strange. I am aware that I will be placed in a certain corner. It is quite possible that I could be considered a "Schwurbler" [Meaning in between “tin foil hat person” and “blatherer”] (absurd word), a conspiracy theorist or something else. I just want to find out something about love and consciousness, as these two topics have been with me since I was a child. That is why I allow myself to look from the most "absurd, dirty and dusty" corners to the most sublime cornersof the "true, beautiful and good". The wheat can only be separated from the chaff in an extensive overall view. I want to go as far and as deep as possible into archetypal, spiritual images and content - non-denominational, interreligious and exploratory.
Learning to understand and use God, love, spirituality, sexuality, the devil and evil for the development of statements could certainly also be formulated in a more abstract, psychological and scientific way. Even without the words God, love and devil, there is fear, violence, cruelty, war and the destruction of the foundations of life on earth. But since these terms, these words, have accompanied and occupied me on my spiritual path for a long time, they are familiar to me. To put it metaphorically, they are the skeleton that supports the body of this book.
I will"repeatmyselfoften". There is an intention behind this, which is to emphasize the essentials again and again, as with the prayer wheels. So that any misunderstanding is made clear from the outset: the concrete effects of evil on earth are too cruel, beyond the limits of what can be endured and said. Nevertheless, I dare to consider and present solutions here that have been revealed to me on the spiritual path.
I also want to make it clear that the harsh criticism of the political structures in this book is important to me. I realize that I am taking too one-sided a view of this complex political issue. This stems from my holy anger. Holy anger arises when the fundamental intention of politics to serve the common good degenerates into corruption and abuse of power. I recognize when politics is credible, when politics is really based on working on social structures that are suitable for coordinating complex social systems. I think it is possible that this time has dawned in which politics is once again based on ethical principles.Loving evil into goodness.
Welcome
Welcome to this attempt to find a way out of the global crisis and hardship. To take a self-determined and responsible path. For the good of life, for the good of the whole, for the good of the whole world. With this book, I want to show you one possibility for this path. In the hope of encouraging you to open your heart and follow love.
"You cannot not be saved. There is no hell except that you do not know this".
Says Shams-e Tabrizi, in the profound book "The Forty Secrets of Love" - by Elif Shafak
Modest and grateful, in upright humility, from the heart and in growing love - Namaste and Ya Azim
Chapter 1: Loving evil into goodness
Logbook of my becoming
Loving evil into goodness. In an open moment of the soul, this title came to me. The title that inspires this book. This title leads to insights. These insights lead to a consequence. The consequence of making a decision. This decision must ultimately be made in every moment. Do I choose evil or do I choose good?
Equipped with the divinely given inherent potential, supplemented by this decision-making ability, it is possible for all of us to put a constructive end to the worldwide massacre and atrocities against life - even if the war between Ukraine and Russia speaks a different language, as does the escalation between Israel and Palestine/Gaza Strip.
Nevertheless, humanity has long since begun to work for life on earth. Examples of this include: cleaning the oceans and water cycles, reforestation and reafforestation, desert greening; changes in energy policy by reducing the use of fossil fuels; increasing awareness of the importance of real food, increasing cultivation through organic farming; building local and regional networks; increasing awareness of the conservation of raw materials and resources, waste avoidance and the increasing implementation of efficient recycling. Initial constructive approaches can therefore be identified. I also assume that committed and responsible people are aware that these are only the first steps.
The inherent potential given to us by God works at the core of the human being as unconditional, selfless love, asclear and pure consciousness and as the certainty of God. At least that is what I believe and am convinced of. When a person activates this elemental force, their power of love is activated. A loving person is easily able to feel happiness. This happiness of being completely open to and committed to life. I certainly consider, that a person who has turned away from God can also open themselves up to happiness, life and love. I know this myself from the time before I started to become a believer. The difference for me is that without God, I was more or less at the mercy of the "whims of fate". It was completely unclear to me that I could consciously "make love" by aligning myself with it and choosing to do so. Previously, falling in love had only happened to me "by accident", so to speak, without realizing how crucial my own state of consciousness is. At the time, I wanted to "have love for myself" and related everything to myself. As a result, I misjudged this great gift from God and at that very moment it was lost to me. I have experienced this time and time again. Love is a power that carries within it the grace to go beyond itself, to expand and to work for the good of all. Love is a power to open up, like the blossom of a rose. Before, the rose appears inconspicuous, with prickly stems, simple leaves and then - the opening of the blossom... The intense fragrance, the radiant color, the stem and the leaves are now a magnificent and beautiful expression of the living. The rose unfolds its full potential. Most people I know, like me, experience joy at the sight of a rose. And joy creates happiness. The rose is often an expression of love. I consider love to be the key, the intention, the ability and the will to change. In this case, as I said before, to love means to decide to love - to "make" love.
In my opinion and perception, we humans now live in a world largely devoid of God and love, which leads to the cruelties mentioned above. Therefore, consciously making love has actually become a decision.
I want to start here and describe the experiences, insights, experiences and reflections that I see as a solution. Sometimes words are inadequate to describe what and how I feel. Especially as my approach is essentially intuitive. I approach God intuitively and playfully and realize that God reveals himself to me little by little. Like an onion, I go deeper and deeper, peel by peel, penetrating to the core. Previous assumptions are discarded and replaced by an expanded assumption. I am in a continuous process, I am learning to find God. In the process, I am constantly confronted with the contradictions of trying to define something that defies definition.
