The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Krsna, speaks in the Vedas: 'Of all creations I am the beginning, the end and also the middle, O Arjuna. Of all sciences I am the spiritual science of the Self, and among the logicians I am the conclusive truth.' (Bhagavad-Gita, 10.32) Find your base, in the balance, in the equilibrium between heaven and earth, in the midst of the heart and perceive how wonderful personal truths reveal themselves. Change in time, nature and our lives meet a timeless, eternal practice, connected with the essence of spiritual, absolute truth. Come along a journey and find truth and bliss within.

Foreword

Life is unity, balance and natural difference. The pursuit of this and the natural, God-given presence of life make it possible to experience bliss and harmony.

Balance begins in the heart of the soul, and continues through all layers into life.

Life gave me a balance, which I would like to share with you.

Everyone seeks a connection of honesty, trust and purity with God, with oneself and with fellow human beings.

This connection is based on universal laws that have been mentioned in sacred scriptures, and today find their own expressions, on the whole all scriptures confirm a truth that can be found in transcendental sound meditation.

In this truth lies the centre and the scale of our existence, which acts as a basis through balance and thus becomes alive.

The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Krsna, speaks in the Vedas:

May God give me the strength to publish this balance in the form of a book and may the devotees, teachers, sages and friends give me confidence.

This book is accompanied by a traveller who symbolically carries our longing heart into the distance.

Introduction

The journey could go in any direction, all we want is joy! Up, up, and never down from the eternal path of bliss!

The path is sometimes wonderful and you meet people who carry a treasure within them.

A higher truth lifts us up in the moment of first doubt, and as soon as man hesitates, it becomes clear that help will soon be at hand.

Whatever form it takes, a good friend is there. The journey, then, always begins in the ache of being two, and it leaves no rest until this one comes to the world, children of this world, and friends of the sun, may darkness be illuminated by the light of your dazzling wisdom.

It can only be a path to bliss, unity, but what was and will be, past, present or future, is also with you at this moment.

Let us put it this way, new life to arise is an eternal job, no living being could develop its individuality from a blob, but conscious spirit soul, and finally the Dear Father let’s us find a friend in the kindergarten of life.

First pranks, funny games, the first real fight, everything is part of it, and in no time we also understand bodies as boundary-full instruments.

Sometimes it breaks down or grows up, be surprised O my boy! Father is kind and gives us free rein.

Wherever the journey winds, grow and flourish, the child needs good instruction and water, pure emotions and a warm and intimate bond, which can give us a sense of boundlessness.

Boys are then at home in the forest with sticks and girls with piano and violin.

But the urge to know doesn’t let go; and as soon as curiously we search for unity, both friends sit next to each other and listen to the stories of the wise who know, do you remember?

Looks are like magnets of empathy and feet find ground, words sound, listen to who we want to be, together we surmount!

The loving attraction is mystical and secret, and with a little sense of humour we can understand why we look into the heart.

There are enough stories about friendship, but the lived ones are uniquely wonderful in this world, a little touch of eternity, in the middle of time and space we find a paradise.

Take a breath and look into the heart that says we are not alone, our Father shall always be with us, the eternal friend in the heart, is shimmering-beautiful like a bright candle, and then these jokes.

A smile shows the true spirit, unconditional and free. For all a sunshine, although in the face or just so alone.

The knowledge of God and the world is the smile of the heart, pronounced in face, truly life is the most beautiful grace.

Who we want to be is poetry.

This has rhyme, and structure, prose and sound, rhythm and song, but most important is the one who hears it, for here word and sound find one heart.

This mysticism is love in person, the true art of surrendering opinion and judgement, structure and pleasure, simply being there, pure, in the eternal flow of life.

On the banks of this river we come to our senses and seek balance, uphill through the woods and to the source it shall go, through the trees and mountains we will understand what balance really means, then there is the sunshine, simply beautiful, that's how it should be.

The Simplicity of Balance

Just as the journey needs preparation and mindset, every person should understand what the Absolute Personality of God has to do with balance.

Faith in this Supreme Person is the foundation for the good part of our actions.

We believe we are living renounced, that is why we fast.

We believe we are wise, that is why we read.

We believe we are rich, therefore we enrich.

This is God's power, which makes us believers, even if God is in the background, then we certainly believe in the authorities, the king, the heads of families, friends, well-wishers or wise ones, whoever we believe in, they are all part of the Supreme Personality of God.

Every human being is an eternal fragmental part of the Absolute, of the Whole, that is, of the Supreme.

God is one Person, in supreme unity. Absolutely perfect.
