Beschreibung

All Sarah wanted to eat was ice cream. The cold, creamy taste lingered on her tongue. She liked strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, caramel, macadamia nut, mango and mint chocolate chip. She told her older brother Rhys. 'I love ice cream. I don't want anything else.'

'You're crazy,' said Rhys.

Sarah's special treat was when her family went to town. They would call at an ice cream shop. She always had blueberries and cream ice cream. Other flavours were laid out in front of her. She wanted to try them all. Sarah wished her family would leave her alone in the shop with lots of money so she could try all the flavours. That would be heaven.

However, Sarah soon found that eating only ice cream was not a good idea and she wanted to rejoin her family and eat what they ate.

She wanted to try them all. Sarah wished her family would leave her alone in the shop with lots of money, so she could try all the flavours. That would be heaven. Her Daddy said she had to choose one. It was agony to choose only one flavour. Why couldn’t she have the other yummy ones as well? It was easy for Rhys he always had chocolate. At meal times, Sarah just nibbled her food. 'Come on Sarah, eat your sausages and peas. I mashed potatoes just for you,' said Mummy.

'It's yucky. I want ice cream.'

'You can have ice cream after you've eaten what you've got.'
