Der letzte Teil unserer USS Lex und Chronowerx-Reihe und unser großes Crossover. Gepaart mit einer Zeitreise Kirks, Wita's und T'Vrell's in das Jahr 1986. Dabei jagen sie Darko. Darko tötet Lucy, beim Eintreffen ins Jahr 1986. Auf Wita's Rachedurst hin, vergrößern sich zunächst nur ihre Verluste. Bis Wita sich selbst im Jahr 2019 wiederfindet. Und auch Lex Troja und Lucy. Es begint alles noch einmal von vorn.

A Star Trek Story

Chapter 1 From Heinz Poetter and Alexa Paskowa

The last part of our story. We'll reconsider writing another part, but we don't guarantee it.

Thank you for following our stories for so long.

Small spoiler: We are changing all the rules here again.

Chapter 2 The Beginning

Boston

A Neonsign

(glows at night against a clear starry sky. Sign reads)

The Happy Keeper

Music

(sounds from a car parked in front of a red traffic light in front of the bar 'The Happy Keeper'.)

An older blond woman

(follows a younger man into the bar.)

The woman

(pauses by the door in the bar and looks around. She sees several strategically placed tables in front of her. She approaches a woman behind a longer side table. She accepts a name tag.)

Janine

(is on the name tag. She sits down at one of the tables.)

A man

(rings a bell.)

Everything heard. We want to start now.

(He gestures around.)

The women remain seated at their tables. The men change tables each time the bell rings. We ask the ladies, should they have found the partner of their choice in the meantime, to remain seated in order to give everyone a fair chance.

(He rings the bell.)

The participating men

(sit down at the tables with the women.)

The man

(rings the bell again after several minutes. And the bell again after several minutes.)

Janine

(looks bored at her neighbor at the table.)

The table neighbor

(gestures that she's bored too.)

Janine

(looks at her current table candidate.)

Hello...

(She reads the table candidate's name tag.)

...Jerry!

Jerry

(also looks at Francine's nametag.)

Janine! Hello!

Janine

(falls backwards, yawning.)

What do you do for a living?

Jerry

(clears throat and raises head.)

I'm a mechanical engineer at the U.S. Navy! mom!

Janine

(smiles.)

You can't get rid of this "Mam" and "Sir" anymore.

Jerry

There are other reasons why I'm single.

Janine

They develop machines for the military. That speaks for you!

Jerry

More or less Maaa.. Janine!

Janine

(laughs)

I've also long called every face "Mam" or "Sir".

(She leans forward.)

That's how we were taught.

Jerry

(looks questioningly.)

Were you in the military?

Janine

(looks Jerry in the eyes.)

We were also taught never to share confidential information.

Jerry

(looks Janine in the eyes.)

You were involved in covert operations. I guess I better not ask.

Janine

(looks down.)

Can you still remember 1996? An alien flying object over Los Angeles.

Jerry

The billionaire who launched himself into orbit a day later and never came back. He left a fat hole in his own office building at launch.

Janine

I was on the spaceship that flew over Los Angeles at night.

Jerry

(laughs)

Spaceship?

Janine

It came from the future. It should bring us to Earth from the other end of the galaxy. And it should get me court-martialled. me and some others. Because we are fighting violent monsters that our government negotiated a "peace" with.

Jerry

And that's how you became a terrorist.

Janine

That's how I became a real soldier.

(She alternately looks up and down.)

That night our "transporter" had broken down. We couldn't just go down to Earth. I had to wait until we were just off the ground.

(She sees herself in her memory.)

I don't even know why we were flying so low over the city. All I know is that I'm beaming down one second to the next. Yes, we had a tight time window. There were five of us when we got down. We saw the ship fly overhead.

(She is startled by the ringing of the bell.)

Jerry

(stands up. He touches Janine's shoulder.)

Nice story. I don't believe a word you say. But write a book and make a Playstation game.

We'll talk more later.

Janine

(looks at the man who is now sitting directly in front of her. She sighs. She looks after Jerry.)

The man in front of Janine

(points to his name tag)

i am joe I sell internet connections.

Janine

I have cats. Lots of cats.

Joe

(gestures at Jerry.)

I just overheard your conversation. I...

Janine

...lots of cats. I'm not tired of getting a lot more cats.

(She shows Joe her hand before Joe opens his mouth.)

Please! Check mails!

Joe

(want to say something.)

Janine

(interrupts.)

Lots of cats.

Chapter 3 Memories

The sun

(is reflected in the water.)

The water

(Seems to extend endlessly beyond the horizon.)

A ocean

(reflects the sunlight.)

A small boat

(breaks through the sunlight. It's a small single-masted sailboat.)

Two Person

(sitting on the edge of the sailboat.)

The one woman on the boat

(breaks a peaceful silence)

Are you angry now? You screwed up.

The other woman on the boat

(looks at one person)

I don't know.

The one woman on the boat

(looks out to sea again.)

What you did sucked, Lex. But I forgive you. I forgive you everything Really everything. If you do the shit of your life and everything really is just a crater, I forgive you everything.

Lex, the other woman on the boat

(looks at one woman)

I would like to be there like you.

The Vulcaness on the boat

(stands up.)

You know what? I'm not having fun here anymore. I let myself be beamed to my quarters.

Lex

(laughs)

We are having an argument. And you started it. It's no fun.

(She sees the Vulcan not responding and is typing on a handheld device. She stands up.)

Wait T’Vrell

(She realizes she is still being ignored. She runs up to T'Vrell and touches her.)

T’Vrell

(turns around. She looks Lex in the eyes.)

Lex

(strokes T'Vrell's cheek and approaches with her face.)

T’Vrell

(has Lex's eyes and mouth right in front of her. She touches Lex's arm.)

I will never let you go again.

Lex

(kisses T'Vrell and turns her face back.)

At some point you will have to.

T’Vrell

(looks at handheld device.)

The transport controller is not working. It...

(She is seen holding a Samsung smartphone.)

I know that thing.

(She remembers Francine handing her the phone. She remembers the Eiffel Tower standing behind Francine. She feels a tremor beneath her. She sees that the water isn't moving. She looks at Lex.)

You're still in that stupid water tank.

Lex

(climbs onto the edge of the boat behind her. She spreads her arms.)

Then take me back

(She falls backwards into the water.)

T’Vrell

(feels a jolt again. She runs to the edge of the boat. She looks into the water. She sees Lex in the water tank. She wakes up. She sees Wita and James Kirk lying unconscious. Everything is dusty and dark.)

Flashes

(light up through the dust.)

T’Vrell

(looks up with frightened eyes.)

I'll find a way back to you

(She feels another shake beneath her. She shakes Wita. She runs toward Kirk. She shakes Kirk.)

Wita

(wakes up. She, too, feels the shaking beneath her.)

We are in the year 2019. On the machine planet Canobria.

What is that?

T’Vrell

(helps Wita up.)

Those... are Romulan phase torpedoes.

Kirk

(comes to himself.)

Whoaaa... Where are we?

(He sees the haze of dust around him.)

We are...

(He sees the flashes of lightning.)

The lightning goes up.

Wita

(also sees the lightning.)

The walking machines!

T’Vrell

(runs away.)

Wita

(follows her quickly.)

Hey!

Kirk

(watches Wita and T'Vrell disappear behind the cloud of dust.)

Wait a minute. You can't just run away like that.

(He starts running. He doesn't see Wita and T'Vrell. He looks left and right.)

Wait for me.

(He stops.)

Where are you?

(He feels a hand clinging to his arm.)

You can scare me too.

Gillian Taylor

(clings Kirk's arm.)

You can't let me fly with you.

Kirk

(shakes his head.)

You would have thought about that in 1986.

(He feels another hand gripping his arm.)

Wita

(Grabs his arm and points to T'Vrell.)

Kirk, if I follow her here, you must follow me too.

T’Vrell

(stands behind Wita.)

We found something.

Kirk

(looks behind him. He looks to where he just saw Gillian Taylor.)

T’Vrell

(looks at Kirk impatiently)

Can we go now?

The Dust Nebula

(lights up.)

Green Flashing Lights

(appear in the distance.)

A large Romulan warbird

(landed near Kirk, T'Vrell and Wita.)

Chapter 4 On Earth

Still 2019. We're in Arizona.

Desert sand

(lies, very, very early in the morning, on a paved road.)

Dawn

(breaks through the starry sky.)

A black SUV

(drives across the paved road.)

More black SUVs

(driving down the street behind the SUV.)

The foremost SUV

(turns off a dirt road. It heads towards a canyon rock)

The other SUVs

(Everyone follows the black SUV.)

The foremost SUV

(slows down.)

Agent Andrews

(gets out of the vehicle.)

Lucy

(gets out behind Agent Andrews. She runs behind Agent Andrews towards Sergeant Hawkins.)

Sergeant Hawkins

(sits waiting on a rock in front of a landed spaceship. He is tending to several wounds on his body. He sees Andrews running towards him.)

Before you ask. All the ones that are still there are more or less fine.

(He looks up.)

As for me. I'm ready for action immediately.

(Distorted in pain, he tries to get up. He sees Lucy in a pants suit.)

Did someone make you a senator? Or are you in the next...

(He's got a lot of ouch ouch)

...men in black. Greetings to Will Smith.

Agent Andrews

(looks Hawkins in the eye)

Sergeant, you report to me here and now.

Sergeant Hawkins

(looks around.)

18 Romulans are dead. Two were shot. Starling sucked the rest into space.

(He looks at the Romulans coming out of the landed spaceship.)

I never want to find out what it's like to die like that.

Lucy

(walks towards Hawkins.)

Rain Robinson?

Sergeant Hawkins

Starling took off while the ship was on the ground. He took Robinson with him. He literally said, "We still have an old score to settle."

Lucy

(sees and hears something on a nearby ledge.)

Agent Andrews

(looks Hawkins in the eye)

Then he's still close.

Sergeant Hawkins

(shakes his head.)

He called someone when he got off the ship. Maybe an accomplice to drive him away. He wanted to land right here. It is possible that the person was already nearby.

Agent Andrews

(turns and faces the other FBI agents.)

Organize cordons and take out the search drones.

(She looks at another agent.)

How many search drones do we have there?

The other agent

We have 6 search drones there.

Lucy

(More clearly sees a person on a ledge.)

Agent Andrews

(goes towards the vehicles.)

Well, then set up a search base and contact the state police. Put out a description of Henry Starling and Rain Robinson.

Lucy

(walks towards the ledge. She looks around as she walks.)

Agent Andrews

(calls Lucy.)

Lucy?

(She sees Lucy going somewhere.)

Lucy!!!

Lucy

(turns around.)

Agent Andrews

(points to a car.)

There is coffee powder, water and a coffee machine in carriage four. We also have a solar panel for power supply.

Lucy

(looks questioningly at Agent Andrews and the ledge.)

Coffee?

Agent Andrews

(looks a bit annoyed.)

I don't want to hear about the fact that we don't have more important tasks than coffee. It's 6:45 am and I'm armed.

Lucy

(Looks around. She sees that someone is standing above the rock and is running away. She realizes that Agent Andrews is busy and is walking towards the spaceship and the Romulans. She runs towards the rock.

She runs after the shadow moving above the rock.

She walks towards a part of the rock that flattens out and gives her access to the top. She walks up the spot and is now on the Canyon Plateau. She sees a rock. She sees the shadow behind a stone.)

I see you!

Wita

(comes out from behind the stone. She raises her arms.)

Lucy

(makes big eyes. She runs towards Wita and puts her hands down.)

Oh my God! What are you doing here? Were you on the ship?

Wita

(looks around. She approaches Lucy.)

I snuck on board.

Lucy

We must...

Wita

(interrupts Lucy.)

No one must know that I was on board this ship.

Lucy

(looks around.)

Ok, no one followed me. That's all good.

(She looks at Wita.)

What's the matter?

Wita

(gives Lucy a small box.)

Give this to the Romulan Captain. He knows what it's all about. And then come back to me.

Lucy

What about Agent Andrews?

Wita

Don't trust her!

(She holds Lucy by the shoulders)

Just do as I tell you. Give this to the Romulan Captain. And then come back to me.

Lucy

(goes back towards the descent. She looks back at Wita. Then she goes down the descent.)

Agent Andrews

(expects Lucy.)

I wonder what you actually take this for. A school trip?

Lucy

(looks down guiltily.)

I had to...

Agent Andrews

(holds finger in front of Lucy's mouth.)

We go to the toilet before we go. So that we don't contaminate any locations during the operation.

(She shakes her head and goes back.)

I'll just let you get through this once.

(Her voice gets louder.)

Does anyone else need to pee?

Lucy

(takes the box and gives it to one of the Romulans.)

The romulan

(holds out his hand.)

That is not mine.

Lucy

(looks at the Romulans.)

I'm supposed to give this to the captain.

Agent Andrews

(sees that.)

Everything OK?

The romulan

(points to the box.)

It doesn't belong to me.

Agent Andrews

(sees the box.)

Where does it come from?

Lucy

(looks at Agent Andrews.)

I can not say that.

Mirrhon

(sees the box.)

I'm our senior officer.

Lucy

(goes to give Mirrhon the box. She feels pain and drops the box.)

The Box

(opens.)

A green gas

(becomes visible.)

Lucy

(runs away.)

Agent Andrews

(runs after Lucy. She looks at two other agents.)

Connor and Michaels, come with me.

Mirrhon

(looks down at the opening box.)

Lucy

(runs.)

Agent Andrews

(runs after Lucy.)

Lucy! stop!

(She sees Wita climbing down the rock.)

Wita

(grabs a gun and fires at Connor and Michaels.)

Connor and Michaels

(dissolve into dust.)

Agent Andrews

(stops. She shoots at a shield surrounding Wita. She puts her hands up.)

Lucy

(sees Wita pointing her gun at Agent Andrews.)

Wita! No!

Wita

(transforms into that second soldier who, long ago, on the Romulan ship, won a deadly knife fight against a Romulan soldier, and was then electrocuted to the ground. With black circles under his eyes, he points his weapon at Agent Andrews.)

Lucy

(looks around. She sees a green gas escaping from the casket and spreading over all the Romulans.)

The romulans

(scream and freeze at the same time. Each of them turns into white limestone.)

Agent Andrews

(looks at the second soldier.)

You are Corporal Brent Johnson. United States Air Force. You point your gun at a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent.

Corporal Brent Johnson

(Pulls, through his nose, at a white bottle.)

They only give me more if I do what they say.

Agentin Andrews

(looks into Johnson's eyes)

What's your assignment, corporal?

Corporal Brent Johnson

(looks at Lucy.)

I should get her.

Agentin Andrews

You still have...

Corporal Brent Johnson

(shoots Agent Andrews.)

Agent Andrews

(Dissolves in green smoke.)

Corporal Brent Johnson

(looks at Lucy.)

We have to go. My stash is almost gone.

(He draws into his nose again from the white bottle.)

ON THE STATUE OF LIBERTY IN NEW YORK

T’Vrell

(Looks at the lights of New York City at night. She stands there in silence.)

It’s just a dream. Again.

(She still looks dumb straight.)

And you stand behind me.

Lex

(stands behind T'Vrell.)

You miss me. That is why I am here.

T’Vrell

(looks around anxiously.)

I have no idea what just happened.

(She walks towards a spotting scope.)

We're on this stupid planet with the mega tripods. And I'm probably lying around unconscious somewhere.

(She looks at Lex.)

I'm probably dying right now.

Lex

(pulls her arms together.)

Remember Wonderland. The ship was wrecked. Our people dead... Their bodies had fallen to the ground from a great distance. They were spread out in a destroyed city. You didn't sleep, didn't eat, didn't drink. And then woke up on the planet with large, carnivorous plants.

T’Vrell

(turns angrily.)

Are you getting at something?

Lex

(walks towards T'Vrell.)

Get up and fight! Get up! Get up!

Kirk

(shakes T'Vrell awake.)

Get up!

T’Vrell

(wakes up from the dream.)

I'm awake.

(She sees that she is in a dark room. She sees a small green light on the ceiling. She points to the green light.)

We're being filmed.

Kirk

(nods.)

Yes. We're being filmed.

T’Vrell

(walks up to Wita. She sees Wita lying on the floor asleep.)

Hey

(She shakes Wita.)

Hello, we need a Romulan warrior bride. Who kicks their ass.

Kirk

(sits down again and looks at the camera.)

When we get out of here I'll check our youtube comments.

T’Vrell

(still shaking Wita.)

Someone likes to sleep late.

Wita

(mumbles with closed eyes.)

I deserve this.

The door of the room

(opens.)

A dark figure

(stands at the door.)

Corporal Brent Johnson

(is the dark figure, walking towards a lighter corridor.)

He wants to see you.

Kirk

(stands up and goes to the door.)

T’Vrell

(stops Kirk.)

I don't think this ends well here.
