From then on, convinced of his vocation, he did a beautiful pastoral work. He always believed in Christian principles, a true way to the salvation of the soul. Therefore, he is the protector of all who require his intercession.

The Battle of Riachuelo It was a strategic battle. At stake was the control of the silver basin that was the main mode of transportation of the time. The country that controlled the rivers would have great advantage over its opponent. The victory was Brazilian. Paraguayan forces have begun the siege of Uruguaiana but without operating options.

General Brazilian

Our opponents have no chance of winning. How about giving them a chance to surrender and prevent bloodshed?

Anthony
