Have you ever wondered how something as incomprehensible as creation can even exist? How does it all actually work? What is your place in this infinity? And can this feeling of inner vastness and unlimited freedom that you may have experienced before become a permanent part of your life? Andreas Budz answers the latter question with a loud and clear "yes"—because he considers it nothing less than our birthright. The path to get there is long, of course, and no one but you can walk it. Your guide to conscious living wants to stand by your side. To get there, you need an answer to the most important question of your life. That question is: "Who am I—really?"

A sunny story
The girl looked at the old man and asked: "Grandpa, when does the sun rise?"
"Now," the old man replied.
The girl turned around once in a circle, looking for something, and was taken aback. "That's not true!" she protested, "You're being silly! Tell me, Grandpa, when does the sun rise?"
Her grandfather smiled kindly and a little mischievously. "At any moment," he then said.
At that moment, the glowing red ball did indeed cross the horizon and the girl jumped up and down with excitement. "The sun, the sun," she cheered. "Look, Grandpa, look, the sun is rising. It's wonderful-wonderful!"
"Yes," said the old man. "It's wonderful-wonderful. But you know, I really was cheating. The sun never rises in reality."
The little girl turned around abruptly, narrowed her eyes and looked at the old man indignantly. "Grandpa ...!?" she said, stretching out the "a" threateningly until she ran out of breath. But he held her gaze and nodded in confirmation. Yes, that was how it was. Just like he had said.
Then the girl's features softened, she rushed towards her grandfather and hugged him with all her might. "I know," she cried. "I understand now!"
Foreword
In the book "Christina. The Vision of Good" from 2018, 15-year-old Christina von Dreien answers her mother Bernadette's question about what exactly is so different about the children born around the turn of the millennium compared to people born 40 or 50 years earlier; the conversation was about initiating the development of the new era.
"You know, Mom, most people today think that they are the most highly developed and intelligent creature that has ever existed in the universe. But that is absolutely not true. I know of many other civilizations and life forms, but I don't know of any civilization where people hate and destroy each other as much as humans do today. That is why humanity needs an awakening, an urgently needed evolutionary leap so that it can finally find its way out of this negativity. For this purpose, a wide range of help has been sent from outside for decades so that every human being has the opportunity to change their consciousness and turn back towards the light. This could also be called the transition from the Age of Duality to the Crystal Age, and unconditional love is the silent revolution in this time of transition. Every human being is called upon to awaken and develop this unconditional love within themselves. This is the great task of humanity today." 1
This book fully emphasizes the urgency of this statement. And would like to make its contribution to ensuring that as many as possible undertake the journey to conscious being and the awakening of unconditional love - by explaining why this universe came into being in the first place and why it works the way it does. Why even the Divine, who is behind the creation of everything, had no choice but to create the universe exactly as it is in order to realize its purpose. What this purpose consists of. And above all, by showing which paths lead out of the current state of unconsciousness, in which a large part of humanity finds itself, into the light.
This book needs to be experienced. You should therefore not read it in one go. Read a chapter and then put it aside. Engage with what is said until you can feel the truth it contains. Basically, you only need to remember what your soul has always known and what you forgot at birth. This knowledge is accessible to you by meditating or moving in nature in thought-free silence or simply doing what you enjoy. That is all there is to "do".
Behind everything is the universal love of the divine, everything is coordinated in perfect harmony and serves only one goal: the awakening of humanity from its current state of (un)consciousness. Finding the light.
Relationships can be helpful signposts. Relationships - with other people, but also with nature and all living things - are not there to make you happy. They are there to make you conscious. If you recognize this, then every form of relationship will show you a way out of this illusion and you will come into contact with the higher consciousness that you really are and that wants to be born into this world through you.
We humans are under great pressure to evolve so that we do not destroy our livelihoods and therefore ourselves. The most essential element of the past age is primarily responsible for the situation we find ourselves in: our minds.
Our mind influences every aspect of our lives and especially our relationships with other people, as well as with other living beings and the nature that surrounds us and sustains us. The mind creates the fear that is almost omnipresent in our world. The mind is a powerful and useful tool, but it is only one stage in the evolutionary process of humanity. We have stayed at this stage long enough: It is time to move beyond it, to let go of the old mind like heavy baggage. It is time to release the clamps with which the mind clings to the old structures of the previous epoch of the Piscean Age and thus to the pain and suffering in our world.
It is time to open our hearts and entrust ourselves to love.
May this book help you to make the transition into this new age, bring you closer to the sunrise of your consciousness and be a guide to a more peaceful and harmonious future.

1 Introduction
"If you want to unravel the mystery of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration."
Nikola Tesla
"Beyond right and wrong, there is a place. That's where we meet."
Rumi
Everything within creation is in motion, everything has an unmistakable frequency inherent in every object or being. This is as unique as your fingerprint. Everything in the universe vibrates: our earth, a bacterium, a mountain and even you. Everything vibrates, lives and changes constantly without losing its very own, unmistakable vibration pattern. Everything is unique and individual. Two things or beings may resemble each other, but they will never be completely identical. Therefore, if you know the frequency of something or someone, you will know exactly who or what you are looking at.
This is the material view of the things in our lives and it corresponds to our reality. We experience our universe and all the things and beings in it as form. However, form is only one side of the coin. This book aims to help you understand the other side, connect with it and truly experience it so that you perceive your reality differently than before. This will completely change your perspective and open up new possibilities for you.
You will see your reality differently, no longer just materially. Life is far more complex than just matter. The force, which keeps everything alive and from which everything originates, is of a spiritual nature. And also this spiritual - which for our purposes and without thinking of denominations of any particular direction, we want to call the divine - is something that is constantly moving and evolving; it is life itself.
This power is creative. It is the source of all creation and our universe. It is contained in everything and therefore you are also creative. We are therefore all creative and can shape our world according to our ideas. This spirit, which appears as consciousness and is life itself, is what you really are. If you take this new world view seriously, your view of your world and your interaction with everything that lives will change abruptly.
In our modern world, there is hardly any room for this view of things. Nevertheless, it is no longer possible for science to close its eyes to the essentials and humanity is beginning to discover that what you are reading about here is the most essential thing of all.
The spiritual world is reality, the material world is a product of the spiritual world and is created and sustained by it. However, not everything within the material world is an illusion, as the spiritual world permeates the material world. That which permeates the material world is consciousness. However, if you lack the awareness to recognize this, you are left with only the material view of things. This means that you only recognize one side of the coin at most.
However, in order to experience both sides of the coin, you need to ask yourself the most important question of your life. This is: "Who am I?" This question will lead you deep into your inner being, indeed to the very beginning of our universe and beyond. This is because you are a part of everything, even though you may feel isolated and separate from everything within the universe; this is only an illusion. But what is this illusion separating you from? Why is there separation? Why are you on earth? Is there something for you to do or accomplish? Why was the universe created? Did all this come about by chance or is there a plan, an order behind everything? Do you want to find out?
If you were aware of who you really are, it would change everything. The question "Who am I?" therefore has a lot to do with your current state of consciousness. Only if you manage to raise your state of consciousness - and this does not mean your mind, but the level of awareness - above your current state will you be able to find a way out of this perfectly created illusion.
The key to this lies within you. When you find the key, a truth will shine out to you that is much more profound and comprehensive than you could ever have imagined. What will shine towards you is yourself in your pure, perfect and unlimited form. This state is called enlightenment. However, you will only reach this state when you realize that you - just like the divine - are the creator of your own universe.
You have the ability to create anything and everything you imagine. For this reason, you have been given a mind that is able to realize this by virtue of your thoughts and your imagination. Everything you hold in your hands was a thought at some point. Thoughts are forms, even if they are invisible to your eye because they vibrate at too high a frequency. When you express the thoughts, they receive additional power and your own vibration is amplified. If you then act in accordance with your thoughts and your words, you can shape your environment and your life as you wish. You may never have looked at it from this angle before, but this is how your personal creation process works. The higher your individual vibration, the greater your awareness. The greater your awareness, the more consciously and quickly you create your new reality.
Once you understand this, you will realize that you have never been or are or will never be a victim of any circumstances. You are the creator:in your own reality. You will understand what your personal task is in this life and what task humanity has on this planet. You will realize how to get out of this illusion and develop into who you really are.
We can describe this process of evolution as the awakening that is currently taking place on our planet. This book can be an impetus for this or, if the process has already begun, accelerate it. The most important realization is that you are still trapped in a dream that you call your reality. You will learn how your ego-consciousness thinks, acts and speaks and which individual and collective patterns you are holding on to in this state of unconsciousness. This is important because if you do not recognize these connections, you will not be able to see through them. Then you will fall for the deception again and again and remain trapped in unconsciousness. Moreover, the process of awakening becomes easier when you recognize your own unconsciousness. What makes this realization possible is you yourself: the self-recognizing consciousness.
Are you ready for this evolutionary step? Not everyone is ready, but you could be. The transformation of human consciousness is no longer a luxury in our time, but a necessity in order to save our planetary foundations of life, the only ones we have, from destruction by human unconsciousness. Humanity must save itself from itself! The change we are talking about here goes beyond thinking. It is based on the realization that everything is connected to everything else, and this realization is not an intellectual one. It must be felt, so that the experience of oneness becomes the central leitmotif of your actions.
This new ability to rise above thinking and discover a dimension within yourself that is much more comprehensive than thinking itself is the key to developing your still unconscious self. With every step you take in this direction, you no longer derive your identity from the illusory ego that you consider yourself to be, but from an inherent depth that you will come to know as joy, love and harmony. You recognize yourself as the consciousness that stands behind thinking, as the space in which all your experiences occur and your life takes place. Your ego-consciousness is nothing other than identification with form. Primarily with thought forms, but also with physical form, i.e. your body.
This identification is the reason for the emergence of the dream of reality, which blinds you to reality. You can no longer feel that you are one with all things and therefore no longer experience the connection with your own origin. This non-recognition is the cause of your unconsciousness.
This book, your travel companion to being conscious, has only one goal. It wants to help you become more aware by making it easier for you to access your memory of who you really are.
Let us now begin the most exciting journey of your life. It will take you to completely unexpected places. You will discover places that are beautiful and that you never knew existed, and you will also come to places that will not always be pleasant for you. That is part of your journey. It starts now. And here.
These insights are not new. In the table talks of the Sufi master Rumi, the fundamental meaning of this journey, which leads from I-consciousness to We-consciousness and finally to universal consciousness, is beautifully explained:
"The masters say that you must never forget one thing in the world. If you were to forget everything else but this one thing, there would be no cause for worry; but if you kept everything else in mind and acted accordingly, but forgot this one thing, you would have achieved nothing. It is as if the king had sent you to a foreign land to do a very specific task. You go and accomplish a hundred important tasks, but if you leave the one thing you were sent to do undone, it is as if you have accomplished nothing. In the same way, man comes into the world to fulfill a very specific task, that is his life's work. If he does not fulfill it, he has failed." 2

2 In search of clues
"If cosmic consciousness were nothingness in itself, it would be inexperiencable. Since it is, it can be experienced. And how? According to its essence as light. According to its effect as enlightenment, as cosmic consciousness."
Hui-Neng
What is written here is really difficult for you and therefore for your mind to understand. It is actually impossible to understand because it is the indescribable that we are dealing with here. So if you find this chapter somewhat difficult to digest, that is perfectly all right. However, it is essential for further understanding to at least attempt to describe the indescribable.
The whole thing is something like squaring the circle: it is impossible, but it is only a matter of trying anyway. The indescribable is and remains indescribable in its essence, but it is possible to approach the matter and thus at least open a window through which a view of it becomes possible.
2.1 Describing the indescribable
Imagine you go to sleep in the evening and when you wake up in the morning you remember absolutely nothing. You neither know how you got here nor what you are supposed to do here. This new world is as strange to you as a baby that has just been born. To your astonishment, however, you discover a book on your bedside table. You pick it up, turn to the first page and start reading . You are astonished to discover that the book begins with the following words:
"Imagine you go to sleep at night and when you wake up in the morning you remember absolutely nothing. But don't worry. You have only lost your mind. You are a lucky person, because this loss will be the greatest gain of your life. By forgetting who you are according to your mind, you will remember who you really are. You are absolute reality. You are consciousness. You are the divine."
The latter is at least the most commonly used word for the indescribable, or at least the one that everyone can agree on, regardless of whether they would otherwise rather speak of God, Allah, Yahweh, Manitu, Brahma-Vishnu-Shiva, the great world soul or whatever. Use one of these terms, or whichever one you prefer, if you prefer. For the purposes of this book, a neutral term, in no way prejudiced or limited by association or possibly even damaged by misuse, is best. Nor does it matter: no term, no name, not this book, nor anyone in this world can explain to you what or who the Divine is. This is because the essence of things cannot ultimately be grasped with words: What is a bird? Sure, you can describe the appearance of a bird, measure the animal precisely, assign it to genera and species and subspecies, study its behavior more or less well ... but at the end of the day, you would have to be the bird to at least get closer to its true essence.
It is the same with grasping and describing the divine, only infinitely more complex. After all, it is the indescribable to which we are devoting ourselves here and therefore, by definition, cannot be grasped with the mind. Trying to do so is like a blind person trying to describe colors. Or the attempt of a single-celled organism to explain Kierkegaard's philosophy to you. For the divine, it can be said and you must know this, is everything that is. It is love.
The good news is that everything else can be logically deduced from this. However, we need a little (word) structure to accomplish this: At its center, in addition to the all-encompassing divine, are the concepts of reality and consciousness for specific aspects of the divine.
What is the divine?
The divine is all that is. It is the absolute that is one with everything and from which everything originates. The divine is the primal source, the unmoving mover, everything you want. Its characteristics are eternity and infinity. The divine is everything and nothing at the same time. Therefore, everything that can be said about the divine is both true and false. Nothing can therefore describe the divine, but everything describes the divine.
Since there is a visible and perceptible creation, it can be concluded that the divine is creative. Since creation contains a visible part as well as a part that is invisible to us humans, the divine must also have a visible form. Since the divine is everything, the divine is contained in everything visible. To use Jesus' words: "Pick up a stone and you will find me. Split a piece of wood and I am there."
What is reality?
The reality we are talking about here is an aspect of the divine and therefore, like everything that is, logically absolute. Reality is also. It is the great framework, the All-One, in which everything takes place. Its most important characteristic is its immutability, which makes it an antithesis to the infinite number of individual, perceived illusory realities, the thought realities that we create for ourselves in the illusion of separateness.
Reality is a different dimension, but it is not separate from the physical plane. On the contrary, the two permeate each other. Reality is thereby the unmanifest aspect of the divine and eternal and therefore cannot evolve. Reality brings forth creation and also your "reality". It is an inexhaustible potential.
What is consciousness?
The divine is love and love is what the divine wants to express itself through. To enable love to express itself, the Divine uses consciousness. Consciousness is creative: it creates creation from this one energy that we call love. Consciousness is what creates and sustains form and enables it to exist. Consciousness is knowing and creative energy. Energy that is always in motion and aware of itself. Consciousness is the energy behind form and yet outside of time and space. Consciousness has no space of its own and yet encompasses everything. Consciousness is always and everywhere, at every point, at every moment. There is only one consciousness. Consciousness cannot be known, only form can be known; consciousness is the knower.
However, when consciousness turns to the outside and takes on physical form, it appears to be subject to time and separation. Humans are also subject to this process of becoming conscious. Therefore, everything physical is subject to evolution and only develops slowly. Everything is alive and has consciousness, not only humans, but also animals, plants and minerals. Consciousness "slips", so to speak, into every form of matter by adapting the vibration of itself to the respective form of matter and thus perceives everything within every form of matter - from us humans to rocks - and thus gains the experience it needs for its evolution. Everything is therefore connected to everything and everything is in continuous contact with everything.
Consciousness enables thoughts and feelings. Every form of matter has elementary feelings. This does not just mean human feelings such as joy, hope, sadness or anger. Depending on the extent to which the material manifestations in which consciousness is clothed differ from human beings, it becomes increasingly difficult to describe their "emotional life" in words: Facial expressions and body language of intelligent mammals are often still astoundingly human-like; with fish, insects and even more so with plants and even more so with minerals, we are moving further and further away from our horizon of perception. On the levels of consciousness of animals, plants or minerals that are not accessible to us humans, it is therefore more correct to speak of information that is "felt" individually by the respective form.
It is the same with thoughts; consciousness also makes these possible in each of its materializations. However, thoughts about thoughts are reserved for humans. For us humans, the question therefore arises as to whether we perceive what we perceive consciously or unconsciously. What you currently perceive is your day-to-day consciousness, which is constantly evaluated and judged by your thoughts. What you perceive with your subconscious is the part of reality that you cannot consciously perceive. You can only ever consciously perceive what vibrates within or below your frequency. You cannot perceive what vibrates higher than you.
When you increase your personal frequency, you are able to perceive things that you were previously only aware of unconsciously. This increases your daily awareness. As a result, you are automatically able to remember everything about who or what you really are. Basically, therefore, it is not about learning something new in your life, but about remembering what you - your conscious mind - have always known and know. This is how you dissolve your subconscious and become conscious yourself. Problems also dissolve in this way. Problems only ever exist at a certain frequency level. If you increase your awareness, you will automatically find yourself on a higher frequency level at which your problem no longer exists.
What is creation?
The first major problem of the divine can be deduced from the above: The divine is, and because it is, it cannot experience itself. For this reason, the divine has created the illusion of separation. Only through this can the reality within the creation created by consciousness become a perceived "reality", a reality of thought. The purpose of creation is to give expression to the qualities of the divine, such as love, joy, freedom ...
Creation, like the divine, encompasses all that is, as there is nothing outside the divine. In terms of its dimensions, creation surpasses all human understanding. Sensitive people are sometimes granted a glimpse. These people experience worlds that are difficult for us to describe. There are worlds of light, worlds of sound, spiritual worlds and so on. The number of these levels is infinite. All levels are distinguished by a different degree of vibration and thus of consciousness heity. The level with the lowest frequency and therefore the lowest degree of awareness is our physical level.
It is an unconscious level of creation, while the countless other levels of creation are conscious levels of creation to varying degrees. Always dependent on the existing consciousness that manifests itself on each of these levels.
Since the Divine is the source of all origin, creation begins its activity at the same moment that consciousness flows from the source. Since the divine is infinite and eternal, i.e. without beginning or end, creation is also without beginning or end. Creation is therefore an ongoing, constantly renewing process. Creation never copies anything, but combines, blends and mixes what already exists in order to create something new. This is the reason why no two snowflakes are the same. Everything flows and is constantly in motion.
Within creation, consciousness pushes outwards from the innermost, becoming more and more unconscious until it reaches the world of form. At the level of form, consciousness pushes in the opposite direction: it strives from the outside inwards and thus gains more and more awareness. This is the cosmic cycle of life and all things. Everything comes from nothing and returns to nothing at some point.
The plane of form is often referred to somewhat disparagingly as the plane with the least awareness. Although this statement is true, there are a few very special mechanisms and characteristics on the plane of form that are so different from the other planes of creation that they must be mentioned here. The greatest difference to all other levels of creation lies in the illusion of separation and the creation of form in the form of matter. This is achieved by creating illusions such as time and space. Furthermore, the consciousness - that is, the divine that you are - has a material body on this level, which is available to you within this perceived "reality" and enables you to live.
Reality and illusion
Reality is what is. Illusion is that which is not, but which we believe to be. The illusion was created so that consciousness can recognize itself in the mirror of this illusion. In order for the divine to experience itself, it needs a kind of background. This must be different from itself, as otherwise the observer cannot recognize itself in the background. However, since the divine is everything, the logical conclusion can only be that the background is everything that is not.
This background does not exist in absolute reality. The only way to create this background is to create an illusion, a deep fake of absolute reality in which the unconscious mind believes it can recognize itself. Moreover, this illusion must be so perfect that it looks as if it stands alone, as if reality does not exist. And that is exactly the case. The core of this illusion is our perception of separateness.
The biggest difference between absolute reality and the illusion perceived as reality is that reality exists by itself, just like consciousness. The illusion of separateness, on the other hand, needs reality and consciousness to exist, as it is created and sustained by these manifestations of the Divine. Only this illusion of separation creates a four-dimensional illusory reality that is perceived as real, in which reality and consciousness are not recognized. It is a universal illusion, a reality of thought.
What is thought reality?
Consciousness creates the illusion of reality in order to experience what it is. The emphasis here is on the word "experience". Within "reality" under quotation marks, it is primarily not about being, but about experiencing.
As there is now the illusion of separateness in the form of a counterpart, something like an "outside" emerges for the first time. This allows something to be distinguished from something else and therefore this something can also be perceived. At least that is the plan. In fact, we find ourselves in the ultimate dilemma: for the plan to work, the illusion, the created thought reality, must be perfect. But since it is, it cannot be seen through. This has created the possibility of experiencing absolute reality, which we do at every moment. But we don't realize it.
In order for the Divine to express itself, it must create illusion in every moment. It must even create every possibility of experiential illusion because you have been given a free will that allows you to freely choose every conceivable experience. This means that all of creation is already created. By choosing one of the infinite number of possible experiences, you create a new path on your life's journey every moment. Since the Divine is all that is, it is also in every possible new path. In a sense, the divine follows you or has always been there, no matter what you choose, because in reality there is no separation.
Reality, the illusion of separateness and the reality of thought
To summarize, it can be said that the illusion of separateness is a mirror in which reality can view itself. But what is viewed in the mirror is not reality: reality does not view itself, but the reality of thought it has created itself as an expression of the illusion of separateness. However, this has achieved something unbelievable: Reality or the divine has become what we consider to be our reality. This means that the divine exists: It shows itself to us in a form in which we can perceive it. In the same form in which you and everything else exist.
You yourself
The divine likes to express itself in diversity. We call these divine "selves" the soul. You can find out how this happens in chapter 4.3 "How did creation come about?". Each divine self has the full potential of love, creative power and consciousness at its disposal, just like the divine itself. Every divine self, every soul, is a part of the divine and at the same time the totality of the divine. That is what or who you are in reality.
This self, just like the divine, is outside of time and present on different levels. Since there is no separation and the divine potential is immeasurable, it is possible for your Self to exist on different planes and in different illusory realities simultaneously. Your soul is a multidimensional expression of divine consciousness. All these "parts" are interconnected and together form your soul.
You, who are reading this, are the part of your soul that has decided to have an experience on the unconscious creator level. You are the part that has decided to become a human being and to experience this "reality". Your consciousness is limited to this human expression in the form of a body and to what your mind makes of your sensory impressions.
2.2 Relative and absolute truth
The terms reality and mental reality or "reality" describe similar but fundamentally different things. Here is an attempt to clarify this connection: Reality is always the absolute truth. The reality of thought is a perceived (illusory) reality and is always the relative truth. The paradox is that the two exist side by side and do not contradict each other. However, there is a difference between these two concepts that is very important for understanding our world. It lies in the fact that relative truth always manifests itself in separateness, while absolute truth always expresses oneness. In the previous chapter it was explained that separateness is the basis of the illusion that we take for reality: the reality of thought. Thus, relative truth is also an illusion.
This has far-reaching implications for you as a human being. You are both part of reality and part of the illusion in the form of thought reality, i.e. part of a dual reality.
As part of the reality of thought, you can only perceive what enters your field of consciousness. You cannot perceive reality as your senses can only grasp that which takes on form. Spiritual being cannot be grasped by your senses as it vibrates at too high a frequency. In other words, what we can say about the nature of the universe is never the absolute truth. Reality is a single whole that is split into separate parts by the illusion of separation and by thought. Every thought is only a subjective perception of the absolute truth and therefore a limitation.
This explains why everything you say or read or think is not the absolute truth. Neither words nor formulas can explain infinity and eternity. Only the whole is true, but the whole cannot be expressed in words. The absolute truth is that there is only the All-One, the All-That-Is, in which everything is connected with everything else. Everything that has happened and will happen occurs in the only thing that exists in reality, the eternally present Now. Past and future are only constructs of your mind. Time only exists in the reality of your thinking. However, this "reality" is always only the relative truth, as it always establishes a relationship to itself and the object under consideration and thus separates an indivisible whole into fragments.
This has very far-reaching consequences for the rest of your life. For it is the cause of your conviction that you are separate from all things and beings, separate from nature, separate from all creation. You believe that you have lost contact with the source and perceive yourself as a single being in a huge universe. As a result of this illusion, you assume that a certain event is the cause of another event. The opposite is true. Since everything is interconnected, no event occurs in isolation from another event. All events are interdependent. There is only the all-that-is, in which everything is connected to everything else, not independent causal chains. This misconception of things leads to a distorted view of the world, which must, however, serve as the basis for all further decisions.
Does this mean that you are not telling the truth when you say that the sun rises in the morning and sets in the evening? That the sun rises in the morning and sets in the evening is a statement that depends on the perspective of the observer.
Viewed from any point on earth, the sun rises every day and disappears behind the horizon in the evening. If you were to look for a place outside the earth, i.e. broaden your perspective, you would see that the sun never disappears behind the earth's horizon, but that the earth rotates around the sun and that the illusion of sunrise and sunset only comes about because the earth also rotates on its own axis. Sunrise and sunset is therefore a relative truth, but not an absolute one.
The paradox of this situation is that you are completely right in believing that you are right or in the right with this relative truth - and at the same time you completely miss the truth. Your assertion that the sun rises at a precisely determinable time is completely correct - but only in relation to the illusion of separateness. You, like almost everyone on our plane, consider this relative truth, your thought reality, to be the absolute truth, the reality. However, there is a greater truth of which you yourself are a part. The relative truth of our four-dimensional world is described with the words "either ... or", which imply a separation. The absolute truth can be captured with the words "both ... and", which express the wholeness of all things: When the sun rises (somewhere), it sets at the same time (somewhere else). At every moment. And in reality at no moment ...
Against this background, it is completely irrelevant whether you are right or right; yes, more than that, because with the disappearance of right and wrong, categories such as being right or wrong simply no longer exist. This is a far-reaching realization, as you will see later on . Since your mind can only grasp the reality of your thinking, i.e. your relative truth, it - the mind that you consider yourself to be - derives its existence and its supremacy precisely from these two points: Whoever is right is also right.
With this behind you, new rules of the game can be established and you feel like a winner: history is written by winners. The other person, who is not right and is therefore wrong according to this logic, loses. This is the reason for our current state of consciousness; this very simple depiction is a reflection of our society.
For us humans and our dealings with each other, this means that any form of regulation, rule or law can never be the absolute truth. This is due to the fact that they were invented. Thoughts can never be the absolute truth, they can only point to it, because they themselves are part of the illusion. This also applies to religion. All religious teachings are both true and not true at the same time. This depends solely on the purpose for which they are used. If you use religion for the purpose of love, it becomes true. If you use religion for your own personal purposes, it is untrue. If you use religion for the sake of truth, you will have something like a guide on your journey to yourself. It will help you to detach yourself from your identification with form.
There are as many relative truths, thought realities and "realities" as there are people; absolute truth, on the other hand, is indivisible and only exists in the singular: There is only one absolute truth. When you realize this, you will act accordingly. Human actions can reflect the truth, but also the illusion. Is it possible to express the truth with words or letters? Yes, it is possible, because that is what you are doing right now by bringing the words of this book to your consciousness. But words - even if spoken - and even less letters are never the truth itself. They can only point to it, indicate it more or less comprehensibly.
An example: The word apple says nothing about the apple; it is merely a name. To get closer to the truth about the apple, you would have to watch an apple tree grow for a few years. Follow the changing seasons on its leaves, enjoy the first blossoms and even more the first fruits. Watching them grow and ripen and take on color, finally daring to pick them in the hope that you have chosen exactly the right time. Holding the fruit in your hand, feeling its weight, enjoying its scent - and finally biting into it to fulfill the apple's destiny, to eat it in the truest sense of the word. And even that will not be enough in the end to experience the whole, deep truth about the apple; for that you would have to be one with the apple.
The truth is always connected to who you really are: You are truth. Your innermost being is truth and therefore life and love. If you look for your truth elsewhere, you will always be disappointed. If you sense this, you will act accordingly. Rules, laws and prohibitions will no longer be important to you. Your compass now lies within you.
3 Who you really are
"You are what you think. What you are, you radiate. What you radiate is what you attract."
Buddha
"We are not human beings having a spiritual experience experience, but spiritual beings who have a human experience."
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
This is the secret of your existence: your essence is pure consciousness, which is fully aware of itself and the consequences and effects of your mostly unconscious actions on the surface of the plane of form. This pure consciousness exists without relationship to an outer form, without attachment to material things. You are love, peace and compassion, which is sustained by the consciousness that is connected to everything and thus recognizes itself in everything. They are the one consciousness that permeates the entire universe and is contained in everything that exists. This is the answer to the most important question of your life, which is: Who am I really?
3.1 The most important question of your life
This realization is difficult to describe in words. It is now available to you and you can literally read it like an open book, but do not worry if the depth of this statement is not immediately apparent to you. You cannot understand it. More precisely, your mind cannot. This book will take you deeper into this mystery step by step. So let's start slowly, because without the realization of who you really are, nothing will change in your life. External changes are possible, but in the end they are only cosmetic. But even if the realization of who you really are were only intellectual in the end and did not bring about any change within you, you would still have taken an enormous step in your spiritual development. Because even in this worst-case scenario, you would have brought your mind to the threshold of its spiritual abilities, and from there it is only a small step to go beyond that.
In order to recognize yourself in everything, this last step is necessary, because the world as you perceive it is nothing other than the reflection of your current state of consciousness, since the world in which you live is created by you consciously or unconsciously. Although you are not separate from this world, you cannot perceive it objectively. Quantum physics provides us with vivid proof of this by demonstrating the connection between the observing subject and the observed object. The subject, i.e. you or your observing consciousness, and the observed result are one and the same. A change in the type of observation causes the observed event to change.
In terms of your life, this means that the world reflects to you exactly what you believe in. If you believe in separateness, you will experience separateness. If you believe that only the strongest survive, that life is unfair and that everyone else is luckier than you, then you will find the results of your beliefs everywhere. As a result, fear becomes your defining factor in this life. An endless search for recognition and security begins. As your search is focused on the outside and the outside is constantly changing, you have become inextricably entangled in the web of polarity.
3.2 A question of awareness
Your personal state of consciousness differs from that of every other person. This is why the interpretation of observed events is always individual: depending on the respective perspective, a completely different "reality" is created in each person's head. The perspective in turn depends on what people call their mind. They interact with the observed event and give it an external form. This happens through their actions or their words. This is how our worlds are created. An infinite number of different interpretations are possible and actually exist. Your world can therefore appear to you as paradise or hell, always depending on the perceiving consciousness that you are.
We can therefore say that every form - including you - is an agglomeration of consciousness that creates its own individual world. Although all these worlds are connected, they seem to exist separately from each other. This is the world of illusion in which you live.
Stones, plants and animals perceive the world very differently to us humans and consequently create a completely different world of their own. This is why stones, plants, animals and humans are on different levels of consciousness within our own world. The one perceiving consciousness works in many and very different ways. If the majority of humanity were to rise above the current state of consciousness, life would appear to us as a paradise. Hunger, exploitation and wars would disappear and humanity would feel connected to each other and to everything else. As all worlds are interconnected, the animal and plant world would also reflect this transformation, which would flow into this world through a higher human consciousness.
Just as every dream is a symbol of inner fears and states, the collective "reality" of humanity is a reflection of fear. Should the majority of humanity succeed in freeing themselves from the stranglehold of their minds and thus escape fear, this inner change would influence our entire creation. This is already happening, but the number of those who (have) consciously embarked on this path is still too small to have a decisive influence on the predominantly unconscious collective of humanity. However, the number is growing every day and you, too, on the journey to being conscious with your travel companion in your hands, are already part of this development.
What emerges is nothing less than a new world. But don't confuse the journey with the destination. It is not your job to make the world a better place. This approach seems very laudable at first, but on closer inspection it means that you are attached to an external goal. Improving the world, however, means that you want to change the outside and need time to do so. Both are part of the illusion and therefore you only ever change the illusion. True change happens on the inside. The most important thing, however, is to release your identification with your mind. Then you are no longer bound to form. You can continue to enjoy and move in the world of form, but you are no longer bound to it. Your roots are then in the unmanifested world, which is also your true home.
You are then connected to something that will bring you more satisfaction and joy than any external experience ever could. This is the joy of being that is behind all forms and that sustains all forms. You will then no longer feel the desire to want to change the world. Everything is allowed to be as it is. You will realize that there are no problems, only opportunities and challenges. Only from this point on will you be able to solve the challenges of your "reality" on the causal level and thus participate in the creation of a new world.
You think that's impossible? The healing that takes place is not dependent on your external actions, but you have an effect through your being, through your charisma. People, animals and plants will sense this within themselves and open up to what comes into this world through you. You will no longer react to the unconsciousness of other people. You will become permeable to the unconscious behavior of other people and this is exactly how the seemingly endless cycle in which you move from one pole to the other and back again within the polarity is interrupted. No action or deed, no matter how noble the goal, is able to do this. Only you, in a state of full consciousness, can do this. You teach through your being and thus free the world from its unconsciousness. In this realization lies the recognition of your true being.
This does not mean that you can only make a positive contribution to the creation of a new world through your "doing in non-doing". You can also make an important contribution to the recovery of humanity through your actions and deeds by showing how to get rid of your identification with the mind or how to track down unconscious patterns within yourself. However, what gives your actions and deeds real meaning is what flows through you, through your awareness, and thus brings about a change in others towards something positive. You do not have to face others - who do not really exist - personally. The thoughts that you send out in a state of awareness are enough to set the process of healing in motion in others and increase their awareness.
All suffering is the result of unconsciousness. You can reduce the consequences of unconsciousness, but you cannot avoid them altogether. Therefore, everything you do to eliminate suffering is a bottomless pit until you get to the root of the evil. True change only ever happens on the inside and is a result of awareness. In a state of awareness, love and compassion flow into what you do. This is how you achieve lasting change at both the cause and effect level. You can't fight the things of the world. Well, you can, but you achieve the exact opposite of what you intended: you give things your energy and thereby reinforce them. Being against something is resistance. Resistance is a child of the mind. Overcoming the mind: That is your task.
3.3 The veil of illusion
It can hardly be said often enough: you are not able to perceive this world objectively. Nothing is what it seems to be! That is the veil of illusion. You literally live in your own world. In order to explain your own world and as a substitute for your true self, you have used your mind to create an illusionary self that cannot recognize reality; instead, it exists in the illusion of separation. In the absence of your true self, you now cling even more tightly to your invented self and the illusion thus becomes "reality" for you; your thought reality. This veil of illusion takes away your view of your glorious being.
The veil of illusion is so fine that you don't even notice it. At the same time, it is so close to you that you cannot recognize it. It is also virtually impenetrable, as it is constantly being recreated by you. Your thoughts and words create a separation that does not exist. As soon as you attach a sense of self to things or situations, you create separation. This also includes statements such as "me" and "my", which relate to your illusory ego, this invention of your mind. If you say or think that you could lose your life, then you are already in the realm of illusion. The truth is: you don't have life, you are life. And you cannot lose something that you are.
However, if you are not aware of this, then the illusion has you firmly in its grip. Your mind has taken control of your thoughts and actions, creates your image of reality and thus it becomes your reality. As a result, the veil of unconsciousness becomes an impenetrable barrier for you. This remains the case until you come to a new realization that brings you closer to reality. This does not mean that the veil of illusion disappears. It becomes a little more permeable with each new realization of who you really are and allows your light to shine more brightly.
Reality is much more comprehensive than your mind is able to grasp. You are consciousness, which permeates the entire universe and which temporarily takes on a form at the level of your "reality" in order to experience yourself as a stone, plant, animal or human being. Therefore, everything is alive. Our earth, the entire cosmos and everything in it is alive. Can you feel this deep inside you?
The only place where you can come to this (self-)realization is hidden deep inside you. You can only find this place in the now. The future and the past are part of the illusionary veil that keeps you from recognizing your true self. This means that the active search for self-knowledge only leads you deeper into the illusion. Because searching means that you need the past or the future. Both are illusions, as time is also just an illusion. The key to knowing your true self lies in the realization that you don't need to go anywhere, indeed, in theory, you don't even need time to realize who you really are. Everything is already here and everything is already there. All you need to do is remember.
However, because everything already exists and is present, it is impossible for you to recognize yourself. Therein lies the crux of the process of awakening. You can only recognize something if something else also exists. As long as there is only the One, the One is not recognizable because it cannot recognize itself. It therefore does not exist in the self-created illusion of your mind - in the reality of your thinking.
This is the reason for the creation of the illusion and your illusory self. You cannot recognize yourself if there is nothing else. The observing consciousness - that is, you in your essence - cannot recognize itself as consciousness or essence because it is you. Only by being subject to the illusion of separation can your consciousness perceive itself as something separate and thus recognize itself.
However, your consciousness does not recognize itself as what it is, i.e. love, joy, light, energy, but as what it is not. This is why fear, pain and suffering are so present in our illusory reality. But this is necessary, because only in this way does your true self recognize itself within the illusion - as the opposite of what it really is. However, since the illusion is not real, it can be changed and ultimately overcome by recognizing its non-being.
The perfect consciousness thus goes through a process from the creation of the illusion with the simultaneous loss of consciousness to the gradual regaining of consciousness within the illusion for the purpose of recognizing the true self and its creations. It is not possible otherwise, because that which is - reality - cannot recognize itself and cannot be perceived without the illusion - that which is not. Therefore, in order to set the described process in motion, the All-One has to create an illusion, to invent a trick, so to speak, that fools your consciousness into believing that it is separate from the divine and everything else.
This is also the reason why your journey always starts with what you are not, with the aforementioned presence of fear, pain and suffering. You would call this an unpleasant or negative point through your mind. However, it is the only way to recognize who or what you really are. Applied to our human thinking, this means that you start your life with a negative experience in order to move from there to a positive experience, i.e. that which corresponds to your true nature, in order to move from there back to a negative experience, which in turn brings you into the positive realm, as you leave the negative experience behind you through a conscious decision.
Our existence also begins on this level: with the traumatic experience of birth. This is followed by the most primal positive experience, bonding with the mother; the first two steps on your path.
This process lasts until you see through the veil of illusion by recognizing yourself as a consciousness that temporarily takes on a form. With this realization, you free yourself step by step from your dependence on situations and experiences. In this way, you slowly free yourself from your illusion of attachment to forms and become free. Freedom from what? Freedom from separation and your illusory self.
The more you see through the veil of illusion, the less important what is happening becomes for you. The world loses its heaviness and life becomes easier. As soon as you know who you really are, you will feel the joy of being in everything you do. Your actions are then no longer aimed at achieving a certain result, but it is the joy of doing that determines your actions. The joy that comes from knowing who you really are.
From this point on, the consciousness - which is you - looks at the world through your eyes. Consciousness uses your body as a medium, so to speak, which makes the illusion recognizable as such: You are no longer looking at your creation (your thought reality), but at creation (reality). Then you recognize yourself in everything and everyone. It is a state without egocentricity and your insights are crystal clear. You know what you have to do or say in this moment without drawing on your past experience. The veil of concepts, ideas and deep-seated patterns through which you have previously interpreted your experiences has been lifted. You act from your essence. The creating consciousness becomes aware of itself in the form of you. This is enlightenment.
4 Creation
"If you allow the source of creation within you find expression, you can be joyful all the time."
Sadhguru
Your inner being is just as much a part of you as your outer form, which you perceive as your body. Both seem separate from each other, but in fact they are interdependent. Reality consists of this invisible inner being and the visible outer world. The visible world is what you experience as 'reality'. It is the outside, the world of form, in which everything that exists will eventually dissolve. Your inner being, your - if you like - invisible world, is imperishable and forms the framework for the visible world. It surrounds the world of form, it permeates it and it is the space in which everything you experience takes place. It is comparable to the atmosphere of our earth. The air surrounds us, is within us, and everything we do, we do within this protective envelope that surrounds everything that happens on this planet.
4.1 The essence of nothingness
Unlike the air, however, you cannot see, hear, smell or feel this inner world, as you cannot perceive it with your physical senses. Their ability to perceive is limited to the world of form. The inner being 3 therefore does not exist for you, yet this invisible level is very real. Things are born from it, receive their form and one day return to their origin. As this dimension cannot be experienced by us humans, it is often referred to as the void
