The Bonze’s Secret

I have left behind an account of what happened in the city of Fuchéu, capital of the kingdom of Bungo, with Father Francisco, and how the king dealt with Fucarandono and other bonzes, who had decided to dispute with the priest the primacy of our holy religion. Now I will tell of a doctrine no less curious than healthy for the spirit, and worthy of being spread to all the republics of Christendom.
