There are more and more protests, as there have been attacks since the vampires came out. An unknown group sets fire to buildings. Now the humans and vampires are accusing each other because they don't know that the "Order of the Dragon", which only exists in secret and intrigues, is responsible for the attacks. Then there is the murder of a company boss and the vampire town councillor is suspected. When war does not break out despite the efforts of the Order of the Dragon, they fire a missile at the human city center. The situation escalates, a missile fired from a military base apparently misses its target. It hits the mountain range that surrounds the city. No one suspects that the renegade soldier who fired the missile belongs to the Order of the Dragon. He has reached his target, as boulders fall into the depths of the gorges at dusk and eerie cries can be heard. The dragons that have been sleeping in the caves have awoken and are flying over the city, breathing fire and destroying everything. The humans and the vampires form two special teams. They consist of humans and vampires. Their task is to advance towards the mountains. The plan is to blow up the cave system where the dragons live in order to imprison them again. Individual dragons keep attacking the city. Other special teams therefore protect the citizens and chase the dragons away as far as possible. The teams set off.

Tensions and conspiracies
The situation in the small harbor town of "Costa Knuddel" continues to deteriorate.
There are more and more protests, as there have been attacks since the vampires came out.
An unknown group sets fire to buildings. At first it was just abandoned buildings, but the latest attack took place during a citizens' meeting and several people were injured.
The citizens' assembly was to deal with the various rights and obligations of vampires.
Now the humans and vampires are accusing each other, because they don't know that the "Order of the Dragon", which only exists in secret and intrigues, is responsible for the attacks.
A small citizens' association tries to mediate between humans and vampires, but it too has been infiltrated by a member of the Order of the Dragon. He sabotages all meetings between humans and vampires.
Meanwhile, a meeting of the vampires takes place, where the chairman of the vampire party, the town councillor, speaks. He advises everyone to remain calm and peaceful.
Various voices are raised in the audience, some say they should never have come out and that people would not be able to live peacefully with them. Others are directly in favor of a civil war.
