four medium unpeeled potatoes, sliced
one small onion, chopped
one package frozen mixed vegetables
salt to taste
pepper to taste
a quarter teaspoon garlic salt to taste
five tablespoons butter, divided
The outdoor grill must be at a medium degree.
Prepare two foil packets. Spray the sheet (top) with nonstick cooking spray. In a resealable bag or bowl, toss the potato slices, frozen vegetables, and onion together; season with pepper, salt and garlic salt.
Divide the sliced potatoes between the foil packets, and pour the divided butter on the top. Fold each packet, starting, the role the edges together, repeating for each end.
Put the foil packets on the preheated grill and cook and until the potatoes become tender, about ten minutes each side.
