one can condensed cream of mushroom soup
one cup mayonnaise
one egg, beaten
a quarter cup onions, chopped
three packages frozen chopped broccoli
eight ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste
one dash paprika
The oven must be preheated at a medium degree. Butter a baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, mix condensed soup, egg mayonnaise, and onions.
Put the broccoli into a large mixing bowl. Break up the broccoli.
Scrape mayonnaise-soup mixture over the top of broccoli with a rubber spatula, then mix well. Sow on cheese, and again mix well. Spread this mixture into the baking dish, and smooth casserole top. Season with pepper, paprika, and salt.
Bake for forty minutes or one hour.
