Ask, and it shall be given you;
seek, and ye shall find;
knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
For every one that asketh receiveth;

Foreword
The wonders of the world are in the questions of truth. Who am I? Where is this journey going? What is my particular duty? Why is life like this? Who am I serving, and so on. If we ask sincerely what concerns our bliss, inner joy and happiness, we can only truly understand our very situation in this world.
Practically, this possibility has always existed, but the world is always turning. We receive true answers through the soulful experiences that teach and nourish us.
As a seed sprouts, so do we grow into this world. But it needs spiritual education and balance to really stand.
These have passed the test of time forever, as they are divine virtues, duties and practices that every human being should know and use.
From deep self-awareness and with a playful understanding, the author gives techniques of self-realisation to the hand and heart.
These are simple and come from timeless traditions such as Bhakti-yoga. Through this, the inner core, the bliss, is addressed and awakened.
Simply everyone should learn these techniques so that the individual progresses into the golden age of realisation and bliss.
This practice is promising and is practised with joy.

Those who ask questions also receive them as answers. The duality of life is to be understood in balance.
Holistic, Omnipresent and Absolute, the eternal balance holds our personal experience.
This experience is always dedicated to a person who is there, holding the eternal balance.
Equality and balance are truly divine virtues and so each person should use them as a tool to experience health and bliss.
'Where do we start when we look for bliss or delight?'
The heart is the centre of the spiritual process and the headquarters of the spiritual power of the soul.
All sacred scriptures and spiritual traditions confirm this.
Holistically, all endeavours can lead us to realisation, for our conscious efforts may lead us to Supreme awareness, but only as a matter of the heart we can become fully blissful and happy.
I may explain how this works. How the Supreme Personality makes happiness and bliss possible will become clear in the course of the book.
Every spiritual tradition, whether yoga, Zen, Christianity, Tao, Sufism, as well as every branch of the great tree of knowledge, is ultimately concerned with divine pleasure in relation to our conscious here and now, which is quite an individual and peculiar experience.
Direct perception from the Self, says the Bhagavad-Gita, and the practice of loving service in oneness, heart and soul, is the king of education, according to Sri Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
Bhagavad-Gitā, 9.2:
"This knowledge is the king of education and the most secret of all secrets. It is the purest knowledge, and because it gives a direct perception of the Self through knowledge, it is the perfection of religion. It is everlasting and is practised with joy."
That is loving service to the Supreme Personality.
Other spiritual practices are likewise and equally significant, a means and path to the goal of absolute truth.
Gladly do We also walk along these routes, for they describe an eternal goal, which is never in flux, but is constant, inconceivable and soulful.
The means in our deeds, actions, words, paths and journeys, which we undertake in order to continue to grow, are a connection, a link, a relation always to a person.
The yoga tour guide knows this path and says that yoga is the best way, the Zen master claims that it is better to be still and wait, and the Christian recommends following Jesus, and the Sufi and the Jew, and the businessman, and the doctor, all give an advice, but which one is really ultimately true, we can perhaps understand, even believe, and yet alone we learn to walk.
Understanding also means perceiving, intellectually grasping and accepting it.
This knowledge alone is not enough, it needs to be heard from a pure source because only what we really believe lasts.
Faith is the foundation of understanding, the mind, the imagination and all other senses. These are consciously levelled by the structure of faith.
Faith can only grow in personality.
Nature and time give us the space, our animate fellow human beings now again give us the freedom to come closer to heaven, and to God.
The Supreme Personality of God is in the heart of everyone as the spark of this spiritual growth.
God is, so to speak, the spiritual personality that connects the here and now with the Eternal Heaven.
We walk this bridge every day, because to live is to experience the balance between all elements.
An experience that encompasses light, sky, earth, water and all other elements.
This is yoga. The connection through faith to God, the goodness in person, to the eternity of nature and to the deeds here in this world.
This system with the goal of eternal association, through joy and loving service.
Doing good for God is easy and to be practised with enthusiasm, likewise it builds the character of man and restores an eternal friendship with God.
Self-reliant on practice and always pointing to holy teachers who work good in the world, I dedicate this book with gratitude and warmth to all those spiritual souls who sacrifice their time and energy for the realisation of the knowledge of the Absolute Truth.
This sacrifice deserves the highest respect, especially in this world where man seems to be still searching for his True Nature.
Come with us on a practical search of the self and learn how to make the world a better place, simply, holistically and happily.
We go through different stages, just as a child learns to walk, so we learn the first steps to love God, to find good in ourselves, and to let the heart see.
The wonder of the world is in the heart of every human being.
This spiritual truth is as eternal as the ensouled individual who seeks eternal service, eternal friendship and connection to God. This is yoga.
The purest form of love through devotion, which awakens the bliss and happiness of the living being, will give us a foothold here as perfection.
Through techniques suitable for everyday life, this perfection can be sown into everyday life and practical life. Immediately consciously, man can thereby experience the seed of self-realisation and dare to travel into the spiritual world.
That is the goal. The heartfelt place, the spiritual world, more precisely, the inner world of God.
The consciousness of the soul slumbers in the heart of every living being.
This is constant without any change, always the same and eternal, at the same time it is covered by nature.
The Perfect, Absolute, Pure Truth slumbers in the heart of each one, well guarded, it is covered and concealed as the womb protects the child.
The soul reigns as the primal source from which all the rivers of existence flow, here miracles and bliss occur, exclusively, for this realm is eternal and full of unity.
