This is just another book in the Foolish Man Series. It is a story that helps set up who I am and why I even want to help people today. It is a story about my past talking about how someone can change their thinking and become a new person. This series is set up so maybe someone can change their life for the better. If so it will have been worth all the time and effort that went into these books.

Before I dig in to the story I would like to mention that this happened when I was 12 . I am a happier person now and am even sometimes called an optimist. At some point in our lives we all go through some sort of hard ordeal. Not one person is unique in this aspect. This is but a moment of a life from a misguided soul who did not understand that he was loved because he was too blind to see it. I am happy to say that today I do feel it. This memory is simply a turning point in my thought process that took years to change and are still happening today. If you wish to read about blessings and want to be a happier person then this book may help you. If not please keep it to yourself. Now the background has been set and this is the actions of a young man who got lost in more ways than one.
I was confused and dazed. The world made sense but I couldn't put myself into the overall picture anywhere. The sixth grade is a rough transition year regardless and I took it harder than most. My various quirks were always something that could be easily laughed at and at the time my mom was hard to understand. She loved me but I could not see it. My outlook on life was extremely bleak at the best. It was easier to sometimes imagine just taking yourself out of the picture. I tried... The gun did not fire 3 times in row. Click, trigger, nothing. It was that point life proved I needed to be here and I promised that I would never try again. That promise has been kept to this day and for the rest of my life. I have yet to find out why but I am happy that I am able to tell this story today.
