-------Author.
CHAPTER-I
This
book
is
a
collection
of
all
the
publisheshed
and
unpublishd
articles
I
subscribed
or
contributed
to
different
newspapers
of
North
East
Region
of
India
during
early
years
of
my
life.
The
articles
were
relevant
at
that
time
and
some
of
the
might
carry
relevance
even
to
this
day
as
well.
I
am
sure
the
articles
and
more
particularly
the
tititle
of
the
book
on
which
man
to
man
division
is
sought
to
be
created
or
maintained
by
our
people
throughout
this
region
or
even
throughout
India
or
even
the
globe
today,
may
be
chrished
by
the
esteem
readers
if
taken
in
in
their
right
perspectives.
However,
I
being
a
journalist
by
profession
as
well
as
as
a
lawyer,
tried
my
level
nest
to
ensure
that
not
much
sensitivity
is
created
by
my
articles,
nor
any
major
mistakes
orrors
are
left
out
in
them.
And
if
the
esteemed
readers
find
any
fault
or
error
here
or
there,
I
shall
be
highly
grateful
to
them
if
they
could
point
out
the
same
and
give
proper
suggestions
to
improve
the
sthe
next
editions.
I
thank
the
Pencil
management
to
have
provided
with
the
opportunity
to
go
for
sel-publication
of
this
book
through
its
forum.
I
also
thank
the
Executive
Manager
of
Penvil
Management,
Ms
Gargi
Madam
for
guiding
me
all
through
the
publication
works
done
by
me
herewith.
With
these
few
words,
I
thank
one
and
all
once
again.
