Prayer to St. Lucia

My God, who kept free the Virgin and Martyr Saint Lucy among the flames of the fire that surrounded her, and gave her to your faithful Christians as a singular Protector against the diseases of the eyes, defend me by her merits and intercession, from fires in the houses and from movements of anger in our co-reasons and assist us in our spiritual and corporal sight; for Jesus Christ's sake. Amen.

Prayer to St. Christopher

Grant that those who invoke you, glorious martyr St. Christopher, may be preserved from plagues,

epidemics and earthquakes, lightning and storms, fires and floods. Protect us through your intercession during life, in the ways that Providence has arranged, and in death deliver us from eternal damnation and assist us at our last hour so that we may attain eternal bliss. Amen.

Miracle performed by Our Lord of Forgiveness

There was a woman who lived in the mountains and had an arranged life. She wished to know how many were the wounds that Christ, our good, had received in his most sacred body, and she asked the Lord with great devotion to reveal them to her. He appeared to him and said:

You must know that the wounds I received in my body were five thousand four hundred and fifty-five; therefore I tell you that whoever prays fifteen Our Fathers and Hail Marys in memory of them for a year will receive fifteen souls out of purgatory, and the penance he had to do for as many mortal sins will be remitted, and he will also obtain grace and confirmation of good works. And likewise, whoever prays the prayers for a whole year, I will give him fifteen days before my body to eat, and he will not hunger; he will drink my blood, and he will not thirst; I will place before him the sign of the Cross, which will serve him as a guard and defense; and I will assist him with my Most Holy Mother at the hour of death, and I will receive his soul with kindness, and I will give it to him, and I will give him the grace to die.

I will take her to eternal pleasures, and when I take her, I will give her the Divinity to drink; and whoever has sorrow and contrition for his sins, by fulfilling this prayer for a year, I will forgive them all from birth to death, and I will deliver him from the power of the devil and his temptation, being evil he will become good and I will continually keep his soul from the pains of hell, and whatever he asks of my Blessed Mother I will grant him, giving him life to go and live in my kingdom to dwell with me eternally. Whoever brings this prayer with him and gives it to read or teaches it to , will have pleasure and reward in this life. Wherever this prayer is, the house shall be preserved in peace, whether man or woman, who has this prayer, shall not die by sudden death, nor be persecuted by her enemies, nor overcome by it in battle, or in prison, nor drowned in the sea, nor scorched by fire, nor by lightning, nor struck by a cruel drop, nor shall any false witness depose against her. Any woman who is in labor, bearing this prayer, shall give birth

happily and without danger. This prayer was brought from Rome by Don Juan Cardoso, which was found in a man who had thrown himself into the sea, with a large stone tied around his neck; he walked for three days on the waters without drowning, and after the waves pulled him out, they found this prayer. Whoever brings it, let it be with great faith, for God does not know how to fail, and let him say the following prayer every day:

"My Lord Jesus Christ, remember me a sinner. Blessed Virgin, pray for me, you will always be praised and blessed. Pray for this sinner to your beloved Son; precious beauty of the Angels, of the Prophets, the Patriarchs, crown of the Martyrs, of the Apostles and of the Confessors, glory of the Seraphim, crown of the Virgins, deliver me from that dreadful figure when my soul leaves my body. O holy source of piety and beauty of Jesus Christ, joy of glory, consolation of the clergy, remedy in labors! With you, most prudent Virgin, the Angels rejoice. Commend my soul and my soul's

of all the Christian faithful; pray for us to your blessed Son and lead us to eternal Paradise, where you reign and live forever: and there we will praise you eternally. Amen, Jesus.

"Sovereign Virgin Mary, Mother of Jesus, Daughter of the living God, since you gave birth to Him, pray for all sinners that He may forgive us. Deliver us from the enemy who fights us and know us eternal glory. Amen, Jesus.

Prayer to the glorious martyr St. Sebastian

Glorious and unconquered martyr Saint Sebastian, in- signe protector of the afflicted, disconsolate and needy who put their trust in God and await from his most benign hand the remedy for their afflictions and needs; we beseech you as the advocate that you are also against all contagion, plague and epidemic, free our houses with your intercession from these evils. Amen.

Saint Cyprian and Saint Justina

Introduction

When the tyrant Diocletian arrested St. Justina to martyr her together with St. Cyprian, this Saint composed the following prayer, beseeching God Our Lord to deign to preserve the faithful from the ensalmos and artifices of the devil, not only all those whom the Saint had converted to the faith of Jesus Christ, but also those who would be converted in the future. This prayer was found in the archives of the city of Constantinople when the Turks invaded it. It was written on a parchment, which a soldier of the Holy Cross took possession of, seeing it signed by a holy martyr, in order to preserve it from the voracity of the flames, always carrying it with him in a silk bag, by means of which he was always free from all evil. Subsequently, this parchment was given to Pope St. Clement, who, perceiving the virtue and efficacy of the prayer it contained, recommended it to the faithful.

as an effective remedy against all evils, and particularly against the temptations of the evil spirit, its spells and sorceries, so that the said Holy Pontiff granted eight hundred days of indulgences to all and any of the faithful, each time they would say or hear with devotion the aforementioned prayer that St. Crispin himself committed before his glorious martyrdom, giving it to the sister St. Justina, called Rufina.

Prayer

O Almighty and eternal God, through your servant Justina, with whom I am going to lose my temporal life in order to attain eternal life, I humbly ask your forgiveness for all the wrongs I have committed during the time that my spirit has been preoccupied with the infernal dragon; And in payment for the sacrifice I make of my life, I beseech you that my prayers may be heard on behalf of all those who in good heart beseech you for the health of their body and soul, remembering you, O Lord, that with a single word you have brought out of the darkness the dragon of hell, that with a single word you drove out the evil spirit from that holy man of whom the Scriptures tell us, that you raised Lazarus who had been dead for three days, that you restored sight to the holy Tobias, blinded by the instigation of Satan, that you are the sovereign Dominator of the living and the dead; I beseech you, Lord, have mercy all those whom you know to be yours by their faith, hope and good works, and I beseech you that those who are bound with spells, bewitched and possessed by the evil spirit, you will loosen them so that they may be able to

freely to serve you with holy and good works, undo them so that they may use their free will in your service; unwind them so that the rabid wolf may not say that he has dominion over any sheep of your flock bought at the cost of your most precious blood shed on Mount Golgotha; deliver them, Almighty Lord, from the enemy, praise, bless, adore, exalt, sanctify and confess You, the Father and the Holy Spirit, with the whole choir of Angels, Patriarchs, Prophets, Saints and Saints, Virgins, Martyrs, confessors of your holy glory. And I beseech you, Lord, in the name of Saint Justina, to preserve your servant N. from all the evil spells, arts, perfidies and schemes of Lucifer, and from persecuting your Holy Name, which forever be praised; preserve the sight, the thought, the works, the children, the goods, animals, crops, trees, food and drink, not allowing that your servant

N. Suffer no evil to come upon him, but enlighten him by giving him a convenient sight.

to see and observe your wonders in the work of nature; rectify my understanding that I may behold your favors and direct affairs to a good end; untie my tongue to sing the praises of your goodness, saying: Praise be to you, God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, three persons in one God, who has created all things out of nothing; if I have dullness in actions, deign to untwist them to employ them in works pleasing to you; if misdirection of the goods, children and other dependents of this your servant N., I beg you, Lord, to change it into good so that I may employ it in your holy service; finally, accept, hear, and grant me what I ask of you in payment for the sacrifice that your martyrs Cyprian and Justina made of their lives, with the following prayers:

All the holy Apostles, Evangelists and Disciples of the Lord, pray for me.

Jesus Christ, have mercy on me.

Lord, hear me. Jesus Christ, hear me.

God the Father who art in heaven. God the Son, redeemer of the world. God the Holy Spirit, have mercy on me. Holy Trinity, have mercy on me.

San Sebastián, San Cosme y San Damián, San Roque,

Saint Lucia and Saint Lawrence, pray for me.

All Holy Priests, Levites, Religious,

Anchorites, Virgins, Widows, Saints and Saints; intercede for me.

From all evil; deliver me, O Lord. From all sin; deliver me, O Lord. From your wrath; deliver me, O Lord.

From the snares of the devil; deliver me, O Lord. From anger, hatred and ill will; deliver me, O Lord.

From lightning, thunder and storm; deliver me, O Lord.

From earthquakes; deliver me, O Lord. Angels of God, hear me.

Lend me your help.

Without you, my heart loses all its strength.

Let those who attempt against my Spiritual life be filled with confusion.

Whoa, whoa, they go shouting,

you will fall into our bonds, we will follow in your footsteps

and in them you will stumble;

but those whom you love, Lord, honor you night and day,

and for this they joyfully invoke their deliverer.

Gracious God, you know my misery, my poverty and my weakness; do not deny me your help.

Show yourself, O Lord, my defender in the persecution of my enemies.

Flee, friends of my misfortune; in my God I have found grace, flee.

May these enemies be confounded and driven away, O Lord.

Let thunder and storms of evil influence come, that they may depart from my presence.

Let the footsteps of my enemies be useless, O Lord.

Deliver me from their snares, O Lord. Grant me this grace, O Lord.

Save your servant, O Lord, I beseech you for your love's sake.

Lord, hear my supplication; and may the cry of my heart come to you, my God.

Prayer

My God, whose principle is to have mercy on the sinner, graciously accept my prayer and grant through your clemency and mercy that I and all those bound by the bond of guilt may be untied and absolved; I also pray to you, O Lord,

that through the intercession of the glorious martyr St. Cyprian, we may be free from every evil spell and power of the evil spirit. Amen.

Prayer to the Apostle St. Paul

Blessed Saint, whom a flash of divine grace suddenly turned from a coryphaeus of error and bitter enemy of the Cross, into a disciple of the truth, apostle of the people and staunch defender of the cause of Jesus crucified. Pray for me, zealous propagator of the Gospel,

And obtain for me from God Our Lord, who by a trait of loving clemency brought you down defeated into his presence, to raise you up converted and ready for the apostolic mission for which he had destined you, that I too may fall crushed by the enormous suffering of my faults, and enlightened by the splendors of divine grace, I rise up contrite and penitent to follow in your footsteps on the path of faith and Christian charity, until I reach the heavenly Jerusalem, where I can read the Lord for all eternity. Amen.
