Oven Fries

Ingredients

two and a half pounds baking potatoes

one teaspoon vegetable oil

one tablespoon white sugar

one teaspoon salt

one pinch ground cayenne pepper

Preparation

The oven must be at a medium degree. Make a baking sheet with foil, and cover well with cooking spray. Clean potatoes well and chop into thick fries.

Take a medium-sized mixing bowl and toss oil, potatoes, salt, sugar and red pepper together. Spread this mixture on a baking sheet.

Bake for twenty minutes in a hot oven, till potatoes, become soft and browned.

Serve immediately when it is hot.
