Introductory remarks

1.

The English version of this book contains many mistakes, I would be happy about donations on the page "https://www.gofundme.com/f/solutions-and-how-to-find-them" (so that I can publish a better English version) and suggestions for improvement (also on this page).

Foreword

About a year ago it was sometimes hard for me to be happy. One day I noticed that many others have also trouble being happy (but they just try to hide it). So I thought how one can be happier. At first I investigated what it takes to be happier. I discovered many different theories, which help to become happier. I have noticed, that in a capitalist society it's still difficult to become happy. Because everyone wants to be at the top of the system, because most expect happiness there. I have noticed, that you don't really become happy there either. But what helps to become happy is to always do what you want (self-realization, for whose reason every person wants his freedom). So I looked for the solution, with which everyone can do what they want and still live together in a community. So I came up with a simple solution, after thinking as objectively as possible. With it you can do everything in life, as long as you don't harm anyone with it. Because if many people do that, nobody will harm you. But I think that in today's society one doesn't pay enough attention by attempting to not harm anyone (this happens most of the time on a psychological level) and that many rather get happy, when others are unhappy or even can cause harm to others. In my opinion no one gets anything out of this, because everybody wants to be seen unhappy by the other people and therefore is often unhappy himself. I think that this still comes from our more brutal ancestors (e.g. gladiator fights) and that nowadays everything happens on a psychological level.

Therefore it should be the goal of each individual, striving for happiness without expense of another. Or even better, by making someone else happy as well. This is one of the reasons why I wrote this book, to show how often it can help, to follow this rules. Because if you are so at peace with yourself that you don't want to harm anyone else, you have many advantages. Nowadays this attitude, is in my opinion not too strong in society represented. So I hope to be able to help everyone a little through this book. However, in order to be able to help even better, I have collected other theories which help to become happier. With which one can reach all goals in life faster. So that one can exploit his whole potential.

Theory for almost everything and almost everyone

In this book I show some theories which can help to master different situations faster and easier. All these theories are based on my thoughts, i.e. none of these theories have been "scientifically" tested, but I still consider them to be correct. But who wouldn't? Because:

You believe, what you believe, because you believe, that what you believe is the right thing. Otherwise you would believe something else. Thus one also knows, what one believes is the right thing, is not the complete truth of everything, but only an explanation, by oneself, of one's own reality. In other words, what one believes.

By confirming this faith, I formed a new faith, which can then be confirmed and applied again. Thus I always come to new for me better solutions/faith. However these theories are only my, not "scientifically" checked, theories, so I think that these are not yet the best solutions. They are just solutions, which function for me and are adaptable for each person. Because one should always only adapt one's solution. If new factors are added, you should consider how you can integrate them into your solution. That way you always get a better solution. Since these theories are my "faith", it can also happen that already known theories are available in this book. In this book I only wanted to list those that work best for me.

I also assume that these theories are universally applicable. This means that most of them can be applied to different levels of life. So you can often use them for better communication. In my opinion even for the communication with different life forms, from animals to higher developed aliens, if we are able to communicate with these life forms at all or if they exist at all. An important step to live them with these theories is not only to know them, but to try to live them. In order for these theories to be "universal", I have written them as objectively as possible.

I deliberately wanted to keep these theories short (I only tried to describe the core of the theories), because I think everyone should find his own way. These theories can help to make this path easier to find, easier to complete and easier to live. However, one must first understand how best to read this book.

What is the best way to read this text?

There are many connections between the different theories, sometimes I tried to give them for recognition (it often looks like I'm describing the same thing, but it's usually a bit different), but I didn't mention them all because I wanted to put as much information as possible in as little text as possible. So everybody can think about each theory longer. If one has certain questions after his thought processes, these can be answered hopefully with renewed and more exact reading.

Physically one can help many people. However one can help psychically only oneself, the others one can give hints.

This is e.g. a text in which there is a lot of information. If you have a question about it, it should be answered in the text itself. A goal thereby is also that one makes oneself more exact thoughts over it. Why? Since these theories allow you to shape your everyday life better (solve problems faster), I think it is useful to think about them yourself while reading. So you have this information already once in the thinking and not only in the reading part of the brain. In addition, one already thinks about how the theories are best for oneself. By these two factors one should be able to imagine the theories better, to recognize faster in the everyday life and to be able to apply there also faster. I have also tried to make sure that everyone can understand it by reading it several times, but hopefully nobody will be bored when reading it for the first time. So I also advise you to read each section several times until you understand it completely. Because this book is much more comprehensive, if you think about it enough. If you read this book that way, you're reading it with the best learning strategy.
