With this book, “Striptease”, we want to strengthen women’s sensuality, self-esteem and happiness, heating and increasing love and passion in their relationship.

I wrote it with much affection for our readers and students. The texts are based on my experience of many years as a sensual art teacher, in order to facilitate the learning of this seductive dance and make it possible for women of all ages, physical types, beginners or for whoever wants to innovate with new techniques.

I’m a writer, panelist, health professional, mother etc. Today, women have the capacity of performing successfully many activities such as professional, as house wives, mothers and they can also learn to use their seductive power in their relationships. Women have the power of multiplying themselves and, because of it, they are becoming more and more powerful!

Our mission is to improve people’s health, self-esteem and sexuality, making relationships happier. For us it’s very gratifying to know that our books and courses are influencing positively the lives of many people.

I try to, in a joyful and humorous way, to facilitate sensuality techniques, with books and courses, in order to obtain the maximum number of results in a short time and great quality. In workshops, we can observe women’s transformation, who become happier, more beautiful and sexy for the pleasure of their boyfriends and husbands. 

In the courses Goddess of Love and Sensual Arts, which I minister for over 15 years, I teach Pompoir, massage and sensual dances. My improvement was through a life dedicated to research, courses and specializations in the area of health and sexuality, massage and dances. This way, I’ve developed a whole new method in our workshops, which is the result of the many innovations that happen in our country and always bringing the most wanted innovations from other countries.

I dedicate this book to the Goddess of Love that exists inside every woman, either young or mature, and especially to our students, who I call “my Goddesses”. I thank the attentions and affection that they dedicate us. Inspired by them, I wrote this book, and I desire that all readers use this knowledge with love and wisdom, so that they can have more and more wonderful moments in their lives.

Part I

Introduction

How is it possible to talk about striptease and not talk about Paris, city that inspires us and where we can find what is best in striptease art, besides learning more about creativity and sophistication in sensuality? A fact that marked my life was my 21 years old birthday party, when, along with a group of friends, I met the typical Parisian cabarets. I fell in love with that burlesque atmosphere and all that glamour of the striptease dancers, the typical cancan with its beautiful feathered costume, sequins, leggings… Such a feminine, happy and sexy world!

The beginning of my passion for music and dance was when I started learning how to play the piano and dance classic ballet in my early adolescence. I’ll never forget my first performance on stage with our Jazz group, with the theme “Cabaret” by Liza Minelli. We were in dressed in the burlesque style, like ladies from cabarets, with feathers and cigar-holders. We had a lot of fun, despite our parents being on the audience. Even during college I was continued with classic ballet and started other styles like flamenco, belly dance, “samkya”, burlesque and the Brazilian dances. 

I’m very grateful to my masters who taught me dance, among them the unforgettable and great classic ballet master Tadeu Morozowicz, who motivated that shy girl, Japanese descendant, to continue and persist in her dedication for dance. I also thank my grandmothers Matsue and Adilia, and my parents, for their love, example and education. They’ve always acted as great encouragers on my studies, on access to culture and art. 

As a teacher, I use all my effort to give my best on preparing our students who I call Goddesses (daughters of God). Despite age, for me, they are all my girls and I feel fully realized when I notice that each one of them is developing potential to enjoy even more their affective life, discovering the true secrets and treasures of the erotic art to be shared with a worthy and lucky man!

For me, women are true master pieces done by God. What happiness when we are together in our courses, in a moment that is only ours, with intense joy and complicity. Moments when we are free to be ourselves so we can cherish the power and essence of our sexuality and femininity.

Sometime I think of Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Botticelli, and other geniuses who pictured perfectly the feminine beauty, as well as many boyfriends and husbands would love to have the opportunity of admiring their lovers in the height of their beauty and sensuality. These women are true living art pieces that I dare to improve! This is my job, for what I give myself entirely! For me, it’s pure art and pleasure!  

I dedicate my life and work to the wonderful women of all ages, professions and beliefs, married, engaged and single; to all those who search for more health and a more intense affection life. I don’t have the intention of substituting the importance of our classes for this book, classes that are necessary for those women who want to improve sensual dance, but we want that this light reading bring more creativity and enthusiasm for our students and readers striptease performance, so you can all become more and more attractive and seductive. 

I wish love, health and happiness for you, dear reader. The power of striptease

• Striptease turn the woman into a more seductive and creative person, despite her age and physical type. This art boost her power of seduction and self-esteem.• It heats the relationship even if the couple is together for a long time; it boosts motivation and complicity, deleting routine from their lives and bringing news to their sex life, and it also prolongs pleasure.• In relationships before wedding, it gives men more confidence about the woman they chose. Making sure that in the future they’ll have a hot and sensual woman just like they dream of. This is one of the greatest desires of a man who wants to engage in a relationship with a woman.• Many people think that striptease serves as a turn on only for men, but, actually, women also feel aroused when they dance sensually, provoking and seducing.• Striptease provides a more intense sense of femininity, grace and sophistication. It improves posture providing more elegance and makes the body movements and body language more attractive for the opposite sex.• This sensual dance is a wonderful way to celebrate the joy of being woman in all ages, from youth to mature age, teaching the woman to value the strong characteristics of her own beauty and use her seductive power with confidence.• Self-knowledge is one of this dance’s results, where women get involved with their huge potential of sensuality, oppressed for so long in most of them because of familiar and cultural issues. Self-knowledge leads them to their true nature, which is feminine and sensual.

The beautiful history of striptease

Striptease, as the name suggests, is the art of undressing sensually and provoking the spectator. It’s an ancient art, and in many verses of the Bible there are scenes describing the beauty of the woman as she dances undressing her veils. The most known is the “dance of the seven veils”, with its mysteries and seduction. 

In Europe, in the end of XIX century, there was a period in Paris when there was plenty of space for eroticism, which delighted the male audience. The enthusiasm kept on going in the beginning of century XX, especially in the Pigalle neighborhood, attended by artists and bohemians, who crowded the night houses for shows, like the burlesque theatres, clubs and cabarets. 

On these stages rose a dance with joyful and sensual characteristics as the Cancans, for what the ballerinas wore skirts, corselets and bandelettes. There were also those dancers with a more exotic and mysterious manners, as the famous Mata Hari, represented in the movies by Marlene Dietrich. These women who, ahead of their time and with boldness, are considered the great precursors of modern striptease, and they created an outstanding atmosphere of seduction for the Belle Époque. 

Some of these show houses exist until nowadays, as the Moulin Rouge and Folie du Bergere, places that continue to provide light and joy to the Parisian nights. But, for those who prefer to appreciate a traditional striptease, the small cabarets are the ideal place. 

In the United States, one night of 1917 was important, in the Natural Winter Garden, when a comedian called Mae Dix, during her performance, undressed her dress collar with no bigger intentions. This caused an enthusiastic reaction from the spectator, and men, excited, asked for more. Then, Mae took her sleeve cuffs off and started unbuttoning her dress, driving the male audience crazy. And that’s how Mae created modern striptease, which is one of the most desired attractions in nigh houses. In this time there were the “burlesque theatres” with their variety spectacles. In this scenario, many artists arose such as the legend Gipsy Rose Lee, who has comedian and striper talent. Loved by the public, she received many gifts of her many admirers.

In Brazil, in the beginning of last century, appeared many night houses in Parisian cabaret style, as the Brazilian writer Jorge Amado pictured in his book “Gabriela, Clove and Cinnamon”, describing the cabaret “Bataclan”, the place that heated the nights of the Brazilian city of Ilheus. These places actually existed, with their dancers and ballerinas, and they worried the wives of that time. Who could tell that many of the sensual dances techniques of that time would assist the relationships of today to bring them more passion and seduction? Well, they certainly do. 

After this enthusiastic phase of the beginning of next year, striptease was considered immoral and went through a time f repression, being prohibited in almost all the places. But actually, it was never entirely extinguished, because it resurged with all its strength in the beginning of the 50’s of XX century, reflecting society behavior in post-war period, when people wanted to revive the joy and freedom from the “good times”. It was when the Pin ups appeared, the sexy girls pictured perfectly by artists as Alberto Vargas, and between these girls there was the one and only Rita Hayworth who, with her black gloves, caused frenzy in the scene where she just tries to take them off. Nevertheless, the sexy Betty Page is also part of the collection of Pin up divas along with Marlene Dietrich and Marilyn Monroe, and many other unforgettable stars in the seduction business. Today, burlesquer style and dance and the Pin ups are back in full strength representing a revival of female conquers. Divas, as Dita von Teese with her sophisticated performances, are the modern expression of striptease.
