However, they do not work in the long term. Dieting is not possible for everyone in the long run. Perhaps the type of diet needs to be chosen and decided in such a way that it is desirable and feasible in the long run. To sustain it and make it work in the long term, you should choose the plans that are suitable for you to maintain as part of your lifestyle.
