Early one morning, just after my morning prayer, I was lying on my bed and just thinking about the goodness of God and how He has kept me through all my ups and downs. How He has kept me through all my storms and trials. I started to thank the Lord for His love, His mercy, and His grace towards me, and for His awesome favor that rests upon my life. All of a sudden, the Holy Spirit started to pray, but He was praying these very short prayers one after another. I grabbed my pen and paper, and I started to write down what the Holy Ghost was saying. While writing, I realized that each prayer had the word "Morning" I must have written over 20 short prayers that morning while the Holy
Spirit was praying. When He was finished, He said for me to continue.
I then started to copy Him, and I wrote quite a few prayers that morning. When I was finished, He told me to go and look up all the Scriptures that have the word "Morning". So I did, only to discover that there were over Seventy Scriptures with the word “Morning”. He then impressed upon my heart to compile all the prayers along with the Scriptures and put them in a morning devotional. This devotional was birth out of a Holy place which I call the "Throne Room of Grace". May your life be enriched and blessed as you read the unfailing Word of God and pray these short Breath Prayers of the Morning!

This Book is dedicated to the Holy Spirit! A Triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. This Book is God Breathed, and I recognized that it indeed came from a Holy place. I give thanks to my God for sending “Sweet Whispers of the Morning” into the earth realm. I am confident that Godis going to use this book to bless many lives. He will use this book to bring healing and hope to His people and to a dying world. I truly believe that the Holy Spirit will use these “Short Prayers of the Morning” to stimulate the prayer lives of many people. May this book bring Glory to God, and hope to His people, in Jesus Name!

Then the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils, and the man became a living person.

About This Book

This book consists of scriptures that were taken from different version of the Bible. These scriptures will awaken your spirit and invigorate your soul. These scriptures will help you to start your morning and enlighten your day. Also, included in this book are Holy Ghost inspired short “Breath Prayers” of the morning to help you through your day. Breath Prayers are short prayers that gets the attention of God. Breath Prayers are used sometimes for calm and relaxation, by breathing the prayers in and out.

Prayers do not necessarily have to be long and drawn out. Simple prayers like, “Lord Jesus, I need you this morning”, or “Help me Lord.” These are beautiful prayers. They are a cry for God’s help. These prayer comes from the soul. God will hear that call for ‘Help,’ and He will respond because that is His nature. He is a Prayer answering God.

He said in His Word in Isaiah 65:24, “Before they call, I will answer and while they are still speaking, I will hear.” God responds to prayer especially when it is a true cry from the heart. His word also says, “Call to Me, and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” (Jeremiah 33:3 NKJV). God will not respond to empty long-drawn-out prayers that are selfish and only “lip talk’ or “lip service.” God is looking for sincere prayers coming from a sincere heart. In Matthew 6:2 the Scripture says, “When you pray, use not vain repetitions as the heathens do; for they think they shall be heard for their much speaking.”

In this passage of Scripture God is referring to those who are insincere in their prayers. They pray these empty long prayers as a show to man, and consistently repeat themselves in vain. These kinds of prayers will never go anywhere, neither will they be answered. God does not have a problem with us praying for long periods of time, as long as our prayers are sincere and coming from a sincere heart.

Matthew 6:6 says: “But when you pray, go into your inner room, shut your door and pray to your Father, which is in secret.” Many times, Breath Prayers are secret prayers. These short Breath Prayers of the Morning
