Chapter 1

As Ryesen Jackson walked through the halls of her school, the other students went about their day and Ryesen had stopped before going into her class once she saw her cursh in the classroom. Ryesen said on the verge of tears as she walked back to her bed. "Why? What's wrong?" Becca asked and then Ryesen sat next to her and started to cry her eyes out and Becca knew that she was scared to ask her crush out and she also knew that she had some problems. "I'm sorry, hun. I just need to stop being so scared and I need to tell him how I feel about him. But I will always be a coward and I will never find my true love." Ryesen said while watching the movie. The two girls stayed pretty quiet for a little while, until Ryesen's father Spencer Jackson came home and gave the girls a package of cookies that Spencer bought for the both of them. Becca always had a secret crush on Ryesen's father when her mother left the both of them for another woman that she met at her old job as a stripper, even though Spencer would never give Becca the love that she had given him, and Spencer didn't care if Ryesen did skip school or not. All Spencer cared about was if Ryesen was happy or not, and he did anything he could to keep his little princess happy and to protect her whenever some one hurt her. Everyone knew how close all three of him were but both Ryesen and Spencer were really oblivious to how Becca was in love with Spencer. To everyone else, her love wasn't hidden at all but she didn't want to ruin her friendship with Ryesen so she kept her feelings for Spencer on the back burner. Even though she knew that wasn't nor fair to her, Becca still did what she could to keep her friend happy as long as she could so that she didn't hurt Ryesen more if she ever found out about her bestfriend's crush on her father. Jason kennit, Ryesen's crush, walked to Ryesen's house and knocked on the door and waited for an answer. "Yes? Can i help you?" Spencer asked after he saw that Jason was on their front door step. "Is Reyesen ok? She wasn't in class today and I just wanted to make sure that she was ok." Jason said as Reyesen over heard the conversation with Becca and the both of them were surprised to hear that Jason was concerned for Reyesen. "Yeah she is fine. She usually comes home early. She has done it so much that im used to it and I dont get mad about it anymore." Spencer said while trying to figure out why he was now asking about her when he was usually so concerned about the girl he was with at the time. "I'm sorry if this is surprising but I just wanted to know if your daughter was ok before I go back to school" Jason said and then started to head back to the school as a surprised Spencer closed the door and shrugged his shoulders and he went to the living room and started to watch TV. Reyesen could not beleive what she just heard Jason say, no one would have thought that Jason would ever care about her. But she sometimes woul break while others are teasing her, but then Becca would step in front of Ryesen and confront the bullies so the two girls would have peace for a little while. They were so close that they were mistaken for either sisters or girlfriends, but they weren't intrested in girls sadly not even each other for more then friends but they stayed close friends. In a sense they were sisters but not in the blood way, Becca always had Ryesen's back and Ryesen will never stop having Becca's back no matter what happens between them and if one of them had gotten a boyfriend the other didn't like then they wouldn't hesitate to speak their minds. "Hey, Becca wanna create some chaos on our favorite game?" Ryesen said while texting Becca and then Becca immediately responded with "Oh my god. Ryesen was more emotional then Becca was becuase of what happened to her and her father when Ryesen was a little girl and she never trusted any mothers that she hadn't met, but Ryesen met and trust Becca's mother. Beccas mother and father are actually Ryesen's god parents, but they never acted like other strict parents and becuase they trusted Ryesen so they let the two girl do whatever they wanted to do and they didnt worry about what the girls did, as long as either Becca or Ryesen checked in with them. Becca knocked on Ryesen's front door two minutes after their quick text conversation and she couldn't be more excited. Spencer was a rich business man and could get Ryesen every new game and consouls that others would be able to yet and even though Ryesen felt that it was unfair she didn't fight him becuase once Spencer came home, Ryesen became his new mother. Before she took the responsibility of taking care of Spencer, whenever he came home he was very depressed and felt like he wasnt able to takre care of his own daughter. Spencer would also drink to get rid of his pain of losing his wife and Ryesen would force to take care of him when he drank anyway so she stepped up and became more of the parent than he was. She knew that Spencer should be the actual parent in the house but she didn't want to see her father to go back to how he was, so she took care of him and anyone who was a guest in the house.
