Introduction

On a cool Autumn night, a lonely man walked through a dark forest behind his house as he wanted to take a walk and get lost in nature as he had hardships throughout the day that he wanted to forget about his troubles and be thankful that he had the next day even though he didn't know that he would soon meet the devil. "Well, hello there. Who is this coming into the dark forest?" A mysterious voice said scaring the man into looking back and checking around him as he realized that even though he wanted to get lost in nature, he was too far away to try to run back and look for help. "Who is there?" the man asked as he tried to stay calm as clouds covered the moon and made the area around him impossible to see and made the surroundings easier for the man to trip and fall down. "Didn't your mother ever tell you it's rude to not answer someone when they are trying to talk to you?" The mysterious voice said before a woman stood in front of the man as he looked at her curvy body with hearts in his eyes and then he shook his head before sticking his hand out for her to shake. "Hello, ma'am. Excuse me, I was rude. Thanks for calling me out. My name is Alexander. What's your name, Ma'am? I would be super happy to get to know you." Alexander asked while hoping that the woman would be able to answer him. "I am every human's nightmare. If someone was in danger of getting shot I am the one holding the gun at point-blank range. Some say I'm a badass for what I do. Others die of fright when they see me. I am death itself." the woman said as she grabbed out a sword engulfed in flames and then cut Alexander's head off as he stood there looking at him with shock as he couldn't believe what the woman had said.

"What just happened?" Alexander asked as he sat up while he regained his vision seeing the woman in the woman in the corner of the room and then screamed as he tried to back away but felt nurses hold him while the doctor was cleaning up his tools not moving while Alexander was screaming. "Oh calm down. Let the doctor stitch you up and then you'll get registered." The woman said as she moved past alexander before he grabbed her arm and pulled her back into the room knocking over tables and spilling vials of acid onto the floor. "Oh no, you don't. You brought me here. You take me back to my life." Alexander said as the doctor and nurses clean up the acid as she stood up watching him with an annoyed expression on her face while a smirk appeared on his face. "Can't." the woman said as she helped the doctors clean and stood up with the nurses as she watched his expression change from smug to anger as he gotten closer to her and picked her up by her throat and held her tightly against the wall before she started to chuckle. "What's so funny, bitch? And why can't you take me back?" Alexander asked tightening his grip making the nurses run out of the room and looked for ingredients for the medicine to calm Alexander down before she looked at him without saying a word for a few minutes. "Because you were due to die. You weren't given any more time to live. There. Does that answer your questions?" The woman said before Alexander dropped her mumbling to himself before the nurses came back carefully as they kept their eyes on him. "This is not happening. This isn't really happening. I had an amazing life, I was about to bang the chick that was into me and then I get my head chopped off by another chick. Why is this happening to me?" Alexander said as he sat on the bed as tears started to run down his face as the woman put her sword away. "Because the Chick's boyfriend found out about your future affair with her and wished that you were dead and that's when your life basically ran out of time. Hey, kid, listen I don't make the rules. I work and pay my bills." The woman said before Alexander looked at her with tears in his eyes before she shook her head. "Look. I don't know much so just go get registered and wait for your assignment." The woman said as she left the room and then noticed that Alexander was following her and tried his best to try to shake him off of her tail since she didn't want anyone to know where she lived.

"Go away. I will have the police come and take you away." the woman said as she walked into her apartment building while slowly losing the wanting to care about if he knew where she lived or not, but she still knew that she needed to get rid of him and then she grabbed her phone and called Heavell's police station. "Just answer the question I asked when I was still alive and then I'll leave. That's all I wanted." Alexander said as he stood in front of her door as he knew that she would do something if he didn't leave and he had kept his guard up. "I can't let you get to know me. It isn't anything against you, it's because like I said I am death itself." The woman said as she knew that if the man gets to know her and if they were wanting to try to have a relationship then he was taken away and had his memories away. "Why are you so scared? Don't you want friends? Let me in please." Alexander said as he pounded on the woman's door before he felt being tugged by the police and then looked down in defeat as he was being led away. "Don't worry about her. No one can fully get close to the grim reaper." the officer said as Alexander looked behind him as he felt bad for her before he looked forward as the officers take him to the soul registration office. "Has anyone tried?" Alexander asked before the cops looked at him shocked as the secretary went into the back to get the papers that Alexander needs while the cops lead him to an area of chairs and sat him down in one chair and then sat next to him. "Yes, multiple souls have disappeared or downright got eliminated from existence because they tried to get close to her. That's why she is seen as cold or harsh but she is instructed not to get close to anyone she is assigned to bring to our world. Please, let us know if she is doing anything suspicious because we have to go." the officer said as Alexander looked down and wondered how souls lost their existence even though he wanted to get to know her.

"I don't care about what they say. I'm gonna gain her trust." Alexander said before the secretary came back and dropped the papers onto her desk as Alexander quickly got up and went to her not noticing the huge amount of paperwork that he has to go through. "Good morning, sir. Here's everything you have to do. Fill these out and then return the papers back to me. Then you will have to do a survey to know what your job here in Heavell will be and then you will also get assigned a housing complex but you will be able to choose the house." The secretary said as she pushed the papers to him and watched as his eyes got bigger at the sight of the pile of papers. "Wow. All of this is going to take me hours to get through. Are you sure that you cant do some of these?" Alexander asked before watching the nod her head as Alexander struggle to pull the whole stack of papers to his chair even though they were all as light as a feather. "Man. The things a soul has to go through to get a new body and a new life." Alexander said as the secretary started to laugh and then slowly stopped as a new soul walked into the building and then completely stopped laughing when Alexander looked at her. "What is so funny, Ma'am?" Alexander said as a pen appeared next to him and then grabbed the pen before he worked on the paperwork and he knew that he had to wait for the answer becuase of the new soul in the building with them. He could tell that she would get in a lot of trouble, so he closed his mouth and continued to work on the paperwork but was surprised to see the secretary sit down next to him though they didn't know each other but he knew that she had something to say. "No new souls get their new lives. You have to live here a while to be able to be even consideredd for a new life. You are judged by how your work ethic is and how you treat others while you are here. These are just to get to know the souls who come in." the secretary whispered into Alexander's ear making a chill go down his spin since Alexander never had a girl so close to him.
