Chapter 1

Monica walked into her favorite sandwich one morning as she worked on her phone. "Welcome back, Ma'am. What would you like today?" the cashier asked as Monica looked up. "Uhh BLT with quacamole with my normal topppings please." Monica said as she looked at the cashier. "Ok. Anything else? Oh we have a new sandwich. Buffalo chicken. Want to try it?" the cashier asked while Monica got out her wallet. "Yeah sounds good." Monica said and then the cashier smiled.

"Your usual coffee and sunchips for the first sandwich ma'am?" The cashier asked as Monica smiled. "Yes please. That would be nice." Monica said as the chefs were creating her first sandwich. "What drink and chips for the second sandwich, ma'am?" The cashier asked as Monica looked at a menu. "A bottle of sprite with a bag of kettle cooked original, please." Monica said as she was getting ready to pay. "Ok that'll be seven dollars and ninety-eight cents." The cashier said before Monica gave her the money. "Have a meeting today?" The cashier asked as Monica grabbed her food. "Yeah and based on the memo I had received last night, we will have a long one. You have a good day." Monica said as she waved at the cashier and then she walked to her car.

"Ok, Monica. You will have a good day. You have your breakfast and your snack." Monica said as she carefully got into her car and then took a drink of coffee. "That's a good cup of coffee." Monica said as she started to drive to her executive manager at a law firm. Monica listened to music as she drove carefully before pulling into the parking lot. "Good morning, Ma'am. Are you ready for the meeting? The boss did ask me to remind you to bring food for yourself. Since some of our coworkers did found out that they had allergies, so you dont need to share with anyone anymore." Monica's secretary said before Monica smiled. "Finally, am I right?" Monica asked before her secretary nodded making her chuckle.

Monica sat in her chair and smiled as she started to eat her first sandwich. "I smell bacon. Yo, Monica. How's your morning?" one of Monica's coworkers asked as he walked to her. "Hello, Blake. If you had a chef's knife I would share my sandwich with you." Monica said as she took another bite. "Don't worry Monica. What did you bring for the meeting?" Blake asked as he sat in front of her. "The new Buffalo chicken sandwich from Sunny Subs And Gloomy Grillers." Monica said as she finished her sandwich and opened her bag of chips before Blake gasped. "What? Oh, I'm sorry. Do you have an allergy?" Monica asked as she watched him shake his head.
