PREFACE

Half a century of existence, an immense passion for Occult Wisdom, a daily struggle to open the doors of the Unknown! Many visits from people from all over the world to my tiny "studio" in Méluzien (FRANCE). In this area of MORVAN, populated by generous and sincere people, souls and bodies, many people came to seek my wisdom. They came from all parts of the world, instead I am still looking for what I could have forgotten to learn!!! This is to tell you that we have never reached the end of the WAY OF KNOWLEDGE.... For a very long time I have been asked to write a book on WICCA and Witchcraft, in the Anglo-Saxon sense of the word (but not only Anglo-Saxon). I am obliged to answer this way: there is not only one WICCA, there are many. Therefore, there are also many WITCHES. Often those who came to me to seek this Knowledge, came with hidden thoughts, which I "pulled out" immediately. They were evil thoughts, thoughts of hatred, desire to take possession of other people's possessions, lecherous thoughts, thoughts of repressed sexuality for various reasons... In the midst of so many cases, some people, but very few in the end, came with the true idea of "FUNDAMENTAL RESEARCH". However, what was not my surprise and joy, when I learned their intentions, and knew their purity and nobility!!! At this point, it would be time for me to explain to you what WICCAS or VICAS are! AND TRUE WITCHCRAFT!!!

So many different appellations, so many ways of writing, indicating exactly the same current and the same way of living and building the powers granted to men and women. One must ask the only valid question: what is WICCA? What is Witchcraft? One must answer this question thus: "it is the gathering of people of many good wills (plural, of course) who have made very useful observations to all men and have made them available to all." THIS IS THE FIRST POINT. It is a mini-religion, because this current of ideas that wants man and woman to have the possibility of surpassing themselves, can only gather very few people at first. But it remains the first manifestation of the religion of Medicine, Science, and all the Knowledge that allowed man to transcend himself. Today, WICCA STREGONRY is the only way for men and women to find themselves again, in a pure and original way; it is the way that allows everyone to find the manifestation of psychic and parapsychic powers that everyone has inside, which have been hidden for centuries and centuries, by all civilizations.

Nowadays, it is very difficult to express the truths (it would be better to say THE REALITY) contained in the STREGONERY, because the game of Civilizations and Religions makes that all these KNOWLEDGE are denigrated, only for the spirit of domination and oppression. The reason of the clandestinity of the STREGONERY and of the WICCA is the following: these two currents of thought have always been "lived and built" by good people of the people, unable to do the least Evil. Moreover, it was much easier to burn people on the pyres than to listen to what they had to say. Nowadays, there are no more pyres, but there are the "MASS-MEDIA" almost always conformists, who banish the few things they have learned about the OLD KNOWLEDGE, that is THE STREGONERY. Very few people have the courage to tolerate that their name is printed in the newspaper, because it could marginalize them from friends, relatives, with all the imaginable consequences at work, in the family, in the sentimental field, etc. ... I decided to update a part of the OLD KNOWLEDGE to finally shout in the face of the whole world that STREGONERY and WICCA (which are the same and identical thing) are worthy of our esteem!!!

The problem, in our Western world, is also complicated by the fact that Christianity and the religions coming from it have made the poor people believe for centuries and centuries that Witchcraft was bad and evil. And this, while we find in Jesus Christ's words some attitudes of thought that are those of the WICCA. There has been, in the History of this great religion, a whole set of Angels, of Devils, catalogued, classified, according to degrees and levels... This has increased the confusion in the spirit of the people, who outside of the official Churches did not see any other salvation. The people did not see that the absolute reality was hidden, concealed, for the profit of the priests, who became the "Merchants of the Temple". (during the various eras). I must also add that not all of them were like this; the best ones, almost always, at a certain time were also accused of STREGONRY.

I absolutely don't want to resume the course of History, give precise dates, or bibliographic references, because you all know them already. The condemnation of Witchcraft comes from the fact that sorcerers and witches, in front of miserable people, made the very serious mistake of showing that they had more powers than priests, than established religions. And this, the Power couldn't absolutely forgive!!! The hunt for WITCHES has no other origin! The pyres were only extinguished a little over two hundred years ago, let's not forget that! In order to make known the particular notions of the WICCASTREGONERY groups, I had a whole series of interviews with a remarkable character, famous for his experiences, for his very particular points of view, which, you will see for yourself, all have the accent of truth!

If this character had not known me for so many years, I would not have been able to decide him to this step. I had to tell him, affirm to him, swear to him that this was the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of his life to do charity work and serve his cause!!! I had to affirm to him that honesty made him respectable, that not being in the norm of OUR CIVILITY was in no way a disadvantage.... There are always NOTIONS to learn from others, and HE in my opinion is a character who deserves to come out of anonymity; but he cares that it is done in a very discreet way! He would tell me, "I have no right to compromise the peace of mind of so many men and women who are in my group or another! ...". How I understand that!!! The fact that, personally, I am practically of WHITE MAGIC, that I have never practiced EVIL OR BLACK MAGIC, has definitely convinced him. He knows my books: "A WITCH SPEAKS TO YOU", "MY MAGIC RECIPES FOR A CRAZY LOVE", published by DESFORGES, in Paris, and also "L'OCCULTISMO" which would be the sequel of "A WITCH SPEAKS TO YOU", on sale at DESFORGES.

He knows my fight against Evil, against invoices, against mysterious diseases, which have nothing to do with Medicine. My quality of Occultist, I dare say "graduated", who receives visits from all over the world, in my remote village of MÉLUZIEN, has given him enough confidence to let me talk about HIS EXCEPTIONAL PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE. I would like to tell you however, that after reading about him (because now he will speak), you should know that he is married to a lovely woman, has beautiful children, and is an absolutely NORMAL citizen! He is very far from any contestation, but he is cocentissimo of the interests of every human community. The understanding of others is based on STREGON knowledge, which according to him is the basis of life. Do not ask me for a personal opinion on the character, it is obvious that I estimate him very much. There are many methods to get hold of human truths: let's say that his are very original in our eyes.... I leave you with him, and you will see that you will get extreme pleasure from it!!!

I was telling you then that the religions had put in place their good cohorts of angels, devils, and later still, of Saints. There was the story of LUCifer, classified among the devils by the "demonologists". LUCIFERO means: ANGEL OF LIGHT (who would have been expelled from Paradise)! But they simply forgot to tell you that the followers of the primitive Witchcraft had taken LUCIFERO as their reference point. The religions had classified him from the beginning as an ANGEL OF LIGHT and the sorcerers were fighting the darkness of the religions. Seeing this, the POWERS OF THE CLERRY did not hesitate for a moment to categorize LUCIFERO as a fallen angel! Clearly he could not protest!!! The spiritual powers of the religions knew that the PIONEERS of the STREGONERY were people "as free as birds in the woods", without any real organization, without any hierarchy established at great levels, so it was very easy to fight them and to annihilate them, AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED!

I know that at this point many readers who are uninformed but eager to know things honestly, will jump in their seats, and say, "BUT HOW!!! The story is about evil people, WITCHES and WITCHES, who used their knowledge to harm their fellow man!!!". So, my dear reader, I'm going to stop you right in your tracks and tell you something right now, "YOU only know what they wanted to tell you and nothing more!!! Know that the powers of Witchcraft-WICCA can be used for GOOD OR EVIL." As did the religions that, under the guise of Universal Love OF THE NEIGHBOR, have used the ideas to make massacres and wars to no end! The fork that feeds you is totally innocent, but it can also gouge your eye out, it all depends on how it is used! Above all, you must convince yourself that the Witch Doctor and the Witch have always used their powers and knowledge to heal people, animals, etc... There will always and everywhere be black sheep.... In a time when you had to be dressed from head to toe, seeing Witchcraft adherents gather COMPLETELY Naked for a ceremony was an abominable crime!!! It absolutely did not prevent the most complete amoralism of the judges, in the specific case!!!

Now the much purer STREGONERY has overcome all these problems. It was not possible as long as the protagonists could not bear their real name! But try to gather fifteen naked people for a religious activity and you will see if someone will not cry SCANDAL: this someone will hide his whole person from you and will believe himself to be pure because of this: IT'S THE WORST! Dear readers, you must know that the forces of the powers of the SPIRIT are all of Psychosexual origin, for the simple fact that these forces are VITAL. Wherever there is CREATION, this occurs!!! Now, our civilizations have wanted to officially declare all these forces shameful by making sexuality the biggest taboo possible. We live in an age of CULTURE, of PASSATEMPES, in which the ways to distract oneself are not even counted anymore, and above all they are no longer privileges of a caste! But once upon a time, this simple pleasure of bodies and souls that could not be taken away from the people was codified, controlled, measured and, if it was not done for the reproduction of "simple tools" for the wars of the powerful, it became a mortal sin! Simply put, this equal pleasure for all was regulated for the people. Therefore, STREGONERY, which used psychosexual forces for certain operations could only be destined for condemnation without appeal. The real sin for spiritual power, which was often also temporal and material, was the escape from the rules, instituted by the minority who had the reins in their hands.

It must be added that the sorcerers and witches, being scholars, were advancing the KNOWLEDGE in fact of occultism at the whole world, and this could only harm the Power that would no longer maintain the tampering on the people. Here is the cause of the intolerance for every form of Witchcraft! The sorcerer and the witch were generally intelligent, strong, balanced people, who did not show any fear in front of the PRINCIPLES AND OTHER SOVEREIGNS of the time in which they lived, and this attitude was absolutely not tolerated. On the contrary, they all had to manifest entirely their DEPENDENCE from the enormous CASE OF NOBLE AND NOTABLE PEOPLE, who revolved around or above their persons. IN GENERAL, they were also beautiful beings, and admirable on every level.... THEY CARRIED WITHIN THEM THE LIGHT OF KNOWLEDGE!!! Adepts of the WICCA-STREGONERY, you have always been BEARERS OF LIGHT, of your light, link to LUCIFERO, NOT DIAVOLO, BUT ANGEL OF LIGHT, according to the classical authors!!!

We absolutely do not condemn any precise epoch, nor any precise person, but we explain the reason for intolerance to our cause. Today this intolerance would like to be reborn and you will see that in a short time they will blame us for the actions of certain Sects, for example the SATANISM of the GUYANA SECT! But WICCA-STREGONERY has nothing to do with these meetings of demented people. JESUS CHRIST himself would have been an adept of the WITCHWITCH and the WICCA. He was the bearer of a certain truth that has been distorted, adjusted, etc. The most tangible proof is he was not "tolerated" but murdered, along with the famous thieves, because his WORD OF LIGHT was not allowed by the obscurantist people of his time. After his death, what did they not make him say?! What did his WORDS become?!!! They did the same thing with all the LIGHT-Bearers! So, dear followers of STREGONRY, if I enlighten you today in the eyes of the public, it is to prepare the very near moment when justice will be done to you!!! If in radio or television programs in which I participate, I start a merciless war against a certain form of "PARAPSICOLOGY" it is because I am against the forces of darkness, which are neither yours nor mine. Real scientists, and there are plenty of them, will help you with their research (without having the slightest intention to do so, of course).

Nowadays it is possible to measure the changes of the electric fields of the brain in a state of VOLTION, that is a projection of psychic energy sustained intentionally, and it is exactly what we do in STREGONY! That is why we are very sad when we hear some parapsychologists who have never experienced anything, make peremptory statements about certain experiences that they have not even bothered to do! That's why, in the view of justice, I gladly reach out to some scientists and even the "RATIONALIST UNION" (which, unfortunately, is not only composed of people ready for practical experience)!!! STREGONERY AND WICCA have their convention, i.e. their assembly or gathering. This word "CONVENTION" seems to me too pompous, too imposing, I prefer the word "MEETING", which seems more suitable.

You have to know that there are very modest groups of only 4 people and others with 30 (that's a lot!). Some have announced meetings of 300 people, but I honestly never believed it was possible, and that rather half were only friends! I would add that, in this case, I think it is already extraordinary!!! The basic principle of WICCA-STREGONRY is this: wherever men and women will gather, psychic powers will develop, if thoughts, desires and volitions will be directed to one or several equal objects!!! Thereafter, and in spite of separation, EVERY MEMBER of a gathering will retain the strength of all others. Meetings are necessary so that a certain current of strength is maintained between the CONVENE and the members. You must understand that with this book I want to provide a very serious foundation, even though it will be a little difficult for the non-initiated person to read.

If I insist on millennia and millennia of traditions it is because the time has come to bring out our KNOWLEDGE so that ignorant people will no longer fight them stupidly. Only the knowledge of the truth can protect us, so only we will prevent ignorant people from devoting themselves to EVIL. I repeat: there are many WICCAS and many WITCHES! What does it mean? It means that by force different peoples have generated different forms of disciplines, but THE BASICS have remained the same, because it is impossible for it to be done in another way... The differences come from the different cultures, the different influences that peoples have received during different eras. But I WANT you to know that THE WITCH POWERS have no difference between them, as it pertains to the expectations of an individual of such a people or of such another people. I mean to say, and now I know I will anger some followers of the traditional WICCAS WITCHES, that not everyone refers to LUCIFERO ANGEL OF LIGHT, which is peculiar to our Judeo-Christian tradition. We need to tell the whole world the truth and understand it too! THIS IS IT: our Western religions are all of Semitic origin. This is clearly not a rebuke, nor is it anti-Semitic racism, because the followers of our KNOWLEDGE have long since overcome this problem (if only out of respect for the human person...)!!! But at the root of what our peoples, races and cultures have made us into, there is a common but very divergent basis at the same time:

1°) TRADITION

2°) METAMORPHOSIS

Let us first consider the metamorphoses that have held back and impeded our knowledge of parapsychological and occult powers. Simply put, the METAMORPHOSIS have made us very unpopular, but they have also been very useful to us because they have taught us the struggle against ignorance and blind power. I mean the fight, at the highest level, that is that of the SPIRIT, against the everyday and the notions acquired but static!!! The static notions of our respective peoples have been more insurmountable OBSTACLES than any other. Having said that, I hope these speeches do not make people think that we are revolutionaries willing to do anything to throw and destroy EVERYTHING!!! NO AND THEN NO! We are people who want to adapt spirituality and its powers to the established world as it is now. This will never stop us from seeing the huge cracks in it, of course. On the contrary, we think it would be our duty to help the world, these respective worlds of ours!!! I want to point this out because it would be monstrous for us to be used to promote any bad action! We have on our side a very noble cause: PROVIDE all men a better life, through our KNOWLEDGE, bringing them the light! We condemn crime and terrorism, wherever they come from, asking men to understand that the best political and economic system of life will always have some defects... With the light we also bring REASON, rejecting the often criminal folly of which men have been victims during the various epochs of History... Between the calm of our long reasoned and determined thoughts, and the FOLLY of human groupings, there is indeed a world (which will never be ours)!!!

We reject original sin because, in spite of wars and massacres, human life has not ceased to improve throughout the ages. Of this, we must give credit to those who have preceded us, and who still run the world (good or bad). All these would be what we other members of the WICCAS-STREGONERIE call METAMORPHOSIS, exactly! Our UNIVERSAL THOUGHT wants to be of LIGHT, and not tied to factors of places or times. The UNIVERSAL LIGHT of our concepts transcends all this to rise towards the search for greater happiness for all. We are far away from the image of BAD WITCHES and WITCHES, don't you think? Do you remember that previously I spoke about TRADITION?

CHAPTER II

TIME, unique dimension in Witchcraft - Original sin does not exist - Professor REMY CHAUVIN, professor at the Sorbonne in Paris - Mr Jacques Pradel and Mrs Marie Christine Thomas, two producers of radio broadcasts, appointed "Witches of Honor" by JACQUES RUBINSTEIN! - We are in the eternity of time - The ritual, this instrument - The meeting point of the power rituals of the entire earth - Some madmen deny their physical humanity!!! - The great offence to creation - The return to the source of life - The Light and the Sun - The rituals, instruments of help - "And Men Created Gods", radio broadcast on the French national channel ("France-Inter") - The goddess VERONICA and some exceptional listeners of "France-Inter" - The Magic ceremony by radio waves.

There is a very strong relationship between our philosophy, mathematics and physics. For us, time is ONE, it is a dimension in which we move, and perform actions, if we need to. We are men and women of yesterday and tomorrow, but also, at the same time, of today. This is a concept that no philosophy in the world has ever lived, as we live it every day! We are certainly part of our present time, but also of other times (in the common sense of the term, of course, because for us there is no difference). This knowledge that is about to shock you, dear readers, exists in many religions, but has remained as a "dead letter", hidden, ignored, because the fact of revealing it would have completely upset the established order, and could not happen in any era! I repeat, original sin does not exist, there is only original ignorance, which is the only real sin for us!!! Listen to JACQUES RUBINSTEIN: "During the radio broadcast on the waves of FRANCEINTER, in the company of Jacques Pradel and Marie-Christine Thomas, I officially named "HONORABLE STREGONS" these exceptional producers... not by chance, because their curiosity and their intellectual research deserved this special ATTENTION!!! I recommend you to read the works of RÈMY CHAUVIN (another HONORABLE STREGON) and COSTA DE BEAUREGARD. Follow the research of these unusual radio producers, because it took everyone a certain amount of courage to program these broadcasts, and to say these things! !!". It's no accident, it was the BEARERS OF LIGHT who sparked the blossoming of truth. The time has come, after talking about METAMORPHOSIS, to get to TRADITION. It is a magic word that RECONNECTS for the people of the present time, the past with the present, but that also reconnects the past with the future (because for us, after all, it is the same thing, the same dimension of time)."

At any stage of our earthly life, we have a QUALITY OF BEING that has no age and is eternal. There is no difference between a 70-year-old initiate and a 16-year-old initiate for us; they are both on the chain of eternity. They only meet at a MOMENT OF TIME which causes their earthly age to be different but their real age to be the same. At present, there are perhaps only 500 people in the world who had already understood this before reading these lines. The earthly death for us is only a passage, not a hypothetical PURGATORY, HELL OR PARADISE!!! (Or what more, beyond, the perfumed gardens of the PARADISE OF ALLAH??!). NO, and then again no! It is only the passage of our real being into the NINTH DIMENSION of our realization! after death, we know that we will find ourselves in a world that will be just as real, as the earthly one, in order to have other experiences of knowledge!!!

TRADITION is the eternal nexus of the endless chain of life of the real being, which is earthly for a while, and will be different tomorrow. But for us REAL BEINGS, life does not change, it becomes REAL!!! It is completely different! REAL BEING is far above earthly lives, with their permissions to be and not to be, very different from the "forbidden" and the "granted". TRADITION reconnects us with those who have gone before us, who live now, and who will follow us; hence the explanation of the value of certain RITUALS in WICCAS-STREGONERIES, and in MAGIC. Our life as LIGHT-Bearers has nothing to do with mere earthly life. Ritual is therefore an aspect of TRADITION that means CONTINUITY. We are in continuity because we know that interruption cannot exist and because we have lived too many different experiences to doubt it.

THE RITUAL is the instrument of the TRADITION. That's why whatever tradition of magic and witchcraft we have, the ritual will put at our disposal THE FORCES OF THE SPIRIT (the only REAL BEING) of all those who have lived in the past, in the present but also in the future!!! Given and considered our human weaknesses, due to different life systems, and our PHYSOLOGICAL TERRESTRIAL IMPERFETIES, the Ritual will put us in touch with THE FORCES we no longer have, but need. You don't have to see in these speeches any condemnation for those who were not on our side, we know and we knew that we needed TIME AND UNITY OF TIME to manifest our POWER OF LIGHT and we have ETERNITY in front of us!!! It means that if during a magical and witchcraft ceremony, we need to mobilize certain forces, we can be sure to have them available if we use the RITUALS OF TRADITION. I would like with this to demythologize the buffoonish and childish side of certain rituals, and say that it may seem so to those ignorant of our KNOWLEDGE, and that's it. It also means (and here I address all the WICCAS-STREGONERS) that if our rituals are different, it is due to our different ways of living, during the different ages, and also to the diversity of our peoples. This difference nullifies because it reaches the basis of our respective traditions.... I have thus given you one of the most important keys of the WITCHES and STREAMS!!! So, whatever our origin, we don't have to bicker over differences in traditions or rituals, because the purposes are exactly the same! I have spent time and money to take an interest in all the traditions and rituals that exist on Earth and was not surprised to find that they all converged on the same point of realization and KNOWLEDGE. We are men and women of knowledge. I will tell you that I made this realization after traveling nearly two million miles around the globe. THE WONDERFUL of our quest, here is what I discovered!!! There are many trends, to borrow a term coined by the world of Culture, but they all have a point of MEETING, not divergence. This is the most important fact in the history of HUMAN POWER! These differences are still a lesson. They show us that the ways are numerous, with none to be condemned through a truth that would be the principle of one of these trends, precisely. The most shocking fact for us LIGHT-Bearers is to see that certain human groupings in search of knowledge have been willing to renounce their humanity!... In simple words, it means that some have deliberately renounced to the quality of flesh and blood men, thus renouncing to a wonderful instrument of knowledge: THE HUMAN BODY!

I know that at this point we are about to upset the established order, I would say established by the ignorance that man has had of himself. The first revelation of the WICCA STREGONERY is: to make the human being know what he is, IN TRUTH. After all, it is a very difficult thing to do; some men who have acquired very complicated scientific knowledge do not know themselves at all. They don't even want to know themselves, they are afraid to know themselves and to know themselves well! ... This is the drama of millennia of civilization suffocated by false knowledge.... At the dawn of human civilization, every being knew that he had two elements in himself: the body and the spirit. It was admitted as the most logical fact that could exist; in time, the body was rejected into the shadows as an annoying and even, later, shameful accessory. From this fact arose the aberrant notion of sin: everything that was not SPIRIT, that did not proceed from AN IMPLACABLE GOD (in most cases), was to be systematically rejected. The men who had once lived in happiness, then knew the difficulty of living, because they had been deprived of simplicity, that is, the TRUE NATURE OF MAN AND WOMAN. The body had become the instrument of sin.... There was the greatest brainwashing of all time. Time and habit consolidated this immensely retrograde attitude. It also allowed the easiest tampering of one man upon others, for it was always easy to declare abnormal those who remained attached to what should have been ONE NORMAL LIFE. This was actually the greatest offense done to the Creator. Millennia have passed and we still laugh when we see honest people, absolutely not ashamed of their bodies, who resume the habit of nudity, if the weather conditions allow it!!!! There is in this fact a return to the source of life, which is very significant of a revolution of the spirit, which grants to the body what the Creator had already given it at the moment of Creation.
