CONCLUSION
Your liver is as important as your life simply because all other organs of the body rest solely on it. In an average adult, it weighs up to three pounds and whoever cares to lead a fulfilled and healthy life must be ready to take care of his or her liver. Among several functions performed by the liver are blood detoxification, nutrients storage, provision of nutrients and energy to the tissues, burning of surplus fat through the bile, and maintenance of good weight.
The liver is said to be fatty when too much fat is stored within, than what it is capable of accommodating. The liver cell is not meant to be overstressed in order not to put it at huge risk.
The quicker a fatty liver is addressed, the better because as it progresses, it becomes a disease which could deteriorate the liver status to one or more of liver cirrhosis, liver failure, liver scarring, liver damage, and of course, it might lead to death.
Treatment
The cause of a fatty liver should first be considered before the treatment. Foods with a high proportion of calories from lipids and excessive intake of alcohol are two major known causes of fatty liver, your diet matters to a large extent for the treatment of fatty liver. From the foregoing, we can as well deduce that fatty liver could be categorized into two different types, alcohol-influenced, and non-alcohol influenced.
A very good way to treat a fatty liver is to completely abstain from alcohol, being one of the most important resolutions to make to your diet, eat nutritious and balanced diet, and carry out some early morning exercises to release some toxins from your body.
Natural Solutions to Reverse Fatty Liver
A more rapid recovery plan will be enhanced simply by making use of some natural ingredients which could help to strengthen the liver.
Milk Thistle
Over the years, milk thistle has been used to protect the liver from further damage, and against the dangerous effects of toxic materials in the body, which are also capable of getting to the liver in diverse ways. This herb contains a seed that is very powerful and very effective in healing liver cells that are already malfunctioning.
Soy Protein
Soy protein is very effective, and would help to reduce the accumulation of fat in the liver; also, it will help restore proper liver functions. Soy milk, tofu, yogurt, and soybeans are good sources of soy proteins.

Ingredients:
4 ounces chopped bacon, cut into 2-3 thick slices
16 ounces turkey, ground
1/2 tbsp. ground, sage
1/4 tbsp. garlic powder
1 medium green onion, chopped
Method
1. Add chopped bacon slices into a food processor or an immersion blender.
2. Puree until bacon looks like a ground meat. Add ground turkey, sage, garlic powder, and green onion to the blender.
3. Puree, about 3 to 5 minutes, or until meat mixture gets well combined.
4. Pre-heat oven to about 350 deg. F., line up a baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.
5. Add 2 tablespoons of turkey mixture onto the sheet, about 16 same size portions, then roll each portion into a round turkey ball shape with your hands.
6. Bake at 350 deg. F., about 20 minutes, let stand to cool, 5 minutes.
7. Serve immediately.
