CONCLUSION

INTRODUCTION

On Monday, 11th March 2013, around 7:30 am, my cell phone rang - "Hi, James! How was your night? "Awesome"! It was Billy Crawford, all the way from Stockholm Harbor, Sweden.

He called to give a brief of Debbie's (his wife's) health symptoms, detailed as follows:

“Fatigue, Cold feeling, Shortage of breath, Feeling faint, weak, or dizzy, Trouble thinking clearly, and Swelling in the hands”

Prior to that time, they had both visited the University Hospital of Umeå, Västerbotten County, Sweden and had a conversation with Doctor Henry Copeland, who carried out a kidney diagnosis test her.

On Wednesday, 3rd April 2013, around 05:30 pm, they touched down at the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport; I picked them up, and then drove straight to my residence.

Yes, Billy! "I heartily welcome you and Debbie to America. My wife, Daniella gladly received them, it was a lovely day.

Going by the symptoms you stated, fatigue, being the first, will be experienced when fewer red blood cells are carried by the kidney to make oxygen. Of course, it might lead to tiredness in both the muscles and the brain. This will also lead to coldness all the time, irrespective of the temperature of the atmosphere.

The shortage of breath is often experienced when the lungs have some additional fluid, also, shortage of red blood cells for enough oxygen in the body could also lead to a shortage of breath.

Can you now see that all these symptoms rest solely on the kidney performance?

Though Doctor Henry Copeland might have carried out a kidney diagnosis test, I want to assure you that you have the solution to survive the new living style and diet.

To lead an active and productive life, it is recommended you eat the categories of food that will prevent and control chronic kidney disease (CKD), because as a matter of fact, it cannot be reversed, but can be prevented from getting worse.

Now, what is the most important tool required for prevention? It's simply your diet. Diet options that are very high in protein, sodium, potassium, and phosphorus are not very okay. A good renal diet should be low in the above, so the kidney would not be overstressed, but functions at an optimal level. This cookbook contains renal diet recipes that would not only correct your kidney disease but also make it function at its best at all times.

The disease would cease from progressing beyond normal if only you are on the renal diet, and besides, dialysis or total renal failure will be a thing of the past.

I want to congratulate you for reading this cookbook, you are just some few steps to gaining access to 120 Renal Diet recipes that are kidney friendly, they would not only help you get those symptoms controlled, but also regulate it completely. Happy reading.

Understanding Kidney Disease

The first victory you would encounter is simply knowing your health status. Even after being diagnosed with CKD does not mean the end of life. All that is required is a change of lifestyle and change of diet. At the early stage of the CKD diagnosis, you have so many options to follow with a view to prolonging the function of your kidney.

Functions of the Kidneys

The kidneys, bean-shaped, can be located in the center of your back, below the rib cage, on the right and left of the spine. Their major functions are:

1. Cleaning of waste materials from the blood.

2. Regulation of the blood pressure.

3. Making of red blood cell by helping to stimulate the bone marrow.

4. Removing extra water from the body.

5. Control of the rate of phosphorus and calcium absorbed and excreted.

When the kidneys still perform the above functions, it means they are healthy, but anyone that has the chronic kidney disease cannot enjoy the above kidney functions, yet longevity and healthy life are still very possible even with the CKD.
