Ingredients
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered zero-calorie sweetener
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 pinches salt
Directions
Step 1:
Place cream cheese in a huge bowl and defeat using a power mixer until light and fluffy. Switch mixer to low acceleration and slowly add weighty cream and vanilla extract. Add sweetener, cocoa powder and salt, combining until well incorporated. Switch mixer to high, and blend until light and fluffy, one to two minutes even more. Serve instantly, or refrigerate for later on.
Keto Cheesecake Cupcakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 cup granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Series 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
Step 2:
Mix almond food and butter jointly in a bowl; spoon in to the bottoms of the paper liners and press right into a flat crust.
Step 3:
Defeat cream cheese, eggs, sweetener, and vanilla extract together in a bowl with a power mixer set to moderate until steady; spoon over the crust level in the paper liners.
Step 4:
Bake in the preheated oven before cream cheese combination is almost set in the center, 15 to 17 minutes.
Step 5:
Let cupcakes awesome at space temperature until awesome enough to take care of. Refrigerate 8 hours to overnight before serving.
