This is a motivationally based metaphysical book. I am 45 years old and look 20 years younger. In the book I tell about myself, my experiences and my secrets to keep me so.
I talk about how my lifestyle works well for me, how I got there, and what experiences are instrumental in keeping myself intact over time. To do so I chose ten secrets to analyze them with the reader.

do you study or work?
Eternal youth is just a myth: stories!
We are eternal beings having an earthly experience. What a wonderful thing! When I reveal my age to people astonishment knocks them out. Always.
Usually comes first the question, "Are you studying or working?" When I answer that I am at 40 if I were still studying it would be a tad problematic, the rations are all the same: wide-eyed, hallucinated expressions, they X-ray me all over, and then the compliments come too.
Occasionally someone happens who doesn't believe me and then gives up in front of my ID card. Occasionally but rarely, there is the smart one, who claims to have figured it out right away...after I tell them though.
The constant questions for years from people interested in my secret, in my ability to keep myself as such over time, inspired me to write this book.
Telling a little about myself and revealing something is a nice way to share with others what keeps me so young and unchanged and as I always say if I can do it, so can you... Maybe.
Just kidding, of course you can be like me, so relax because we can do it.
I have always been like this: young. Everyone used to tell me that one day I would be happy to show less years. How right they were! It is crazy cool and the more time passes, the better.
We are much more evolved, strong and powerful than we think. It all depends on us, if we want to keep ourselves young, we do. Each one of us is different. We have different rhythms, times and reactions but we all have the same power: mental power. So, let's use it!
If we really want to, we are capable of doing anything. Let's start from the "here and now" and do it!
If you feel you are too old for something, I will change your mind, because you are never too old for anything.
I often like to think that time is my friend and therefore is on my side. Nice statement, isn't it? And also, very powerful. The passage of time is perfectly normal. However, no one says that our appearance must coincide with it. Who says it has to go hand in hand with our age? And then why?
You see, who knows why, the scalpel has always scared me and not a little (call me dumb).
Before undergoing surgery, I would think about it a million times. Many people do it and are happy about it. Good for them, I do not judge them if it is really what they want and if they are convinced of it. I, however, don't think I would do it.
My lifestyle obviously works. What works for me may not necessarily work for you but it may inspire you, give you an idea or a starting point from which to work on you and that's what matters: inner work.
So why don't we analyze a set of rules that work great for me and see if they can be adapted for you as well?
Maybe you might decide to follow them all and with great results. Or you just need one, the one you've been waiting for to evolve, change something inside of you and thus give your outer appearance a nice refresh. I wish you all the best and I know you will have fun with me saying, "oooh I also do this!" or "really (?), come on, I didn't know, from tomorrow I'm going to try it!".
You know, I really believe that we are never alone, left to our own devices. I realized that the signs to guide us and help us not to lose our way are all around us. Always and everywhere. Let's take a good look at them then, open our eyes because they are right there. Like the signs on highways. You may lose track of one but you can't miss all of them! These rules are the set of some of the signs that are there for me and I now mark them for you.
My life experience to date has led me to be the way I am. Inwardly and outwardly. The choices I made were crucial and evidently the right ones.
I am happy to tell you my perspective of things, because you from your perspective can benefit from it. There are many people I admire and from each of them I have learned something, I have been able to learn a lesson.
I like to think of our life as a puzzle. When we are ready, we find the right piece, we go and fit it in, and the search continues. Richer than a little tile though. One more experience that we lacked and can now count on.
Sometimes we find a piece that seems perfect, that fits well but not perfectly. Looking harder, more carefully, we find the right piece the one that should have been placed there from the beginning.
We were a little confused but it was part of the search, not wasted time.
The beauty of this is that we are the ones who decide. The subject of the puzzle can be as we want it to be and so it will be.
Absolutely yes, I highly recommend it! First, because you can't change it anyway, plus if we set ourselves against something we don't want, we keep reliving it, recreating it in our reality. Fixing our attention too much on something that makes us feel bad is not helpful to anyone, in fact, it is deeply harmful in the long run.
Better to change our perspective and look for the positives (which are always there).
The more we look for them, the more will appear until we see only those. I firmly believe that we have the power to choose when we are born, and where and from which parents. I do not believe at all that the universe is random. I think there is a definite design behind all of creation, a very well-thought-out plan, studied down to the smallest detail.
However you think about it, the fact remains that you were born and have come all the way here. Until today, at this very moment.
Making peace with your age is a smart way to accept yourself, to love yourself. If we do not love ourselves first, we will not be able to love others. If we first do not love ourselves, how will others be able to love us?
Feeling young is as important as appearing young. Age is not a demographic or even a physical fact: it is mental. Totally. Being forty is good, I like it. Who determines that my body should even show it or how it should look? Is there perhaps a chart? I don't think so.
It all depends on us, and the wonderful thing is that if we don't like what we see, we can change it. And we do. In so many ways. By speaking well of ourselves, taking care of ourselves and treating ourselves kindly our bodies return the favor with interests.
Loving ourselves is good for us. Having care and respect for one's body is a duty for me, but it can also be fun. That's why I really love taking care of myself.
I often think that I am only 44 years old and that is enough to me. Feel the difference between saying "just" and saying "already." Thinking, "oh my God, I'm already 40 years old," how does that affect you? Pointlessly depressing. Absolutely sad and totally useless. In every respect. Pure masochism. Don't you feel crushed?
Like someone is smacking you over the head? I do.
Instead, feel what a difference it makes to say, "I am only forty years old." Much better. There really is no comparison.
It immediately improves the mood. Even on a vibrational level the two sentences are completely different and cause different results. Because the first, negative statement makes one think that we are already in our 40s, that the best opportunities are gone, and that decline is imminent or just around the corner.
The second statement, on the other hand, makes one feel good because it is positive, meaning that we are just beginning, that the best is yet to come and so it will be. At least for me, and if I can do it, so can you!
Please do not believe those who tell you that you are too old for anything. That is not true. No one has the right to tell you what you can do based on your age.
Inside us is an energy so eternal and so powerful that it enlightens the world. Only we really know if we are ready to do something or if we still feel determined to continue doing it but we certainly are not and will never be too old. Think of the future as something that will bring great things, new beginnings and it will be such. A blessing that will bring us great satisfaction and new joys. The fact that we did not have an opportunity for the moment to do certain things does not mean that we will not have it in the future. We were probably not ready yet.
