Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients
2 (halved) skinless, boneless chicken breast
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 minced cloves garlic
2 tablespoons apple cider
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons brown sugar
5 tablespoons ketchup
Vinegar
Salt and pepper as desired
Instructions
1. Pre-heat grill for med-high heat.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over med-heat.
3. Sauté garlic and onion until tender.
4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
5. Cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce the remove from heat, and allow to rest.
6. Oil the grill grate.
7. Dip chicken in the sauce, and mix to coat.
8. Cook on grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning it once.
9. Move the chicken to skillet with sauce and simmer about 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 packet dry onion soup mix
Instructions
1. Pre-heat the grill on high heat.
2. Using a large mixing bowl, combine the soup mix, turkey and water together.
3. Season with pepper and salt.
4. Mix lightly and divide into four patties.
5. Oil the grate and grill the patties for about 5-10 minutes on each side until is well done.
6. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
