You look in the mirror and have said to yourself you're too ugly or have said you are not wise, smart or intelligent. You've become so focused on your struggle that you feel like there is a circling inside of your wellness bubble. you make several hits on yourself by verbally attacking your inside mind. Your thoughts could arouse you to feeling angry and you are not sure who to turn to for trust and advice.
First, come to a compromise that in life-all days have a small period of patience where what you authorize to people regarding your emotional envelopment can turn around and leave you in a puddle of mud, just so they can use your social power to make themselves a safe nest. People that like to push others down feel like it's a good competition but yet they do not know that you are not trying to compete.
It is a crucial point for you to take your wellness vitamin which are positive encourages that keep you feeling like you can conquer your struggles in life.
You can start with "I feel" statements to organize your thoughts. "I feel good that you've been fair to me? or, "I really feel like you are someone that would be good for me." Or, "I feel hurt because you used me."
