The Mind is the key to solutions, the Eyes are the key to exploration, and the Heart is the key to seeking truth and confirmation. Sometimes we must judge with our minds, not our hearts, and sometimes we must see with both our minds and our hearts, not just our eyes. Reality is full of deceptions, and we can only uncover these deceptions and lies through the insight of our minds and hearts. Sometimes our eyes can deceive us, and at other times, our minds may fail us. That's when we turn to the heart. However, when the heart hardens, neither the mind nor the eyes will be of any help to us because the heart's main goal - to uncover the truth for the heart - has vanished with the heart itself.

A hardened heart is like a dead heart, no different from it in any way. Except that the former harms its owner and those around him, while the latter has freed itself from him and his harm. Do not be deceived by what your eyes see, but search for the truth with your mind and heart. Try to improve the society you are in, even if it's through a simple act, as every small change generates significant change in the future. Bodies are transient and perishable, but the good impact and righteous deeds remain and flourish with the passing of days and years.

The Introduction

Often, we see things around us and cannot confidently determine whether they are true or falsehood and deception. If we do not rely on our minds and hearts, our eyes will deceive us and lead us into the abyss. Many civilizations and nations throughout history have crumbled because they were deceived by appearances and followed the policies of hostile nations in an attempt to catch up with them. However, these nations did not care about or benefit from their scientific capabilities and brilliant minds. The result was the downfall of these nations, the destruction of their civilizations, and the dispersal of their peoples.

In this story, we will explore all aspects of society in both Eastern and Western civilizations: goodness and evil, corruption and reform, high aspirations and laziness.

All the names mentioned in the story are purely fictional and have no connection to reality. Therefore, if there is any resemblance between them and any real-life individuals, it is purely coincidental. The events that unfold in the story include both pure fiction and elements inspired by reality. I leave the judgment in this matter to my dear readers, and I hope you enjoy this story.

Chapter One

The Tortured Soul

Drops followed by drops, like dewdrops on tree leaves, those were Sami's tears as he waved goodbye to his beloved homeland from the airplane window. Sami had sought refuge in Germany with his family in 2013. He began studying criminal sciences in 2014 and graduated in 2019, entering the field of criminal investigation in 2020.

Sami was a young man, in his twenty-fifth year, broad-shouldered, standing at 180 cm, with light brown hair, fair skin, and blue eyes. He was very sharp, quick-witted, had extensive knowledge in chemistry, physics, and data analysis, and possessed a strong personality. His presence was always felt. This is how his direct superior, Michael, in the Criminal Investigation Department described him when he saw him for the first time.

Sami started his first assignment as an assistant officer to the senior inspector in the Criminal Investigation Division of Berlin. His first mission proved to be a significant challenge to his abilities and cunning.

Whenever Sami closed his eyes, he remembered his first mission and the lessons he learned from it.

Sami sat in the office of the senior inspector, where he had been promoted to the rank of senior inspector after Michael retired from his position as inspector.

Sami closed his eyes for a moment to relax, and suddenly, the specter of his first mission appeared before him, reminding him of the difficulties and tragedies he had faced.

On the morning of Friday, February 15, 2020, at 8:00 AM, Sami's office phone rang, requesting his immediate presence at the Princesses Garden in Berlin.
