Conclusion
To understand and appreciate gains from chakra meditation, you need to consider getting an insight into the importance of the chakra centers in the first place. But first, we need to know what chakra is.
The completeness of our body illustrates a reflection of what we believe in, what we think, and the emotions that we portray. In general, we can say that it is our whole being. In essence, chakras are the physical exhibition and expressions that show from our core beliefs about ourselves or who we are. We, sometimes, have dreams about who we are or the personalities that we want to be. In that situation, we find ourselves continuing in the pathways of developing the truth behind our inner being. At whatever point in life, we find out that our spiritual nature is usually left behind in the previous thoughts and dreams.
At this state, our whole being and every aspect of activities that go on in our being is usually a graphic illustration of the things that we believe relate truly to who we are. However, in general truth, most of our beliefs about who we originate from come from the insentient mind. The chakra centers are like small energy machines that are found around the mental, emotional, and physical aspects that define how we identify ourselves. Every individual chakra corresponds to a specific point of our being. How well chakra exists is determined by the belief about our being in aspects of life that corresponds to the Chakra in question. For example, the root chakra can be said to resemble how well we connect with other people in our lives, as well as issues to do with survival.
If a person’s belief is deeply rooted in suffering and insecurity issues, the root chakra will be pulled in and not connected to other chakras harmoniously. This scenario results in negative implications on the body organs that are close to the chakra, for instance, the sex organs.
Chakra usually appears in different ways in different people and at varying times. What can be generally observed is the reaction of the person towards various things in the meditation. For instance, it easy to highlight the regions of constriction of the chakra, the extent, cloudiness, impassiveness, isolation, or the withdrawal from other chakras as seen in lack of motion. In some situations, the most appropriate way of identifying a chakra is observing the degree of folding in which might indicate that the chakra is trying to protect itself.
Our bodies have numerous chakra centers. However, when it comes to mediation, seven centers are mostly covered. These seven are the most associated with the general aspects of our lives and are the centers that I will focus on mainly. Each chakra relates to a different point of life, and they differ from each other to a greater extent.

Crown chakra
In most cases, when we are upset or angry, we tend to believe that there is an occurrence that caused the situation we find ourselves in. However, this belief is the exact opposite of the fact. The truth is, when we are faced by distressing situations such as loss of job, agony, or some uneasiness, either from within the body or due to external factors, the case is always a mirror of what goes on in the body and had already built up within our being. However, it happens in a manner that is hidden that we fail to notice it. In such cases, the chakra reflects our beliefs as well.
The process of healing occurs spontaneously when we allow chakra meditation into it. For instance, the example shows that there is a connection between emotions and feelings we have with chakra. In the same way, a powerful chakra meditation would connect with the sensations of the body, allowing for full permission to penetrate the inner being and control how we perceive ourselves and others.
There are plenty of books about chakras on the market, so thank you again for choosing this one. Every effort was made to ensure it is full of as much useful information as possible. Please enjoy reading and learning!
