There are several threats to our health that is caused by the choice of what we eat and the reduction of many of these health threats and conditions is at the mercy of eating diets that contains different kinds of veggies and fruits.
Various researches have shown that diets that are principally plant-based, such as avocado-rich foods, help to reduce possibilities of heart diseases, diabetes, obesity and death while they promote weight loss, boost energy, improve hair, complexion and the general wellbeing of the body.
Avocados are a source of great help to our body, outlined below are some of the health benefits of eating avocados
a) Avocados help to regulate and maintain good cholesterol levels.
b) Avocados help to rejuvenate youth, as it reduces the possibilities of the development of macular deterioration that is caused by advancement in age.

Ingredients
12 (peeled and sliced into 2 lengthwise) hard boiled eggs
2 (peeled & pitted) ripe avocados
1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, minced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 (husked, rinsed and halved) tomatillos
Preparation
1. Take out egg yolks from egg whites and transfer into a bowl.
2. Transfer egg whites to a plate.
3. Combine tomatillos, cilantro, pepper, salt, lime juice, avocados and yogurt together into the egg yolk bowl.
4. Use a hand blender to blend egg yolk mixture until a smooth consistency is reached.
5. Scoop egg yolk mixture into the egg white holes.
6. Serve.
Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
Makes 2 cups
3 avocados
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup red onions, finely diced
Juice of 1 lime
1 (seed removed and finely diced) jalapeno
1 diced Roma tomato
1 diced mango
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation
1. Slice the avocado into 2 from one end of the length to the other.
2. Get rid of the pit.
3. Scoop the avocado flesh into a fairly large bowl, with a spoon.
4. Dice the avocado flesh.
5. Add tomatoes, mango, lime juice, jalapenos, salt and red onions into the avocado bowl.
6. Mix thoroughly to combine.
7. Stir cilantro into the mixture.
