The Threat to the Dowry System in Twenty-First Century: The Kulasthree Concept.

The dowry system, which was brought to England by the Normans in the 12th century, was supposed to assist the couple in establishing their new household, but it was currently linked to abuse, such as bride burning and wife murder. Many victims of domestic violence in Kerala are based on dowry issues such as Vismaya and Uthra. Teach your daughter how to deal with verbal and physical abuse.

It’s preferable to have a divorced daughter than a daughter who has died. Women are still suffering in the twenty-first century, so please raise your voice and respond to this injustice by showing self-respect. Consider what you aren’t for a moment. You can only have you at the end of the day. In the modern world, women are not treated equally in society and are subjected to gender discrimination. I’m also not sure what you mean by the kulasthree notion; it implies that a woman does not raise her voice in support of violence, does not question injustice, and is a mother, sister, and wife. Simply throw out any notions of what constitutes an ideal woman and strive to make yourself happy. Don’t worry about what the rest of society thinks of me.”It is the greatest irony of my life that losing my husband  helped me find deeper gratitude”(Sheryi sandherg).

Marriage is treated as a business transaction in today’s society, and women are treated as a commodity. Dowry system is forbidden under Indian legislation, which was enacted on May 1, 1961ActNo:28, and is described in section 308,4Band498ato anti-dowry law. “Any young man who makes dowry a condition to marriage, discredits his education and his country and dishonors womanhood”(Mahatma Gandhi).So many women are suffering and being beaten due to the decrease in dowry, young women, don’t ruin your life for a greedy person and their family, self-respect is very important, your husband family treats you like a slave, don’t ruin your life for that family, I just kindly requested to dears react to domestic violence, because your husband family only wants to be ATM, and you are not aware of this fact. “Real man never ask for dowery, He believes in self -respect and self earnings”.

Don’t jeopardies the importance of seclusion in your life. Realize that you are a human being with rights as well; don’t place societal worth on yourself; instead, break the social dread and live a happy life, savoring every minute. This is your life, and it is founded on your choices; strive to make the best decisions possible. Divorce is preferable to suicide. But don’t worry others. Growing greed for dowery is punishing women in Kerala, as evidenced by a 24-year-old woman’s death in Kollam on Monday. Her name is vismaya, and she was studying medicine when her husband beat her over dowery issues, leading to her death by suicide. Trivandrum, these two girls are centralized domestic violence and human brutality. Another woman allegedly died after setting herself on fire on Tuesday.

So, instead of spoiling yourself with constant abuse, please attempt to make a voice and react to this brutality. Your selection may occasionally alter the world and human perceptions of the ideal woman. Remember that you are not slaves; you are “women.” Don’t suffer; instead, react and demonstrate to society how a woman respond” I would like to be known as an intelligent woman,a couragious women, a loving woman, A women who teaches by being”(Maya Angelou).

Finally, in the Anno Domini era, women continue to be victimized and harassed by dowry-related issues. Dear girls, please raise your voice to societal fringes and react to violence; don’t think about yourself as a woman and what society thinks about that; instead, think about yourself as a woman and attempt to extend your wings. Make an effort to live a happy life. ‘woman is  dominantbsex,men have to do allsorts of stuff to prove that they are worthy of woman’s a hention’(Camille pagila).Important steps to eradicate dowry include: Dear parents, educate your daughters, encourage them to pursue their dreams, train them to be self-sufficient and responsible, and treat them all equally.
