My love for health and wellness began at a very young age. As baby I survived a family fire that killed my older sister. I was an infant of about 2 months old and was thrown from the third-floor window. My dad caught me and laid me in the deep snow beside my dying sister. I was in the hospital for almost a year and the doctor told my parents that I would never walk. But they refused to accept that report and prayed over me daily while my dad messaged my legs every night. When I was almost 4 years old, I started walking and dancing around the house. My parents prayers were answered.
In 2015 I wrote my first real business plan and started promoting it and I kept revising and changing my goals, but none of them took off like this last business. Michelle’s Health & Wellness Body Tune UP was the outcome of my ed journey. I was able to write everything I did to survive the traumatic events of my life experiences. My intuition was strong telling me that this is my niche, and the key to save some lives helping them to climb and maintain a healthy life.
My journey in life has been filled with red lights, stop signs, heavy traffic, detours, and constantly getting off track, like seating on a train that keeps getting derailed. But I had to constantly remind myself to let go of pain and past hurt. I told myself that my past is my history, my future is still a mystery, and this current moment was my gift, which is called the Present!!
My life motto is you cannot and will not heal in the same environment that made you sick or hurt you, therefore I changed my environment with self-love and self-care. And I always remember when people show who they are the first time believe them!

So, you believe that things are deliberately set to sabotage your life and stop you from propelling forward.  Well, it’s time to get inspired and turn the page of your life to try something new and different.

The most dangerous thing in the world is man’s accumulation of human beings who are manipulated by a few humans. What right do people have to depreciate and devalue someone else life?

It’s time to climb and maintain as you bulletproof your life. Learn the best actions and motives to take control of your superpowers! We are not what happens to us! We are what we wish to become. Therefore, learn to remove the lenses of fear from the mind due to loss, grief, pain, shame, breakup, fear, and disappointment. Remove the lens and get clarity to get rid of the negativity of hurtful events. 

Feel your feelings and realize that it’s okay to feel pain. Let yourself be sad, angry, and have other emotions. Note that feeling your emotions is as healthy as it is important. You are actually releasing toxin chemicals. Bottling these feelings up will do you harm and prevent you from being able to process the obstacles in your life and formulate plans to get past them. If you feel like crying, shed a tear. If you feel like screaming, let it out!

Reset to start a new path and be proud of all you lived through. Get connected to your magnetic energy with mythical and powerful meditation and prayer. Meditation effectively balances your brain hemispheres. In doing so, you heal your body with your mind and boost natural high called endorphins, and you will achieve your dreams regardless of what’s in your path.

Faith in yourself is an important element in yoga, and it comes from the trust you have in your highest self. “Faith is returning to Oneself” is a short meditation/prayer technique you can use after any practice to deepen your inner experience and bring your awareness back to the self. Understanding and applying these strategies can help you achieve protective health benefits, such as an improved immune system and mental resilience, to keep your body both physically and emotionally fit. Resilience, as well as personal well-being, like all good practices, begins at home with you. Engaging emotionally is intentionally taking time to tune in to your physical and emotional state helps involve you in the immediacy of your life.

When love doesn’t work, and you feel religion doesn’t work, it’s important to focus on your self-esteem as a human being. You must take life more seriously and work on your self-esteem as well as your self-worth. Your life will always hold more value than what people give you, so keep growing and keep it moving. Navigating your best life during and after trauma is a great way to manifest the life you deserve and desire. 

The practices in this workbook are ways to find faith and hope. Find out what works for you and what doesn’t. Trust your choices. But most significantly, embrace the practices you find effective and comforting and use them to stay well and be strong. When you use emotional engagement, your ability to recognize, understand and navigate your emotional states, change your attitudes and beliefs and acknowledge the emotions of others.

It’s time to rebuild your life from the inside out and be excited about the possibilities of your life. Your self-worth is a job, so be clear about your intentions. The universe will rise up against you having voices to drown out the voice from your higher power (God). But you must not let anyone talk you out of your mission and passion. You have to live a life that is truly your own. Therefore, don’t allow people to take your power.

Remember, love is the most powerful energy in the world and if you don’t feel it in all your encounters, it’s not for you. 

HEALTH & WELLNESS FOCUSING ON HEALING & RENEWING WITH SELF CARE & SELF LOVE

We must understand and recognize that we are human beings operating as a whole system that is controlled by our brains. So, if your system isn’t fully operating properly, controlling the entire system will affect your mental health and cause sickness and disease. So, picture an oval circle and at the top of the circle is your Body, to the left is your Heart, to the right is your Mind, and the bottom of that circle is your Soul. 

You must learn and understand the importance and the power of your body’s dual control, which can reverse and heal health conditions. We all have self-repair mechanisms that fight infections, and element toxins, destroy cancer and slow down aging. All of this is achievable through a lifestyle change.

The mind-body connection works together harmoniously to create a power that we are born with. The mind has tremendous power over the body. Your brain is the engine that allows your heart to beat over 100,000 times a day without evening having to think of it. It pumps over 5,500 tithes of blood a day through a network of blood vessels. Therefore, the brain monitors every bodily process with little maintenance required. (Just image your car not changing the oil, breaks, windshield wipers, plugs, or not taking it in for a tune-up etc., it’s going to constantly break down) well, our body does the same thing. Therefore, it is vital that we pay attention to our body's needs.

Your wellness will manifest when your body and mind work together to heal. Therefore, Self-care is very important and will improve the quality of your life. Self-Care is the act of putting yourself and your well-being first. This means that people in your life will receive the best of you rather than what is left of you. The keys to activating your body's natural healing power are:

•Don’t identify with the disease – meaning don’t put yourself in that box – Disease is a sign that the body, mind, and spirit are out of balance. So, focus on restoring balance and harmony.

•Upgrade your nutrition – go organic when possible, or best of all, grow your own food.

•Don’t view your illness as a horrible or terrible thing - experiment with viewing it as a gift to take a deeper look at your life.  For example, consider traps you may have in your life; that job you’re in, a relationship, working too much, not eating or drinking properly, not getting enough exercise, and not enough sleep.

•The body knows how to heal itself – Give it what it needs, and it will heal. That includes positive and loving thoughts and feelings, sufficient sleep, pure water, natural foods, clean air, and increased oxygen with deep breathing. Shifting your perspective to a more relaxed, confident mode promotes healing as well. 

•Work with your doctors and search for alternative approaches. Ask questions, read and educate yourself, then create a health and wellness plan tailored to you.

•Prayer and Meditation – incorporate this in your life daily. This is the greatest force in the universe. Meditation and Prayer allow you to listen to God and feel the loving, healing presence of the divine, which helps reduces overload and the feeling of being overwhelmed.

• Yoga can change your life. It helps with depression (anxious) anxiety, low energy, drug addiction, back pain, stomach issues, bowel issues, heart regulation or blood circulation, immune system, balancing, flexibility, endurance, stamina, and strength. Yoga is a series of practices that allow you to steadily gain discipline and self-control while cultivating relaxation and awareness. It was originally created as a spiritual path to find happiness in an out-of-control world. But doctors and scientists have evidence that shows how Yoga has therapeutic value as well.

How do I know if this course will help me?

This practice is your acknowledgment that your happiness is your responsibility, which no one can take away. You will learn how to change the quality and enjoyment while gaining wisdom for your life.

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
