Essential oils are extracted from many different plants and they may all have a variety of uses. The oils can be applied topically or inhaled, depending on the intended outcome.

Although it can be used for a natural approach towards treating some diseases, the more general practice of aromatherapy is for spa treatments. The therapy relaxes and relieves the body from pain and stress to a large extent. Though, it isn’t a completely verified remedy, the broad opinion on it has been positive over the years.

Neroli-Derived from a citrus fruit, Neroli oil is quite popular. It is an anti-depressant, antiseptic and aphrodisiac as well.  It is also said to relieve gas. The oil also reduces marks and spots on application.

Tea Tree-Everyone knows how great this is for acne. It is antibacterial and reduces acne to a large extent.

Geranium-It is good for oily and acne-prone skin. It reduces wrinkles and tightens skin. It’s also used to heal all types of cuts and bruises.
