Big Rose Bush... Camp David

BIG ROSE BUSH... CAMP DAVID

I arrived to live at this apartment called home now, some ten years ago, now being March 2016, and in time wanted to plant some beloved red flowering roses which grow as bushes or strong tall roses. As well I wanted to grow a very small sweet rose plant.

I don't like to cause pain to the roses by pruning them close to the ends of each winter, as suggested to lots of people to do, all over the World by professional rose growers and gardeners. Pruning the roses is supposed to give them a rest before their new burst of growth at Spring season when the sun is warmer, after winter is over, and the new growth of new shoots is stimulated after the old flowers and stems have been cut right back for a rest period. That is one piece of logic taught to countless people all over the World these days, and for generations already so far....even passed on from generation to generation of home growers, like through my mum's English family tradition. But I still detest causing pain to my roses by using shears or seccateurs to cut their branches and stems at pruning season before the end of winter. Plants have consciousnesses inside of them, you see, and real feelings, and maybe they experience pain too, some of this a spiritual revelation I came to know from God over the years when I started receiving information about a few of my rose bushes' real thinking, feelings and actions in relation to me and other people in the driveway garden beds of this apartment where they grow, in front of this apartment and at the back of this apartment. Its a small home garden really, not a full sized garden such as I grew up in in three other places, during childhood years since birth right up to late teen-age years.
