The style of writing might not be common because I derived it from my mentor and savior ‘CHRIST’ who illustrated the principle of prayer with a single word ‘ASK’.

CHAPTER ONE
The clear meaning of Man
What is a MAN? Is that not a question of a person who dared to think deeply concerning a special creature of God called ‘MAN’? Better still, can we say that, this person could have asked, ‘who is a man’? Maybe he might be seeking about the capacity, agility and/or ability of a man. But he was passionate to discover or understand the personality, performance and peculiarity of a man. (ps 8v4)
Nevertheless, this individual’s curiosity initially motivated him to diligently ask/request for an answer from a human being like himself but wasn’t satisfied because they couldn’t be supplied the deep and hidden features or meaning about this creature ‘MAN’.
This person didn’t understand that, no individual on earth can find out God’s works completely. Since ‘man’ is also part of God’s work (creature), the detail or completeness of this God’s work called ‘man’ might not be fully comprehended by human beings except God Himself. (eccl 3v11)
The passion to unravel the depth meaning of the ‘wonderful creature’ ‘MAN’ lead him to ask scientists, historians, archaeologists, politicians, sociologists, religious leaders of a different faith or beliefs, , traditional leaders, economists, managers, and more.
To his amazement, each group defines man differently with various meanings, which almost confused him but rather assisted him to see more clarification concerning the different schools of thought or belief about the ‘MAN’. The cumulative of their definition was tantamount to a similar understanding about the ‘man’. So, he appreciated their sacrifice to pen some ideas concerning the meaning of man.
The definition or explanation of ‘man’ by the different schools of thought is based on each evaluation and understanding. For instance, scientists summary define man as a cumulative of systems that form a body derived from the combination of cells. The progressive development of cells formed tissue while tissues formed organs and organs develop into a system that is made up of a man. This is the bedrock of every scientist definition.
Likewise, the historian can define man based on his story from his origin. The human origin, lineage and history is the basic evaluation of man in this school of thought.
Aside from this, archaeologists, the conclusive narration of man’s definition is based on the research of ages monuments or discoveries of the remaining human parts beneath the earth.
Sociologist mostly defines man based on the human relation and his environment. Traditional defines man based on the god’s history and formation or creation of man. Religion defines man based on their different faith but summaries on God as the creator.
Every definition were means of revealing the peculiarity of man. Though each school of thought was believed in their colony or cacoon. This point doesn’t discuss majorly on the creation of man or his history but the real meaning of man. Though, there may not be a way to discuss the meaning of man without touching his history and creation.
This curious person later resolved to approach the creator of man ‘I will seek unto God’ Job 5:8 for the real meaning of a man who unravelled parts of the hidden meaning of man to him through His ORIGINAL MANUAL as the creator or manufacturer.
Firstly, God created man to be like Him ’His likeness’ ‘His image’. This simply means that man is expected to live a life void of evil or bad behaviours.it is not a sign to be equal with God but to possess a life that put Satan God’s enemy to shame through man’s holy life. This is also done with the help of God.
Secondly, the personality of man. Man comprises of body, spirit and soul. His body contains well-arranged billions of cells, many organs, tissues and systems. He possesses only one irreversible, irreplaceable non-alternative soul. This soul is precious than gold (Isaiah 13v12), so, man’s life must be well respected and preserved. He has the spirit which is a medium between God and man. It also reveals that man is different from animals because the spirit of animals goes down while the spirit of man goes upward whenever they leave this planet. (eccl 3v21). Therefore, man mustn’t be treated like an animal.
The peculiarity of man. God endows man with special abilities that differentiate him from animals.
These peculiarities include I. Intelligent e.g creativity power, reasoning ability, uncommon understanding, brainpower, deep thought and vast insight. Ii. Interaction e.g ability to interact with various things or issues at a time without brain collapse.
The performance. His abilities to perform as a husband, son, friend, leader, father, brother or associate at the time in different spheres of life.
Other relevant functions of man that God does in him include that:
He is crowned with glory and honour (ps 8v5b)
He has dominion over God’s work
God put all things under the man to coordinate
God make him little than the angel
God magnify him (job 7v17)
God visits him every morning (job 17v18)
God tries him every moment (job 17v18)
God takes account and knowledge of him (ps 144v3)
God set His heart on him (job 7v17)
This is just the summary of man that can be narrated in this point though there are other values about a man. For instance, when God was regretted of created man because of the sin he committed, God later created a channel to redeem the man back to Himself because of His love for the man.
Meanwhile, anytime you look at the mirror or snap a picture, who do you see and how can you define such a wonderful creature of God?
Ages researches of different professions or fields have tried to reveal the mystery and wonderful creature of God called ‘man’. This research has led to different schools of thought and instigated different beliefs concerning the origin, existence, eschatology, anatomy or physiology of man.
Meanwhile, the author of man Himself with avails original manual and manuscript of man can vividly decode the real meaning of man. But, through His spirit and revelation, He made us to understand the tip of the iceberg about the man. By the scripture narration, He created man in His own image and made him to have dominion over everything He created. This reveals that He made everything before creating man to coordinate them for his usefulness.
The wonderful creation around the world is just for the man.7.5 billion or more of people created is that any man shouldn’t live this world alone. So that man wouldn’t need to produce food alone, clothing alone, travelling, walking, working, enjoying benefits of creations , playing or planning alone but to employing everything like technology and others creatures of God for his benefits towards glorifying God.
God created animals and plants for the usefulness of man, sun to give strength and energy, moon and stars to benefit the man microbes of innumerous numbers to produce food, protect and help man without his knowledge. God created everything in the lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere, stratosphere and all planets to benefit man.
Both visible, invisible, tangible, intangible, living, non-living things are made for the man’s usefulness and for the glory of God.
‘What is a man that thou being mindful of him, for thou make him a little lower than the angel’.
CHAPTER TWO
Characteristics of Man
The meaning of a ‘Man’ can connote the below illustrations which reveal parts of his attributes or features.
Morning Afternoon Night (MAN)
This reveals that when God created man, He gives stages of life for him ‘the man’. Man grows from the childhood to adulthood, the stages from the birth to the toddler, pre-teen to teenager, youth to young adult, adult to mid-age and aged to old age.
Meanwhile, the age range bracket differs from one country to another. So, the morning stage of every man is his childhood stage while the Afternoon stage is a tag with his youthful age while his Night is adulthood level.
From ages to ages, many definitions and explanations have been given to a and person called ‘MAN’ which has portrayed different pictures into the people based on their religion, races, belief, culture, country, continent, and community understanding.
The major question to ask is that who is a ‘MAN’, how do you define a man, what is your understanding about a man aside from being a male folk, what a man a real man, how can you differentiate from men or boys?
‘Day and night, God made them all ’‘and God said, let there be light’
Movement to Adulthood Newly (MAN)
The connotative afternoon phase of life as a man after the teenager stage which is part of the morning phase .it is affirmed that many couldn’t easily obliterate the behavioral pattern or characters of the morning phase especially at the earlier stage of the afternoon phase.
Meanwhile, as the development set in, the covert attribute of the newly adulthood stage begins to be revealed. Even, the curiosity to handle some of these level challenges and responsibilities also propels the men to develop certain characters relatively needed for him.
Moreover, many egregious teenagers’ behaviors will be gradually dropping which essential and useful habits will be imbibed for a profitable life. Each phase of man’s life has its problem and profits.
The initial stage of adulthood has its challenges or bane and blessing but many aged do wish that they are still young adults should quickly assume their expected position or achieve the set goals. So, when a teenager migrates to the young adulthood stage he/she becomes a man, which is the reason a teenager can never be compared with a man while a man is not expected to behave like a child since he had graduated from such stage.
‘Men of integrity apt to teach and able to rule their home well’
‘When I was a child, I behave like a child but when I grow, I left the childish stage’
Maturity Attitudes/Attributes Needed (MAN)
The attributes revealed by a person sometimes instigate people to classify him as a ‘MAN’ or boy. This shows that there is a behavioral pattern expected from who be a man. These attributes, encompasses physical, spiritual, emotional, social, financial, or mental pattern with a maturity that depicts the personality of such a man.
The mature mind with response-ability to both internal and external reaction sometimes assists others to classify a person as a man or not.
Though, some with mire age may have matured minds that assist them to manage almost every challenge they faced in life with help of God. Migration to the young adult phase requires a mature mind with necessary attributes which help to live a fulfilled life. In this case, age is of relative importance while sometimes, it doesn’t. Maturity attributes are one of the factors that shows the phase of man.
Discipline Maturity: The power of discipline, self-control, and life control by God is the indispensable character or feature of a real man.
Physical maturity: Physical attributes like the ability to control the use of words especially the right words at right time.
Relationship Maturity: Interpersonal relation with different categories of people like a simple person, loving people, caring and friendly individuals, sincere and faithful personalities, purposeful and goal-oriented people, problematic and deceptive people, devilish and liars individuals, authoritative and domineering people, sensual and sensitive people, cultural and ethnic oriented people, religious and radical people, social and moralist personalities, racial and political influencing people spiritual and secular people, etc
Spiritual Maturity: this is needed in the area of interpersonal relationships with unbelievers, others religious/ faith, fanatic, faithful, backsliders, false prophets, fake pastors, saints, denominational or devilish people. It is also required in the aspect of personal scriptural study, obedience to God, sensitivity to God’s leading and voice, prayer life, purity life, peace pursuit, purposeful life, rapture ready living life children/family development in the way of God, family spiritual securing level, spiritual exemplary life or searing God’s love to others.
Emotional maturity: this is required to know where, when, and how to speak, keep silent, shout, show passion, say NO or YES, negotiate, ameliorate, resolute, release, retake/recover, reject, respond/react, run away, relate, ratify, ramify, restitute, indemnify, redeem, retreat, or resist.
