Daniele Valeri, born in Italy on 29th March 1980 inArzachena (OT) in the north-eastern Sardinia. Thisproject aims to thank my family, friends andcolleagues who have tasted my cocktails and livedsome good time with. Now I'd like to show a path andlook at what I've left behind by sharing with you a lotof my drinks, mixed by flavors and smells of herbs andspices, born from love I feel for good cooking.My purpose is to create an unexpected contrast offlavors, colors and sizes. Nothing is as it seems, theidea is to provoke, surprise and delight. What mattersto me is to convey passion and enthusiasm through a cocktail.
