Ingredients:

Large free-range eggs, 4.

Shredded cheese, 1 cup

Diced red pepper, 1 cup

Half and half, 4 tbsps.

Salt and Pepper.

Directions:

Preheat your air fryer to 300°F and grease four ramekins.

Grab a medium bowl and add the eggs. Whisk well.

Add the red pepper, half the cheese, half and half, and salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Pour the mixture between the ramekins and pop into the air fryer.

Cook for 15 minutes then serve and enjoy.
