1 1/2 c. smooth unsweetened spread, melted (plus more for drizzling)
1 c. coconut flour
1/4 c. packed keto-friendly sugar, like Swerve
1 tsp. pure vanilla
Pinch kosher salt
2 c. keto-friendly bittersweet chocolate chips, like Lily's, melted
1 tbsp. oil
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine spread, coconut flour, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth.
2.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. employing a small cookie scoop, form mixture into rounds then depress lightly to flatten slightly and place on a baking sheet. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted chocolate and oil.
4. Using a fork, dip spread rounds in chocolate until fully coated then return to the baking sheet. Drizzle with more spread then freeze until chocolate sets, about 10 minutes.
5. Serve cold. Store any leftovers within the freezer.

2 tbsp. unsweetened chocolate, plus more for garnish
2 1/2 tsp. keto-friendly sugar, like Swerve
1 1/4 c. water

Directions:
1. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together cocoa, Swerve, and about 2 tablespoons water until smooth and dissolved. Make sure you increase the heat to medium, always add remaining water and the cream, make sure you whisk occasionally until hot.
2. Stir in vanilla, then pour into a mug. Serve with topping and a dusting of chocolate.

1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 large albumen
1/4 c. melted oil
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350° and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. during a large bowl, mix together almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds. Stir in cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
2. Beat albumen until foamy then stir into granola. Add oil and stir until everything is well coated. Pour onto a prepared baking sheet and spread it into a good layer. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden, gently stirring halfway through. Let cool completely.

Ingredients:
6 large eggs
2 tbsp. cream
Pinch red pepper flakes
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. butter
3 slices cheddar
6 frozen sausage patties, heated consistently with package instructions
Avocado, sliced
Directions:
1. In a small bowl beat eggs, cream, and red pepper flakes together. Season generously with salt and pepper. during a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Pour about ? of the eggs into the skillet. Place a slice of cheese within the middle and let sit about 1 minute. Fold the edges of the egg into the center, covering the cheese. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining eggs.
2. Always serve the eggs between 2 sausage patties with avocado.

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. oil
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic powder, and salt. Season with black pepper. Add cabbage and onion to egg mixture and toss to mix.
2. Make sure in a big skillet and over medium-high heat, heat oil. Divide mixture into 4 patties within the pan and press with a spatula to flatten. Make sure you cook till golden and tender, around three minutes per side.

Ingredients:
1/2 c. almond flour
4 oz. cheese softened
4 large eggs
1 tsp. lemon peel
Butter, for frying and serving
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cheese, eggs, and lemon peel until smooth.
2. Make sure in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt one teaspoon butter. And Pour in about three teaspoons batter and make sure you cook till golden, two minutes. Flip and cook two minutes again. Don't forget to transfer to a plate and make sure you repeat with the remaining batter.
3. Serve topped with butter.
