Do you enjoy the Zen of slow cooking? Isn’t it an absolute bliss to just dump all the ingredients in a crockpot and take a bubble bath until the food is cooking away? The fragrant curries, tender meat and succulent braises can warm your soul like nothing else. Unlike the conventional cooking techniques, cooking in a crockpot requires very less effort. And if you are like me, who doesn’t like to clean up after cooking a sumptuous meal, slow cooking is for you.
I have to confess, although I love cooking, I am not an expert when it comes to handling my kitchen. I love to keep things simple. You know, I am talking about scrambled eggs, avocado salad or a green-smoothie kind of simple.
