SACQUE: With No. 2 needles, cast on 74 sts work in pattern as follows: Row 1—K 2, P 2, across row, ending K 2. Row 2—P 2, K 2, across row, ending P 2. Row 3—P 2, K 2, across row, ending P 2. Row 4—K 2, P 2, across row, ending K 2.
Work above 4 rows for 6½ inches.
UNDERARM: Cast on 14 sts at the beginning of each row 6 times. Place markers each end, work even for 3½ inches. Knit 64 sts slip these on stitch holder. Bind off 30 sts for neck, knit 64, work 1 inch even. Increase 1 st at neck edge every other row 3 times, then cast on 10 sts work 3½ inches. Bind off 14 sts at the beginning of every other row 3 times from sleeve.
EDGE WORK: 6½ inches. Bind off. Slip sts from stitch holder and work the same as left front. Sew sleeves.
NECKBAND: Double cr in first st * 2, skip 2, double cr in next st repeat from * to end.
Break yarn, single crochet all around sacque and sleeve.
