In this journal, you will be guided on the fundamentals of how to ground yourself and clear your energy to be able to physically put yourself in receiving mode from the Most High. I believe if I can use these basic tools to change my life and build a 6-figure company, so can you. I stayed true to this journal for 12 months straight. You just have to believe in yourself more than you want to breathe. Look in the mirror and say, “I deserve a change, I deserve a new life and most importantly I deserve to be happy and abundant.” This journal is the first step to the rest of your life.
What is manifestation?
It’s writing your own desired thoughts down every day until you obtain that particular wish or goal. I used the good old 369 method.
The 369 method is the method that will indeed change your thoughts forever. Simply write down and visualize your own daily motivated thoughts and goals 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the evening and 9 times at night before bed.
How to Manifest
The very first thing you will need to do is clear your energy, meaning you have to release all heavy burdens that are in your life, whether that’s family, friends, a bad relationship or marriage. It’s ok to take that 30-day social media-cleanse, it’s completely ok to fall back and focus on your highest good. Solitude is the number one key to a successful manifestation of desire.
Secondly, you will need to keep your surrounding area as clean as possible. In your home and in the space that’s close to you. That’s how you keep yourself grounded with clean and good energy.
Showing Gratitude
Being grateful means showing appreciation with an act of kindness and thankfulness but a lot of times, we forget to be thankful for where we are currently. You have to always remember to be grateful for your now. For example, if you choose to manifest a new 2-storey home and currently are living in an apartment, show gratitude that you have a roof over your head now. While in manifestation mode, you have to still remain in present-life form. God will not grant us our wishes without being thankful for the now.
Change the way you think
Changing the way you think has everything to do with your manifestations. Always remember to remain positive even when all odds are against you. Even when you feel like you can’t catch a break in life. I’m the living proof that it can be done even when you feel like it can’t. So, listen to any motivational speech you desire whether that’s Tupac, MlK Jr, Jay Z, Steve Harvey, Opera Winfrey or Denzel Washington. It doesn’t matter whoever you feel can lift your vibrations higher to truly manifest your wishes. Listening to an 8-15 minutes video for the next 30 days will evolve your mind into changing your thoughts. Always try to remain positive in your everyday life, most importantly while you are writing in your journal.
Where to manifest
Always manifest in a quite calm and relaxed area. When writing down your true desires, always start with, «I am grateful for the universe,» then proceed with your heart’s desires and always write manifestations down in already received form and be very specific. (Example: I am grateful for the universe, my soulmate has already come into my life and is gentle, caring and faithful to me and only me and we are happily married).
Put in that MF Work!
This 30-day guide is designed to help you write down all those thoughts that are in your head and train your thoughts to a positive mindset while manifesting your dreams to become reality. But you have to always work hard towards your goals! Everyday chase your dreams! All day everyday. If your desire is to open your own restaurant then research and find out what it takes, write it down on paper one by one from start to finish and then everyday obtain something towards the effort of your future! This answer will be different for everyone but how bad do you want your own desires?
How much hustle and grind are you putting into your goals and dreams? This is the key to success!! Never give up! Only you have the power over your life to change it, this is only the blueprint guide.
Daily Affirmations!
Affirmationsare simply statements that we say to ourselves whether that’s in our mind or loudly. Everyday that can shift our minds in ways that can make us feel better about ourselves and our current lives.
Examples of daily affirmations:
I am strong, I am abundant, I am brave, I am more than enough.
You can be driving to pick kids up from school or on the way to work and speak any affirmation your heart desires. This is often used to get your head out of mental conflict if you are going through any discomfort or hard time in life.
Fasting (not required but recommended)
It’s always a great idea to fast. If possible the goal is to fast for 16 hours. Usually from 8 p.m.-12 p.m.. But if you are unable to attain that, do an 8-hour fast. It helps you remain grounded and true to yourself.
