Ingredients:

1 banana

1 cup almond milk (or other plant milk)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 serving vanilla protein powder (optional)

4-5 ice cubes

Instructions:

Start by cutting up a banana and placing it in a blender. Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and vanilla protein powder (if using) to a blender.

Then add ice cubes to the blender. Place the lid on the blender and run on medium speed until all ingredients are smooth and evenly blended.

Taste the shake and, if necessary, add more maple syrup or vanilla extract to achieve desired flavor.

Pour the cocktail into glasses and serve immediately. If desired, you can garnish the cocktail with mint or a slice of banana.
