Some years ago a singer used to sing “the things of life make poets cry”. How many people find themselves exhausted, discouraged, feeling they lived a wrong life, in a wrong age, in a wrong society with a wrong job...in a wrong family.

If only we stopped every now and then to think over our deeds!

When we think and feel that our things of life make sensible people cry, the people we love, beginning with ourselves, only this sound habit could save the life of a lot of people, not only from a spiritual and mental point of view.

A certain Jesus from Nazareth suggested “love your neighbours as thyself ”. The question is: what kind of love did he mean? The narcissistic one which is inside Men? Not to do evil? Which doesn't certainly mean to do good! What kind of Love the poet lying inside you wishes to set free to reveal itself?

The answers to these questions might be upsetting for some of you!

God planted a seed into the garden of your Heart. This means that there isn't anything else you need to live happy and wealthy. You have already got the Seed to live on all this and the poet gets sad because we remain in the hands of human ups and downs, living as beggars, victims of the power of control exerted by other people, while you are thinking and therefore living in the pursuit of love for yourselves in something else....in others.

As my point of view, both as a spiritual researcher and as a specialist in personal improvement, the path I have experienced in this book of Marco Lazzara, is a strong and real synthesis for the realignment of our mind with our heart, an indispensable requirement to move personal mountains and so to let me remember who I am: not my name, not my job, neither my age nor my nationality, but who ''I AM''.

That's why it might be upsetting; as great thinkers have very often reminded us, our greatest fear is not to think we won't succeed, to fail, but to be able to discover the beauty, the light, the power we can be and therefore to live in order to act and so to obtain whatever may be linked to our plan of growth.

I heartily wish you a Good Trip towards the rediscovery of what you are and when this happens you will

realize it as you'll see ''the Poet'' smiling.
