So let’s get to the most important question first, Paleo is short for Paleolithic. For the uninitiated, this is the era when the caveman lived.
So what does a caveman era have to do with a diet? The promoters of the Paleo Diet believe that the reason the caveman was fit and healthy was because he was consuming the right diet. So, by following what the caveman ate, we can remain healthy.

How Does This Diet Work?
So, you may be wondering, how does this diet works. According to research, as opposed to other diets, the Paleo diet is more satiating per calorie. In simple words, the satisfaction you get from following this diet is higher than any other diet.
This is critical while dieting. You don’t want to feel half-full, craving more food after consuming your calories for the day, do you? Hunger means cravings and cravings means you are bound to cheat on your diet sooner or later.
The Paleo diet prevents such a situation from arising. The diet provides you with complete, satiating meals. We would like to assure you that making these meals requires no extra effort from your end. You need not devote any extra time to cook the diet food.
