The plant Cannabis Sativa L. has been part of our history for thousands to tens of thousands of years because of its properties. Whether 6000- 4000 BC in China for industrial or even medicinal purposes or even 5500 BC in Germany (longer than the potato). From the plant can be made many different products such as clothing, as a building material, as fuel, for paper and plastic and much more.
In itself, a distinction is made between useful hemp and cannabis or the growth form. But since we are dealing with cannabis flowers and concentrates, we currently still distinguish between the groups Sativa, Sativa Dominant, Hybrid, Indica Dominant and Indica. For concentrates we also distinguish between Solvent and Solventless. But in the future, as it looks more on the terpenes and other properties looked / differentiated. Sativa/ Sativa Dominant -> Light green, long, thin leaves. For connoisseurs -> when smelling it you notice it in the upper end of the nose or between the eyebrows. The effect is called "high" as it makes you feel euphoric, alert, sociable, happy and energetic.Hybrid -> Has Sativa as well as Indica properties . For connoisseurs-> when smelling it you notice it in the middle of your nose or between your eyes. The effect can make you "high" or "stoned". It is also possible to notice something of both. Indica/ Indica Dominant -> Dark color, short, large, thick leaves -> For connoisseurs -> when smelling it you will notice it in the lower end of your nose. The effect is called "Stoned" because it makes you feel sleepy, calm, carefree or even relaxing. Solvent -> Are concentrates obtained with a solvent such as butane, propane, Co2 extraction and others. These include concentrates such as BHO ( Butane Hash Oil) , PHO ( Propane Hash Oil ), Co2 filtered oil , Shatter and more. Solventless -> These are concentrates that are produced without solvents. These include Hash, Ice O Lator, Rosin, Live Rosin and more.
The endocannabinoid system (ESC) is basically a communication system between the brain and the body and has so-called CB1 and CB2 receptors. These are distributed throughout the body. This is also the reason why the endocannabinoid system can influence a whole range of functions in our body. By the way, all humans and mammals have an endocannabinoid system. It produces so-called endogenous cannabinoids itself, but can also absorb exogenous cannabinoids. By the way, the primary cannabinoids of the human body are anandamide and 2-AG.1
Before working with cannabis, it is important to know the quality, potency, terpene profile and subsequent properties. As well as that one must decarboxylate it so that one also notices something from it. Also the dose should be calculated. And not to forget that with food it can take 2-3 hours until the full effect occurs. Note: Recommended amount is 1-5 mg for inexperienced or beginners and for occasional or medium consumption 5- 10 mg
