About The Author
Alex Mason is an entrepreneur and a father of 3, who has been running his own business since early 2003. While looking for additional sources of income, he stumbled across driving for ride-hailing apps.
He started off driving with one of the ride hailing apps by renting from an hourly rental vehicle company, then rented a 7-seater MPV from one of the car rental company owned by a leading ride hailing app company and eventually purchasing a 5-seater saloon car and began driving for both ride hailing apps in the city he resides in.
Alex has been driving since early 2017 and clocks about 16hours on the road on days that he drives. He takes some days off to tend to his other businesses.
Alex enjoys coaching newer drivers on how to maximize their income from driving.
In his free time, he enjoys playing sports and spending time with his children.

Introduction
Most drivers start driving looking for that pot of gold but some of them soon find out that not every treasure hunter finds treasures.
I once met an Uber driver who has been driving for about 6 months. I asked him how has it been for him and he told me that he is barely making enough to cover the monthly rental and other expenses of the vehicle.
I find this rather intriguing, as I believe that any hardworking driver can easily collect over S $200 per day, driving about 12hours. If he drives 6 days a week, he will have about at least $2,400 worth of profits after deducing petrol and rental for his car. Assuming petrol is $50 per day and rental is $40 per day [$(200x6daysx4weeks) less $(50x6daysx4weeks) less $(40x30days)].
After chatting with him for 5 minutes, I immediately identified certain areas that he can improve and was able to advise him on how to increase his income from driving.
If he had read this book before embarking on his journey of driving private hire vehicle, he would have made so much more money in the 6monts that he has driven for the ride-hailing app.
Almost anyone can make a decent income driving for ride-hailing apps as long as they are willing to clock in the hours.
